My favorite watches

Went into the store with a problem i was experiencing with my smartwatch and they resolved the issue. Awesome customer service!

Super friendly staff and very knowledgeable about their products too. I was here over a year ago to buy my watch. Ive been having troubles with it and needed to send it in for repair. The same sales person that sold me the watch helped me send it in to get fixed. Both the sale and the start of the repair process were quick and painless. No pushy sales feeling either. BTW, I love my watch and get more compliments on it than any other watch I have.

We came here for one of the smart sport watches. Service was terrific and helpful. We found what we wanted and were very happy with everything. Store was inviting and clean too.

Friendly and knowledgeable staff at this location. Needed to purchase some things and turn in a watch for repair. They were very quick to help with my repair and answered all my questions for the products that I ended up purchasing.

Great customer service but interchagable watch parts not so good and materials scratch and weather quickly.

I went in to have the battery changed in my fossil watch, I called in first to make sure and spoke with Jason he told me to bring it on over and it would be no problem. I walk and and a girl greets me I let her know I need the battery changed in my watch she says no problem it will be $10.80, I gave her my watch and she started hammering away at it like it was a nail. She then took it to the back 2 min later 2 other employees are back there. Finally 10 min later the guys comes out and says Im sorry I cannot get the back of the watch back on, we will have to send it in for repair it takes 2-4 weeks..... Are you kidding me this is unacceptable teach your employees how to do there job correctly. I am no longer purchasing anything from fossil.

They are more than happy to sell you a watch but to return anything is a hassle. Of you buy and wear it its yours. Would think twice on buying at the brick and mortar store and just shop online.

My eldest daughter brought me a present, and the wristband was a little big, so I went there to reduce it, but the morning was really good because it was kind. The watch is also nice and the design is good
