After waiting 4 months they arrived with the wrong doors and installed them. They put unnecessary holes in my new wood floors. Customer service was rude and condescending. The quality has certainly declined as I’ve had their doors in my prior home.

We LOVE LOVE LOVE our new 6-panel glass sliding doors! They are one of our most favorite things about our newly built house! Worth every penny. Our sales consultant, Anna Pearson, was amazing. I am very particular, and can be very difficult to please. Anna always had so much patience, kindness, knowledge, and answered my many questions through frequent store visits, phone calls, emails. She promptly responded to all my questions and concerns and was always available when I needed her.I highly recommend The Sliding Door Company. They are first class in every way. Their products are solid, high quality and just beautiful. Everyone that visits my home absolutely loves them.

Charles and Juan who installed our glass door were extremely professional and thorough. The first time they came they remeasured everything to insure it was all correct. Unfortunately it wasnt so they immediately reordered the correct size. When they came back, they were punctual, cleaned everything thoroughly and were so nice. I would highly recommend to use Charles and Juan to install when using the sliding door company.

I was looking at a few companies on line and after speaking to Alma at the Irvine showroom, I was looking forward to moving forward with this part of my remodel. From the very beginning and throughput the whole process, she guided me every step of the way and was very helpful. I also really appreciated that she followed up, after the installation, to make sure everything was good.

The sliding door company is a joy to work with. I wasnt sure what direction I wanted to head in when working on a renovation project, Adam not only helped me through my creative process but was also swift and effective putting a quote together for me. Highly recommend, will use again!!

I got an estimate from an employee from this company 4 months ago via email. We agreed that I would call them back when my house was ready for the closet doors. When I contacted them again, they refused to honor the estimate given to me and added $2,000 more. The reason given was that that employee was not there anymore and that she gave me the estimate in the wrong format ( I knew nothing about their internal policies) so they are not accepting it. Highly unprofessional... I do not recommend this company.

I made an appointment with Adam, drove from City of Industry, and the store was closed at 5:30 (my appointment time). Called Adam and the main number several times and no one answered. The Sliding Door Company has perminently lost my business.
