Purchased boardshorts and was sent the wrong ones. Hurley wouldn’t even allow me to exchange them do the correct boardshorts I ordered and wouldn’t do anything the correct their mistake. After being treated so poorly by the customer service agent and their supervisor Cynthia I don’t ever want to own Hurley again and I was a lifetime customer who only had Hurley boardshorts and half of my shirts are Hurley too. Looks like I need to replace my wardrobe, but atleast the homeless will get some clothes through the nonprofit I manage. When I called the agent as able to see I purchased the boardshorts I wanted and still wouldn’t do anything to correct their mistake.
