Crowded. Jam packed with people. BUT! THEY HAVE ENOUGH EMPLOYEES ON THE FLOOR TO GIVE EXCELLENT QUALITY CUSTOMER SERVICE and they dont pressure you. Nice shopping experience

I went by this afternoon @3.40pm. Doors locked, no explanation, no notice, gone...I heard somebody said, the place has been close since the morning..

Where the sign said buy one and get one 50% it wasnt😪 and the clearances rack said 50% off it wasnt... didnt notice it until I get home...

Thanks to the sales reps here, I Am a proud owner of not one but two new pair of nikes. They were very helpful and patient. Also showed me other options but like the saying goes, if the shoe fits.Not really a fan of them but I gave them a try.I probably will not be coming back for a while only because the tennis shoes I got will last me a great while.

Nice variety

One is the better footlocker stores, this and the Beverly center location have such a wide selection of shoes. its not as big as the Beverly Hills location but they do seem to have more of the high end signature shoes than other footlocker locations

The WORST SERVICE EVER! Didnt bother to help me locate the shoes that I wanted and worst of all, didnt bother to notify me when my shoes arrived at the store. Corporate needs to do their job and find better employees.

I ended up getting a pair of tennis shoes here on sale and they were nice typical tennis shoes staff was nice store clean and well maintained

Swift, Helpful and attentive staff. Good selection of shoes.

The people that work there are willing to help but with that comes a lil attitude like if they were doing you a huge favor by being there! Other than that they have a huge shoe selection but you need to be ok with the attitude!
