Norm has always gone above and beyond, with kindness and patience. He treats me like Im special, but somehow I get the feeling that he does that for everyone, so I dont even know how thats possible.Sam is also a pleasure to deal with, and always seems happy to talk to me, even though my car and I have presented them with endless headaches and scheduling challenges. My goodness he over delivered because the headlights look absolutely, positively brand new! I am completely amazed by his skill and very impressed with his professionalism! I will bring my car back to have the ceramic paint treatment done, as I saw one of the cars he was applying this treatment to and it looked amazing. Though the results of car receiving the ceramic treatment were out of this world, it was the attention to detail he was putting into it that sold me. It has been a very long time since I have seen anyone put so much passion into their profession. Simply amazing!

I dont have my VW bus anymore, but after dealing with some crooked mechanics with my current vehicle I only wish I could bring my car back to this amazing shop. Norm and the crew do not only an excellent job but they are so incredibly honest and priced so fair that many times I was shocked at how inexpensive it was to fix my van. If you own any sort of VW consider yourself lucky because you have this place to take it to for some TLC.

I have a 1971 VW super beetle and needless to say it often needs something repaired ;) Ive been to many auto shops in the past and can happily say after my experience at Mesa West I wont be going anywhere else! Theyre trustworthy, honest and very reasonable with cost! Theyre pretty busy (because theyre so great) but its worth the wait! :) Thanks again Mesa West!

These guys are sometimes too busy for their own good- but they are trustworthy and honest. OK, so you may not get your car back the same day, but it will be done right! I love my 2006 Jetta TDI (not the usual 1970s VW I see in the shop!) They have kept it running well from the first time I took it into their shop. They do not try to over sell you on unneeded repairs. They know their cars and I trust them- that is a huge statement... I trust my car repair shop!?! Wow!

I LOVE these guys. They know their stuff. Im a Westy travillin cruiser and drop in when Im around to say hello......or when I have a breakdown. They are cool and accomodating.But....Be ready to break out youre wallet. I could own an Astin Martin and pay the same prices. I love these guys...I get running a business isnt cheap....but its a hit to the pocket of the average VW lover when you roll in here.Otherwise....good people...care about you....cool spot.Theyre very honest.....just watch your wallet. But who ever said luvin a Vee Dub was gonna be cheap!Norm and the entire staff are great and a super resource for any VW type...or problem. Good guys!Go see em!

I have taken my 67, 78 and now 89 VW van to Mesa West. They are reasonably priced and know their way around a VW.Not always easy to schedule an appointment as they are always busy and have limited space, but I just know its going to take a few days to get in.I stop by for minor repairs and they fix them for free, like adding coolant or other small items. I will continue to see Norm at Mesa West for my VWs.
