Some evenings ago an embarrassing maneuvre sent our SUV over a tall curb outside the Specialized bike shop. Our front wheels were in the air and the heavy beast was stucked there, refusing to move. A man supposedly on his way home saw our situation and got out of his car to help. He brainstormed many ideas and disappeared, then magically returned with a garage jack (i think thats what its called.). Skillfully, he lift our SUV out of the predicament. We were both relieved and grateful. The kind man went on his way without asking anything in return or even left us his name. We later learned from the people around he is Jose, the owner of Hi-Tek Automotive.Thank you Jose.

Truly the most reliable, trustworthy mechanics in all of O.C. José and his crew always do an excellent job every time I bring in my car for service and never suggest or try to push extra services that I may no need (but sometimes do reasonable suggestions of things that do need repairs or replacements). Its hard to find reliable, honest people in this business and they truly are that: honest, reliable hardworking people. Ill be sure to bring my car here for many years to come.

You can tell the quality of work they do just seeing how clean they keep the shop. You can tell they have pride in the work they do. Did my due diligence and Hi Tek came up to be the most reasonable. They made my 3rd gen Toyota 4Runner purrrrr like its brand new. I will definitely will recommend them to others.

An extended auto repair policy was cancelled in August, 2016 and no refund has been made for three months. Despite numerous calls to their customer service department. Terrible customer service. Be VERY carful to understand the policy limitations and coverages!
