I cannot say enough to express the gratitude I have towards this particular repair shop!!To start off, Jack was so knowledgeable and kind from when I first called him about getting repairs on my van and was kind all the way through to him walking me to my van after the repairs where finished.My van didnt pass the smog check, so naturally I went on yelp to find a mechanic to repair it and pass it. The first person I called was one of the nearby competitors. The person I spoke to was full of animosity and presumed I wasnt going to agree to the terms and high costs of the repairs. Whatever someone else didnt agree with him in the past about had nothing to do with me and it left a bad feeling in my gut.Since I could only go to a STAR Smog check & repair shop, my options were limited. I went to pepboys next, but they too wanted quite a bit of money just to run a diagnostic test.Finally, I called Your Neighborhood Auto Service and I knew after only about a minute of speaking with Jack that I was taking my car to his shop. He listened to my concerns and quoted me a great price to diagnose my van which would go towards the costs of the repairs if I decided to get it repaired there. Jay, one of the mechanics there, did an amazing job repairing my van!I am extremely grateful for these guys!! They have definitely earned my business! I would give them 10+ ⭐s if I could!!

Jack was the friendliest and best mechanic ive ever met, he took my civic in during a busy time of day while i was on my way to LA and he got me out of their as quick as he could, he was very honest and straightforward and honestly a TRUE lifesaver. I went to the Express Auto Care right in front which AAA recommended me to and they treated me bad right away. If you ever need any car service in the area i URGE you to go see Jack here.

Honest, but watch out for QA/QC, like loose fittings and such. I go there for repairs and maintenance on our fifteen year old BMW. Generally better than most.
