100% would recommend. This place is honest and straightforward which makes it easy to trust them with anything. I recently got some electrical wiring done for some lights I added by Noe. When I dropped my car off I explained a rough idea of how I wanted it to be to him and he completely blew my expectations. He truly did a great job. Also Ali is easy to work with and you can tell he truly wants to satisfy his customers.

The owner of this shop is not an honest man. I was shocked at how rudely I was treated by the owner, Ali. This man does not care about doing good work or doing the job right. He just wants your money! Beware, especially women. They did not perform the services that were paid for and then refused to correct the the situation by doing the job even though I had a receipt. In addition they do not feel the need to wear masks during a pandemic and mask mandate.

The mechanic Nick is an awesome straight forward guy, but the owner Ali is absolutely terrible and unprofessional. Do yourself a favor and learn from my mistakes.UPDATE/RESPONSE TO OWNER: NO you didnt. I literally came in needing a simple valve cover gasket, which you re-installed incorrectly. Then suddenly I had issues with my power steering leaking? THEN after allowing you the opportunity to make it right, I have EVEN MORE ISSUES now!!! Clutch is slipping, Power steering still isnt fixed even after I PAID you more money to fix it, and I have proof my car was taken out and joy ridden for 20 miles without my consent. You must literally write all these fake 5 star reviews... SAD

Noe is the only mechanic I have ever trusted with my car. I have been coming to him for 15 years now. My car exceeded the maximum measurement for California emissions standards and I failed the test miserably. I took it straight to him out of the smog check place. He quickly diagnosed it and did his magic, and at a very reasonable price. Dont mess around with mechanics that are going to give you the run around. I came back to the smog check and did a retest. My measurement went down from 1034 to only 116!!!! Just like a new car! Thanks Noe!

My mom referred me to A1 Auto Mechanic’s months ago and they have serviced my Mercedes on multiple occasions now. Every time I have come in they have been honest, accommodating, and efficient. We had to remove and replace our transmission last year in August.the owner was really friendly when we reached out to him. He gave us reasonable price with amazing services. Because transmission replacement takes a long time to do, we had him fix it first. Then when we got our car back, we realized that there was still some little issues with the car. So we brought our car back to him again, and then he was willing to re-do all the transmission work again for us without any charges. And due to the delay in returning our car to us, he was willing to pay for rental car. I dont think any other auto shop would be willing to do that for their customers. This will be the place i will go for all of my car problems from now on. Plus, he is honest and we trusted him. I really recommended to anyone who need a trustworthy guy. He is the one.

Very Recommended!! Found this place on Yelp, after I read all the great reviews, I took my car for transmission repair and received a great price. Ali is super friendly and helpful. This place is reliable because I took my car a month later for brake rotors and pads replacement without appointment and the job was done within couple of hours with great price compared to other places.

AMAZING repair shop!! I had bunch of issues with my car(transmission, brake noise, lower control arm, catalytic converter) but they fixed very quickly with great price. Ali was very kind when I called at first, I decided to go. Both Ali and Mechanic guy were very knowledgeable.They tried best to solve issues as low price as possible.I cannot thank you guys enough!!!

My car was serviced quickly and I wasn’t upsold on anything. I didn’t have to go in because the AAA tow guy was able to fix my issue before actually towing it to A1. When I called A1, Heber was very helpful and gave me a reasonable quote and time estimate. If I ever have an issue with my car again while at work in OC, I’ll bring it to A1 Auto Mechanics without a doubt.

Amazing service. I took my Ford fusion to the Ford dealership and they quoted me $1400. A1 fixed it for $175. He couldve charged me far more but he chose integrity instead. I will absolutely be back!

Originally wanted to come here for alignment, but they dont do it anymore, so I decided to just have my brake fluid changed. They were more than helpful with all the information such as parts used, labor rates, and estimated timeframes. They didnt try to push any extra services which was nice. Ana who runs the main office is so friendly and welcoming. She gave me the run down on all the surrounding area if I wanted to check it out while I waited. They have Netflix and refreshments there. I would bring my other cars here and recommend to my friends.

Had A1 do a full engine and transmission swap. They were fantastic and worked extra through some problems the transmission was causing.I was so happy with their work that I return to do a steering rack and fuel pump on a Porsche. Will continue to go there.
