When I first arrived I had some issues going on with my car.. the wiring harness on the battery had a lot of rigging which I had no idea how to fix. The fuel pump I had installed myself wasnt working right either.Chase looked at it and was like, I dont know man its a risky kind of job, and said it. Could be a number of things and could cost quite a bit, like five or six hundred.. I agreed as it was pretty scary looking and no way to tell who did what. A few days later he calls me and tells me the fuel pump was wrong, used the warranty I had on it to replace the part free, did the work and even fixed the wiring and boom. We were at half of what we thought, problem solved. Then there was a remaining idle issue, which has hard to diagnose. He recommended an expert at Ford to talk to. The man I spoke with said to do the idle air control. Turns out that was it. Im sure I could have done that myself (I couldve) but I gave Chase and his awesome mechanic Antonio the job for being honest and doing excellent work.Im one of those diy mechanic types who prides myself on fixing my own cars and avoiding shady mechanics and Chase proved that he was not, by being straight up. Very rare to find a shop whos 100% straight up and who will take care of you right. He could have easily taken advantage of the fact I had no idea what to do next but he didnt. Saved me money and my car is running great.Highly recommend this shop.

Didnt purchase from here. Wanted a ridiculous amount of money for the car, and when they did get back to me it was weeks after my inquiry. No thanks.

I was in a real pickle half way between San Antonio and Marshall, TX. I was reasonably sure it was my alternator, they looked at it, it was my belt not the alternator...whew! They looked at it and got me back on the road in less than 90 mins and under $100.00. Such great people!

EAGLE AUTO TECHNIQUE deserves 6 Stars!!! Jose & his crew were AMAZING today!!! Pure definition of Excellent Customer Service combined with Qualified Personnel & Reasonable Rates.. Showed up at 730am, on a Saturday, with my Suburban on a tow truck. and was greeted by the owner. He went out of his way to quickly diagnose and had his mechanics replace the fuel pump in less than 3 hours!!! Unbelievable experience! What a relief after breaking down on the highway and cramming my family in a flat bed tow truck while towing our vehicle & vacation golf cart trailer almost 100 miles. Just made it back to Dallas from our Galveston family vacation and couldnt wait to negate the 1 unjustified Google review of 1 star! They are old school and I dont blame them for not focusing on yelp or Google reviews. They focus on customers!!!!! Miss those days :) HIGHLY RECOMMEND A++++++

I took my car to a mechanic in Dallas where they wanted to charge me 800 bucks to fix my car, the next day I called Eagles where Chase got me fixed up the same day for almost half the cost of the other mechanic. Everyone was super accommodating and couldn’t have been nicer. Definitely will be going to them again and will be recommending them to friends.

We were on a trip and check engine light came on. Auto zone did diagnostic and told us this place was good. They got us right in, they were very nice and very honest. I would go there again.

I was referred to Eagle Auto Technique and have to say that it was the best referral I have received. We had to have my mothers car towed there. They were helpful, eager to assist in anyway, thorough and just made our bad luck with the car turn into an awesome experience. They were honest, did exactly what they said they were going to do and kept us informed every step of the way. Chase is the best. My mother said that she has never worked with a car repair facility that has given her such excellent customer service.

Bought a used 2008 nissan altima from them. Good looking and low miles. But had major problems over two months, we have had to replace fan assembly after it overheated, alternator, had an oil leak, and now the ball joint is bad. Two months and over $1000 or repairs. I called to ask if they could buy the car back and they would not. I would not recommend them.

I had just started a trip to Houston with only about 30 miles outside of Dallas my car just died on me I couldn’t figure out what to do but after I called triple A I called Eagle Autmotive they were extremely helpful from the start when I finally got here they were completely swamped with with work they listened to my situation and started helping me as soon as I arrived everyone was very friendly helpful and in tune with my needs they helped me when I thought I was going to have to wait what might be all weekend I would recommend them for anything that you need and I for sure will be back for all my automotive needs. Brought the work van for an alignment and it wasnt done right the first time. Also, all of the quarters and change that was in the cupholder was stolen. Had to bring it back two days later so they could do the alignment correctly this time and we left ONE quarter in there this time and, of course, that was stolen. 😂 Like really?? Then driving it home, it starts running hot. Cant say that its their fault but considering theres clearly a dishonest person working there who steals, whos to say they didnt damage our van so that we would return and spend more money. Im thinking someone takes job security into their own hands but again, that part is just how I feel. I cannot actually prove that. Needless to say we did NOT take it back there for the overheating problem. Its a great van by the way and we havent had any issues until that besides regular maintenance. Id recommend anyone but them!!!!! #dontdoit

I am long overdue with sharing my extremely positive experience with Chase and the entire team theyre at Eagle Auto Repair. Back in November 2018 my son was returning to school to a university in Waxahachie, TX, just after Thanksgiving. Hes in his freshman year, it was a Sunday evening, and the sun had set. When he was about an hour away from the University, he called me...a parents dreaded call. His auto had broken down and stopped running. He was in no mans land, over 2 hours away from us. We contacted our Insurances roadside service and they located him, and towed his vehicle to a Walmart in the nearby town of Corsicana.My wife and I made a bee-line to get him. He was able to contact friends at the University to come and get he and his teammate traveling with him. Meanwhile, with all businesses closed at that time of the evening my wife and I wondered where we would have his car towed and repaired.The next morning we made calls and Eagle Auto was recommended to us. My wife called and the owner patiently listened to us and told us to have it towed to his shop. Hes such a nice, compassionate man. He introduced us to Chase who would be our point of contact. Chase updated us with the progress as the team worked to identify the cause. What was initially thought to be the cause was not, but Chase assured us that they would locate the issue. I am grateful for the teams diligence and persistence. My wife and I had to return home over 3 hours away, but we knew that we could trust Chase, the owner, and the owners son that wed met with the repairs.They were able to identify the issue (electrical) and repair it. I returned that weekend to retrieve the vehicle and my son hasnt experienced any further problems.Thank you to the entire team there at Eagle Auto Technique Repair.
