It was great and quick

Been a little disappointed in the service department the last few times that I have visited. When leaving my vehicle, the only way to get updates on the progress of service is by the customer (me) calling repeatedly. This was definitely not the case when they were Carl White Chevrolet.

Been going here for 15+ years including when it was Carl Whites...no truck wash and no tire rotation...with an oil change and I dont even know if the windshield wiper fluid was filled...75 bucks later...wow..has me curious if the oil was even changed

Bought a car because their service department told me itd be almost $2000 just to tear my car down to even find what was wrong. Paid way too much, but had no choice. Other car had problems. They couldnt offer me anything for it. I kinda got screwed but I do like my 2018 Equinox!
