Had my truck at a different dealership for a steering issue they had it for a week and damage my bumper and didn’t even fix the problem. Brought my truck to this dealership and the had it diagnosed and fixed within 4 days. The steering gearbox that I needed was on back order and they went out of there way to find another one and have it shipped in. Jessica was awesome she kept me informed every step of the way on what was going on she handled everything with my extended warranty company. With the experience I had with this service department I will not take my truck anywhere else in the future. Highly recommend this place.

Was in the process of making a deal on a new 1500 that they located for me and the salesman went on vacation. Didn’t say a word about it. Traded text with another salesman yesterday and now I haven’t heard from them. Called them and all I heard was how busy the salesman is. Didn’t know it was suppose to be this hard.Must be some mistake. I was never presented with an offer as stated in the reply from Brinson. Oh well…

Had some differences in my trade-in and price of my new Ram 2500 initially with the General Manager. However, Kory (my initial salesperson) called and apologized and brought me back in to speak with him and Mike (whom I ordered my truck from) and all was resolved to my satisfaction. The service was quick and they kept in communications with me. If I had any complaints it would be that they charged me $34.99 twice for testing a battery. Maybe thats their labor charge I dont know but all in all it was a good experience and pretty good pricing.

Customer service employees are pleasant. Problem is time that it takes for tire to be put on car with appointment. Schedule to their suggested time and still there over 1 hour later.. then spare tire not put back. This is second time this has happened. Tires that they recommend did not have Road hazard because they dont provide on the recommend tires by Firestone!!??

Last week my Jeep broke down on the way to Dallas, in the middle of nowhere. I got it towed to the Brinson Chrysler dealership around 2:30 on a Friday. They pushed it into the repair shop and I figured Id have to drive back during the week to pick it up.Phyllis left me a message bright and early that my car was ready to be picked up. Well we really had a very pleasant buying experience on our 2020 Dodge Ram EcoDiesel 3.0, but with all this cold weather that we usually do not get, we have a new truck sitting in our carport that we can not drive. They failed to go over the block heater!! It has one but the cord did not come with it! We have no way to warm the block! Someone should have been knowledgeable enough to think of that! This is our first diesel so we had no idea!

We have had numerous visits to the service dept. It seems as if we are assigned to a service contact. This approach is frustrating as others can not help us if our contact is not available. Additionally,were losing confidence in the mechanics.Weve taken our vehicle in multiple times and they say they cant replicate the issue (Jeep cruise control randomly turns itself off on the highway). in another case, they charged us to reflash the pcm with latest update to correct a known issue, but the issue still exists.

They advertise on their website that they will give more for your trade in, and in our case they definitely delivered. I visited many dealerships in San Antonio before making the drive to Corsicana, and this was definitely the best experience. I was 230 miles away but Joe made the experience super easy. Joe was not pushy at all, he was extremely helpful, and only wanted to make sure I got the truck I wanted for the price I wanted. He followed up a few days later to make sure I was happy with my purchase and to ask if I needed anything. Jami was also extremely helpful and gave us a very thorough explanation of the features that come with our new truck. Overall this dealership is not it. Go to a official dealership one where they dont overcharge. Also if you have to get a car from here this should be a last resort there are way better dealerships. They charge warranty and dont even. Let you get your services done on your car they always make an excuse to not let you and say that it voids your warranty.

This was the second time I’ve taken my jeep in for an oil change and told I’m not on their schedule but will be “worked in.” Both times I have called several days in advance to schedule the appointment so I do not have a long wait time. My appointment was at 9am. I arrived at 8:50am. My jeep was not ready until noon. Luckily my husband came with me in a separate vehicle so I was not stuck there the entire time. Disappointed.

Awesome experience, fastest care buying experience Ive had overall. I normally dread the tedious car buying process. Went in for an oil change, tire rotation and to have a rattle checked on a new 2020 1500 Longhorn. Oil change/tire rotation were simple enough but the rattle on the sunroof turned a 6 week ordeal. At one point they said it was ready, only to find the sunroof not able to close, the cover sagging down 2” and a 1” gap between the roof frame and the sunroof seal. I could go on and on.... like why was the registration sticker was ripped off and under the seat? Needless to say I was not a happy camper! At this point the GM got involved and everything was rectified fairly quick. All worked out in the end and I’m sure the service department used this as a learning experience. Learn, grow and move forward!

So two weeks ago I went to Brinson to have a look around their lot. I was not prepared to buy, but i gave them some numbers to let them know about my income, etc..They notified me that they would be doing a needs analysis and they would not be running my credit. After I specifically told them not to run my credit and was told that they wouldnt, guess what they did anyways! I chose to give Brinson a rating of 1 star because i cant make a post with no stars and because of their deceptive business practices. I would not recommend anyone go to this place at all.

They are the most understanding and friendliest and i will recommend them.
