Amanda H provided top notch customer service. I was on the search for a particular leather jacket which was unavailable in the size needed online. I began calling locations and found that Amandas location had the item in the correct size and ordered it seamlessly from them. Unfortunately, the package was stolen between the store and my home - Amanda was extremely helpful with info for UPS and anything she was able to do. After UPS did their claim process - Amanda already had another store lined up to get the item from and coordinated ship to local store to avoid more stolen packages. All in all - Amanda remembered me each time I called and was always a step ahead!

There was two works and one customer outside of me and I could not get helped. So sad!!! :(Thats okay, Micheal Kors Okc will be glad to take my money!!!

A metal piece on my purse strap had broke and they gave me a new strap very similar to the original for free! So nice of them!

I bought a purse and the next day we tried to return it for a better purse and they accused us of some much stuff. Ridiculous. San Antonio Michael kors store is way better.

Big shout out for Michael Kors store mgr Michelle Rifino in Palmero Mall. She is the most professional, sweetest, helpful customer service associate this store is blessed to have. We had no idea she was a mgr, she went over and beyond in helping me select the right gift for my daughter. She must be an excellent manager of this store. I appreciate her time and patience she took with me in putting together the just right items to purchase as a present for my daughter. Im not a shopper. My husband buys me most of my things. And my daughter gets me most of my clothes. Im not very patient in shopping. Too many choices lol. Michelle made our visit so easy and pleasant Ill definitely be back. Not to mention her friendly personality matches her prettiness. She represents your store awesomely!! Gave me a new outlook on shopping. ;-)
