Great shoe service.it took me like 5 min to pick and pay.wide selection of sport shoes

This past Saturday I stopped in to buy shoes for my 16 year old daughter. Nobody asked us if we needed help. Finally walked up to an employee and said we needed a Nike shoe in a certain size. He looked at it and said we only have size So and so in this particular shoe. Acted like we were bothering him . We asked if they had this shoe in the young boys size 7 and he said maybe. Went to check and brought it out . Never saw him again. The shoes fit so we bought them . $155.00 plus tax. At least the cashier was nice.

Went to purchase shoes for my son, found some he liked. Unfortunately when we got home my son went to put them away the next day and noticed they were 2 different sizes. Called store to inform them of the mistake, spoke to the manager Joe O. informed him of the problem, said would exchange or give the right shoe; I proceeded to inform him it is quite the inconvenience as we are over an hour away, he was very unwilling to compensate for the time or gas that it would take to do the exchange due to their negligence of ensuring the shoes were correct. We will not be shopping at footlocker again.

I purchased a Jordan outfit for my son, a t-shirt and matching pants. Delivery was prompt. However, my son was so excited to wear his outfit only to be disappointed that he couldn’t. The beeper was still attached to the pants! I called Footlocker and explain to the call center my situation. No apology, he just told me to take it to the nearest Footlocker so they can remove it for me. I told him I live an hour away. It would take me 2 hours total just to have it removed. This is why I purchased this item online. He then asked me if there was anything else he could help me with!! No, he couldn’t even help me with this issue. Very disappointed and dissatisfied.

Well, as other people are saying, the salesman I had told me the shipping was 3-5 business days. Fast forward over 2 weeks and I haven’t gotten my order or an email or anything. Also, the phone number doesn’t work and the email I sent hasn’t been responded to in 6 days.

BUYER BEWARE!!! Theyre lying about the time frame once purchased. Prior to purchase I was told the order will be shipped 24hrs after confirmation then take 5-6business days for delivery. I ordered in advance to get these shoes for my bf birthday and now theyre telling me it hasnt shipped and probably wont ship till a week later then take 5-6business days from the day it shipped. Mind you that $433 has already been deducted from. My account. Which wont allow me to try and purchase the shoes thru their competitor cause they wont let me cancel. Im going to look like a fool cause I will have nothing to give as a gift. They should tell you in advance about the delay. Customers service are no help they want to argue with me about me trying to get my money back so I can go elsewere. This a lesson learned they had no solution to my problem or even try to help me. This will be the last purchase I buy when you have loyal customers you would think you would try to help ypur best way possible. Word of advise honesty goes a long way.

I cant understand modern sneaker fashion. Wouldnt want to be seen wearing most of the shoes I seen in here except some of the new balances. Not an issues since I was here almost 10 minutes and couldnt figures the associates from the customers. Certainly wasnt greeted by anyone.

I went in to appease my teenager but wasnt going to buy shoes just yet. We left with 2 pair for him bcuz the sales guy was such a great.... salesman! He was funny, he talked to us about why he thought those shoes were perfect for my son, he even got the other salesman involved. Lol great job guys! My son was soooo happy!

Not the selection I expected and expensive

Ordered some shoes for my nephew and the gentleman said we would have them within 3-5 days. Its day 7 and I called inquiring about our order and the store told me its because the shoes cannot be sent to a PO Box (which should have been discussed when I literally asked if a PO Box was okay while in person ordering them.) Plus no one from the store called to get a physical address from me either or to let me know there was an issue. Poor experience.
