Went to the jewelry department and no one was working in that department so I went and asked for them to send someone. After about 10 minutes someone came and said they would get the key for the watches after about 10 more minutes nobody came and I gave up!!!!

I love Wal-Mart only complaint is of course not enough cashiers.

Walmart always has cheap items, both in price and quality. Additionally the customer service is generally lacking. Great place to go if you want to buy something and dont have a good second option.

Ok. Im going to rate a Wally World. I dont like all the cameras in the parking lot. These places give me the hibbygibbies because I feel like Im being driven here. Plus the products never last long. I do like the Hart tools they carry. Pretty good product and price.

Been trying to reach automotive department for a question on a vehicle battery I purchased 10/13/2021. Have called at least 10 times before going in to the store as I live about 15 miles away from the store. No one ever picked up, so I went ahead and went into store there were two associates at the automotive counter I called the operator to connect me it started ringing both looked at it and didn’t answer it. I went ahead and got my issue resolved with the battery and I told them what I had done and was very disappointed with the service! They just looked at me and offered that they were busy doing other things I told I was standing by the batteries in phone watching you both ignored the phone!! Still no apology or explanation! Wow really bad service.

Terrible returns setup with Walmart.com. Sends you to the store but the store label maker doesn’t work, making you go back home to print the label (but of course just printing the label in the first place wasn’t an option). Then have to make additional special trip to do the return.

I can never find any art supplies in it nor clothes that fit plus sized people much. Other than that is perfect for quick grab electronics, and food and tools.

Typical walmart. Poor selection, poor customer service. Very few checkouts open. Im not on their payroll, so I shouldnt have to check myself out! No assistance with paint department at all. Tried to get someone to unlock the paint. Couldnt wait any longer.

Everyones place to go for their necessities all under one roof. Need better customer service continue to practice Mr. Sam Waltons number one rule: the 10 foot rule which is to greet everyone within 10 ft with a hello or good morning or afternoon. Need more registers open and no more than 2 customers in line. I believe ever since Mr Sam passed away everything went out the door.

They layout of this wal mart is a lot more convenient then most. Had more registers open with employees then most of the bigger wal marts. Also the fact that they had a subway that was well organized was an added bonus

Walmart super center is great I get my medicine and food from Walmart very convenient for me to get into and out of the super center.Walmart has the best prices and very easy to get into and out of without any trouble......Walmart does have some high prices but thats the cost of living these days.

I ALWAYS LIKE MY CALLALEN WALMART, EMPLOYEES ARE FRIENDLY NOT ALL BUT MOST OF THEM.THE PHARMACY HAVE BRILLIANT EMPLOYEES AS WELL., ACTUALLY IM A BIG SPENDER AT WALMART.

All in all this is a great store. While it isnt as large as some of the ones downtown. Im able to find most everything I need quickly and staff is always friendly and helpful.This Walmart has a nice selection of produce (Ive noticed that isnt the case with all of their stores) and staple items like bread, milk, ect, and also has a decent selection of diabetic alternatives and diet options.

Drove 15 miles to walmart.wanted to purchase fabric .no one came to help me .ask A walmart employee to please page someone to help me at the fabric department .No One Came .so I decided to go get my makeup & and powder. the cases to makeup are locked.waited 45 minutes. asked 3 employees for helpThey kept telling me someone will help you. Was so upset. No one came at all.They need to unlock the makeup casesNo one is never available to help you.Very disappointed . will not be returning to that store on hwy 77.

I love having both food and pretty much everything else you will need in this one store. They will give you your money back or store credit if you are unhappy with your purchase.

Store is pretty good. Steadily more and more homeless people in that area always asking for money. They have approached my wife and kids when Im not with them and I am not cool with that.

Cassie at self checkout was very helpful, patient and quick to assist me with my 2 tickets and even replaced an opened container of vinegar without hesitation. More employees should work like her.

Would give 5 stars but every time I shop here there is always stuff stocked in the wrong spot. So the price on the shelf says one thing then you go pay and its more than what was listed.

Had trouble finding someone help me locate an item I had walked around and around and around finally ended up going to the tire department to find somebody to help me. Also you do not have packs of Ensure Max protein and mocha or vanilla. And I did not want to buy a three pack.

Unbelievable amount of time to wait in line. 95% of the time they have only two cashiers. The self check out is for card only (at least today it was). The cashier was sloooow and chit-chatted about her fingernails with the customer in front of me. There were 4 people behind me and everyone was sighing and looking frustrated. They also need to set the thermostat lower. This is South Texas and Wal-Mart can afford to keep it at least cool inside. Also - why are they always out of stock of the Ol Roy loaf canned dog food?

Must say I was disappointed in not one case of mountain dew to found. But that being said the cost of the 12pks AKA fridgmates. Was very competitive. And no fruit of the loom sweatpants to be found. Had other brands. But I prefer fruit of the loom brand for comfort and quality. But other than that. Clean store with good staff.

Nice and clean, everything had its place in the sporting goods. My only complaint is no free stuff lol

I waited for someone to come to cosmetics for over 20 minutes, I got someone from checkout to page them, then I grabbed a manager, who didn’t have keys or even know where the keys were. Their team lead didn’t even know where the keys were at? How are you going to be part of management and not know where keys are at? Why lock up stuff if nobody is going to be there to open up or even want to help at that! Y’all want to talk about losing money due to theft, y’all are losing money for not having employees to open up so customers can buy cosmetics.

Waited at the entrance for about 45 minutes sitting on a handicap cart that didnt work until a handicap cart became available there were 5 more carts that were non working. The assistance manager said the non working cart had been broken for about 3 weeks .I cant believe that Walmart cant replace carts or get them fixed with all the money they make.

Its ok. I can usually find what Im looking for, but good luck if you have to go to the bathroom they are usually dirty. The rest of the store is nice and they usually have CCPD in the store.

Busy!!! But great interactions considering events surrounded by the pandemic. Pleasantly surprised. Visiting family currently and its always a pleasure to see familiar faces as well as receiving assistance and care with my purchase. Electronics department where phones are purchased could use some retraining or additional training on customer service though. We all have bad days but if we all stick together and work together wed all be a lot happier. Regardless it was a very enjoyable experience

Employees not helpful, usually just standing around talking. Have all the older Employees outside pushing carts and the young ones inside carrying around babys asking for donations for their tax write offs.

Go for 1 thing, youll end up with 10. LOL

We went looking for a particular item which we able to purchase. Store was clean n well lighted. However Wal-Mart s policy must be to have only one human being as a cashier which I dont are for!

I ordered a garden hose, and picked it up curbside. The garden hose looked like it had been used, and was kinked up. I guess I wont be shopping there again.

Awesome! We ran across quality jeans(wrangler /carpenter pants)this evening on clearance and we needed pants for my 15 year old son who is 64 now so it gets diffult to find him clothes on a budget. But walmart did it well for us tonight! Thx Walmart!!

Big store small hometown hospitality

3 open registers with checkers had long lines..Had to check myself out, $318 worth of groceries. Feel I should get a discount. My labor was free.

Got more fishing stuff.. Ofcorse finding help was a problem.. Once I did. Every thing went smoothly..

Looked for a 32 TV/DVD combo for my mom. The largest one was 24. Looked for some large FTL boxers. None. Looked for some large FTL gray t-shirts, again none in stock. Looked for a loaf of butter top bread, finally, they had the bread. How do they stay open, if most of what you need is not in stock?

What can you say. Its Walmart.

They had what I needed but waited in line for longer than I planned too due to all the self checkout messing up. Restrooms also were very dirty.

I want to say thank you to the Manager at this location for helping today Friday June 18, 2021 between 11am - 11:30am. I was searching for some dog pads and he searched high and low for a package and couldnt find them in the store even though yhry showed in stock. Then he called the Walmart off of Greenewood to see if they had some in which they did and asked for them to leavr a package at customer service for me... So this is a shout-out to the Manager John for providing excellent customer service to his customers and going far and beyond than what he really had to do! Wally World never fails me. One stop shopping is great!

Waited 15 minutes just to pick up a online order, with no one in front of me getting someone to the pickup window. There was a bell and also a button on the cash register to hit for assistants. hit the one on the cash register 3 times and ring the bell with no results only when another customer got the manager did we have somebody show up.

Walmart at Calallen automotive dept did a great job installing all 4 tires. And they were quick. They are friendly and listen to your concerns about your vehicle.

Busy, but, good. Selection is a but above par.

Arrived at 10:57 for a 11:00am and left at 1:30 for a scheduled 4 new tires installation. 11 cars came in after me and left before me. Five of which were new tires. Staff is sluggish and slow. It sucks because I’m a very passive individual and feel bad having to critique negatively. But what can you expect. Will be using a different store next go round.

There were only 2 human checkouts. So glad I didnt get a load of groceries. If I wanted to be a store clerk Id have a job as one.

This is a fairly decent walmart. Wish they had more cashiers and they would bring back their danish butter cookie creamer.

Everyone was professional and polite.

Manager DeeDee Rodriguez very rude. was in line at customer service desk waiting for an associate to help me. She looked at me, walked right past me and told another manager she wasnt gonna wait on me. All because Im friends with her ex husband. she has me and my boyfriend followed all over the store every time I come in. very rude and refuses to wait on me.

I was told by cosmetic person that the product I wanted would be available Wednesday April 19th and yes it was, so appreciate a knowledgeable Team member, wish I had remembered her name to say Thank you 😊

Dont try and have tires that you bought at Walmart replaced there!!! After a big hassle and argument they finally agreed to replace it!!!

Store was clean and help was fast and friendly when I needed assistance at self check out.

Its a busy Saturday and there were only three registers with a cashier. They finally opened two of the scan & go. But people with a crapload of stuff in their basket are having to go through self-check. Take a clue from HEB & have more registers open.

I can find stuff at Walmart I couldnt find at HEB on occasion

It was a good visit but return exchange line only had one person working so returns to a while today.
