I wanted to get my ONE DEN radio installed and I had to wait a month for my appointment and then get a call on the day of to reschedule since they only have one installation guy who bailed last minute. Well come to figure out the earliest appointment is in DECEMBER!!! Ridiculous not relying on them ever again! Good luck waiting for a month then to wait another two to three months.

I absolutely love this store. This time they didnt have what I was looking for. A Fujitsu Scanner. I dont actually need it, its just a want lol. I also looked at cameras for my business. The salesman is an amputee and he was a great source of information for me. I highly recommend this store, but if you buy something make sure to check Amazon to see if you can find it at a lower price. It must be SOLD and SHIPPED by Amazon, they will price match. Every little bit helps.

This Best Buy location is one of the worst out of the locations I’ve been to out of 4 states since I travel a lot but Corpus Christi is my beautiful hometown and this Best Buy needs a make over starting with staff members to keeping a solid inventory. Today nothing was accomplished due to staff that has no care for customer service whatsoever. I’m in the market for a laptop particularly or possibly an All-In-One desktop but I couldn’t believe how much I was ignored or “not selected” to be asked if I needed any assistance since the gentleman in the Apple product department made that very clear to me after he avoided me and offered assistance to the couple as he was looking at me across the way. I counted 14 members on the floor and majority of them were in huddles, laughing aloud and socializing while I walk around purposely trying to make eye contact with any of them. Yes I could have asked for help and spoke first but at this point I was very curious if my existence would be noticed. Well, that test failed. Frustrated as I was I still decided to give them one more chance so I went back to the computers one more time, especially showing interest in this one laptop. While I was experimenting with the laptop, I couldn’t believe how empty the shelves were. Heck they didn’t have any computers to sell anyways and again, no help. Staff members walking by me from all all directions. I gave up. As I walked towards doors empty handed, I noticed there’s no inventory to cell phone cases, head phones, DVD Movies are thin, etc. I noticed this is nothing new the times I have shopped here at this Best Buy for the past 3 years that I know of. TVs ? Too many, in fact so much they’re all stacked at the front door almost giving them away! Funny thing to me is, one young lady out of a group of 3 at the main door wished me a wonderful day as I walked out with nothing. Looks like Wal Mart is my next stop. I do know this, I do get better service there than this Best Buy location.

I visit Best Buy for all my computer software needs as well as my cell phones. They match everyones prices and I normally have the match prices off of Amazon and from all line. today I needed a game system for my 9 year old son. I went to the back to the electronics and Juan was very nice and he came up and asked me what I needed. I told him that I was looking for the new playstation for my son for his birthday and that it was going to be a very special gift. He was able to find me the game system as well as he offered many different accessories with it and I did get a new controller as well as a memory card and a gift card for some games. The staff was extremely knowledgeable and they were quite wonderful and I really appreciate the great service that I always have at Best Buy. I want to continue to thank you for all the wonderful things that youll do to make my shopping experience so much better. The only thing you could have done a little better was I was not able to find a screwdriver to put the television I had bought last week on the wall. I wish that youll did carry small hand tools to help assemble some of the brackets and your accessories but overall you are the best place to shop for all your electronics and phones needs.

We purchased a portable room ac. The sales person right away asked if we would like one of their people to take it out to our car. By the time I went and moved the car to the entrance doors, it was already delivered. The whole time we spent there was under 15 minutes. Everyone one was quick, curtious and friendly. We bought our 2nd appliance from Best Buy. Great service and variety. But, both times we were called a week before delivery to confirm, but about an hour before delivery appointment the installer called to say our item wasnt in stock. I realize thats not Best Buys fault, but theyve got to have enough control over inventory to know a week out that they wont have what we purchased. This time weve been delayed 2 months. Very disappointing. Get a computer and get your inventory listed.

There is a reason my husband calls the store Worst Buy. It is fine with them to lose a customer for 25 bucks. I Imagine they have plenty of resources with vendors for returns. So being unwilling to override a poor store policy for $25 for an unused open item that was incorrectly advertised for my device is beyond pathetic. Returning it to the vendor they could re-package it and put it back on the shelf. This is how other companies operate.I have spent hundreds if not thousands of dollars at Best Buy. I will never be back. A measly $25 is too important to them than taking care of a customer. In this economy no one can afford this.

I had the worst experience. I waited for over an hour. Nobody helped. At 1 point there was a group of employees standing around there was 6 of them no one helped. When I asked an employee for help after waiting. He looked me dead in the souls of my eyes and walked away. Ive never been treated worse at another store than I have at this particular Best Buy. When I left the store I saw a group of employees standing around doing nothing just like all of the other group of employees. To start, the only reason its 4 stars is because it can be hard to get help sometimes. The rarely come up to you and ask if you need help, which is good most of the time (that can be annoying) but on the days i do need help its bad. However, thats still 4 stars cause if I ask someone for help they are always helpful, professional, and knowledgeable. The store is always clean and organized. (Wouldnt believe some of the stores ive seen.) Ontop of that they always have what I am looking for, and if they dont, they tend to have something similar or know where to get it.

Never buy a large appliance from Best Buy without paying their extra warranty fee. They delivered a brand new dryer whos shut down function doesnt work meaning itll run until you open the door, had a 1 hour load last 6 hours first day. But because I didnt pay them for extra warranty they found it completely satisfactory to have delivered a faulty product with no recourse or offer of swapping units. The best they could do was to tell me to call the manufacturer.

I was looking to replace my old stereo system, Kenwood brand. The kid (Im 57 he was about in his 20s) and showed me this big box with a nob on it. No CD player. Thats a separate piece. Okay show it to me. Any Kenwoods? Nothing, he just stands there. We have these players that gave CD access talk about cheep looking, not price, elementary looking players. I come asking for Kenwood and get junk. I hate being treated like an idiot. Work outside the box!!

I waited for a month to get my new stereo and speakers installed. I explained everything that I had and what I wanted done. I was charged for cut time. I show up and the guy tells me they dont do custom work. He says that there was miscommunication, so I communicated give me a refund and I left. Word to the wise, geek squad only does pull and replace. THATS what customers should be told up front.

Horrible Service. Purchased a large television, sound bar, and setup. Very long wait for an install. Install was confirmed a day prior to the scheduled date. No show and no call by geek squad. Generic corporate email was sent after the scheduled time period that stated I needed to schedule an install and a link was provided. Attempted to call store but they have decided to route everything to national call center that cant figure out what happened or help in anyway. First available install is now two weeks after first scheduled install which is 10 days after original purchase. Still waiting on purchased items which were to be delivered during install. I would not use this store for service. No communication, poor service, and no accountability. No offer to rectify the situation and no response to emails to local store.

The Best Buy in Corpus Christi, TX didnt have any AC units on display. If my wife had not researched their website in advance we wouldnt have known that the Best Buy even sold air conditioning units. We were able to find one AC unit & we did purchase it. We can use this small unit until we are able to get a qualified AC repairman to take a look at our central air conditioning unit. The timing sucks because we have placed our house on the real estate market a couple of weeks ago.

Best Buy has an extensive inventory of technical products, ranging from computers and cell phones to big-screen TVs and large kitchen appliances. Many products are pricey, but theyre quality products for the most part. I did have a problem on one visit - I spent 20 minutes waiting at the service desk before someone finally showed up to help. Otherwise, Best Buy is a great place for tech stuff!

A week ago I went into this store to buy a GoPro8 Hero Special Bundle. They had it for $349.99.I showed the manager a screenshot I saw on Best Buy for $299.99, he matched the price. Great right?😃Upon checkout the cashier informed me of an extended warranty as she also informed me I had two weeks to make a decision. I said ok let me think about it.🙂I went to startup GoPro8 but the instruction book print was to small😔 so I went to YouTube.👍🏾I needed to download the app and charge the camera.👍🏾Doing that I saw the light on the camera wouldnt go off after charged, so I went back to Best Buy for assistance and to purchasethe the extended warranty.😌Understand, I am not a fan of Best Buys and have not shoped with them for more then 25yrs because of poor customer service.😔But returned to purchase the GoPro8 and found this store manager who did right by me.🤗However, upon returning for assistance the atmessfear reminded me of why I dont shop this company.😒I needed a sales tax but the greater sent me to customer service/returns.When I informed her I need it salesperson/tech she said customer service will help you.🤔The customer service lady had no idea what to do because they take returns.She called for assistance repeatedly, to no avail. Then she called for a manager.He knew nothing. He simply instructed me to Geek Squad which is a cost of $45 for 30 minutes and I would have to make an appointment to come back🤦🏾‍♀️🥴.At this point I use customer service/return for its purpose and return the GoPro8.For me, this is not the type of store I need to shop at, I will not be returning to Best Buy, I have other options to spend my money.The trick to business is not making the initial sale, it is to get a repeat customer.😏

They keep hand sanitizers near the phones in case you want to touch them. Store looks pretty clean and safe to be in. Unfortunately they are sold out of game consoles and controllers. They do lots of games in stock though. I would call ahead to see if what you are looking for is in stock before you head out there.
