I made a payment on my sons account to get him caught up. I told them this was a one time payment and to not save my card information. Since they can’t get ahold of my son, they take it upon themselves to use my account for his payments. I’m going to the police to file a report.

Disappointed in this RAC. Filled out promo for 15$ starting week on an appliance. Paid my first week, signed papers and they never delivered my appliance by the time my full week payment due. I cancelled my contract. Will never do business with this store again.

Well I was doing real well on making payments. Yvonne Also tried helping me out. I lost my job and am having issues with the weekly schedule. I do receive extra money but its every 2 weeks. Today I get a text message that pretty much they cant help me out. Im only 2 weeks behind but being treated like I was 2 months late. I told them to go ahead and pick up the items. Very stressful time for everyone. I just cant believe that this is happening.
