Appliance mart did an amazing job with our refrigerator. Mark was incredibly helpful helping us select a fridge. During this time when the big box stores are taking months to deliver a fridge, appliance mart did my purchase on Friday and delivered the fridge on Saturday. The delivery people were incredibly professional and did a great job setting up my fridge. It is working fabulously and we are so happy with our purchase. Everyone from start to finish was incredibly pleasant to work with and we are so glad we shopped local at appliance mart.

We put down 100% of the amount for a 48 refrigerator. Over three months later after three delays and still no firm delivery dates, we asked for a refund (with a willingness to buy once stock became more readily available). Appliance Mart played games and refused to give us a refund so we called AMEX to open a dispute. AMEX gave us an investigation window of three weeks so they could get a response from Appliance Mart. Toward the end of this investigation window, Appliance Mart called to let us know that suddenly, a refrigerator was available and would be shipped down and installed in a week. I told AMEX to let them be aware of this situation. Unfortunately, it was a matter of poor timing and AMEX sided with me on the dispute the day the refrigerator was being delivered. I immediately called AMEX to ensure that Appliance Mart would be paid. AMEX had actually advised me to keep the dispute open while the matter was being settled.The following week, the very irate owner of Appliance Mart called me to say that AMEX sent her a note that the money was being taken back. She demanded that I immediately arrive at the store and pay her with a check and $100 more. I asked her that if she could write me a note that she would refund the AMEX charge, I would gladly write her a check for the full amount. She said she would do no such thing and instead threatened to call the police and district attorney.I checked with AMEX and found out that while AMEX did send her the note on taking the charge back, they also immediately rebilled my account the next day when I called them to cancel the dispute (which was one full week before she called me). Appliance Mart would indeed be paid the full amount - however they would have to wait until the next cycle in May to see the credit.The sales process and installation team were good. However, I do not take kindly to threats and bad behavior on the part of the owner. I understand how difficult it can be for a small business to wait yet another month for payment, but none of this was my doing. If the owner had agreed to simply refund me from the onset instead of playing games for two weeks, or agreed to write me a letter that she would issue a refund for the AMEX charged, I would have come by and paid with a check, and even a bit more for her inconvenience. Being nice to people usually works better than being mean to people.

We needed a fridge in a hurry when ours went out in our condo. The bigger chain stores couldnt deliver for 2 weeks or more. Matt at Appliance Mart found a fridge that was perfect for us, took my order over the phone, and had the fridge delivered the next day. The total delivered price was in line with the other stores as well. Highly recommend.

Purchased a refrigerator. The most horrible customer service, hands down. We were paying for our purchase and cashier (Mark) became rude when we refused to disclose our phone number/email. There was not need to disclose our information, other than to receive ads. He told us to leave and get a refrigerator somewhere else. We completed our purchase anyways because he is only an employee there and can not actually turn paying customers away. He needs to tone it down and be a little more courteous.

We have been buying our major appliances here for nearly 20 years. The salesmen (salespeople?) are knowledgeable, helpful and Not Pushy! They do charge for delivery and installation. They also take care of you after the sale. I had an issue with a 10 months new clothes washer. I couldnt find the receipt, but when I called, they took care of everything and my washer was fixed in 24 hours! We keep coming back for a reason!

Great place. We needed a washer and dryer set last minute when ours broke. We visited lowes and home depot aswell, all three stores had the same set but it was still cheaper here! Also this place has a better warranty and they were the only place able to deliver sooner than couple weeks

Purchased GE professional Series washer and dryer in December 2019 it started displaying an error code October 2020 I have not heard from appliance Mart or GE about repairs as this is still under warranty. We spent over $3000.00 on the combo with installation, wow did not expect this. Please think twice about purchasing anything from Appliance Mart no help whatsoever !!!!

The worst delivery experience (having bought a dozen appliances throughout four homes in my adult life), ever. These folks use a bottom basement delivery service - who’s dispatcher is dishonest. Going on day #8, still no water hookup. If you promise to come back and hookup the water for $20cash...better keep your word. Next stop: Better Business Bureau, Yelp, Angie’s, and Yahoo...maybe a billboard, who knows.

Bad place to buy. They sell stuff that doesn’t work. I bought a very expensive refrigerator and it never worked. Now, they are telling me they are not responsible for the issue even though I bought it brand new from them. I am never coming back it was the worst experience I ever had buying appliances.

Do NOT buy from Appliance Mart!!! I purchased a very expensive GE monogram unit that was defective from the moment they installed it. A.P. REFUSES to do anything about it!! Once they have your money, in particular Matt the salesman, you have ZERO leverage. GE will only issue repair warranty work. They WILL NOT issue a replacement. It’s a brilliant loophole that no one knows about until it’s too late. I will spread the word however. Do NOT buy from Appliance Mart!!!!!!!!! #crooks#brokennewfridge

Well, the devil is in the details. If you choose to shop at Appliance Mart be sure you understand what kind of deal youre getting. Ask about the warranty for appliances but get the details. Find out what that warranty will do for you. If, for instance, you buy a Samsung refrigerator and have problems with it while its under warranty, what recourse are you expecting from your warranty? Ask Appliance Mart if they participate in the manufacturers buy back and exchange program. If they tell you they dont, ask them what that will mean for your warranty if you have a problem with your appliance. If that means you have to deal strictly with the manufacturer as I have had to do for months, just be aware of what that could mean, the time it will take, the headaches you will have to deal with. Then ask yourself if the deal is still worth it.

Delivered a refrigerator that was DOA. Then, they took another 4 days to even call back to schedule service... Which wasnt until the following Monday. Refrigerator had a refrigerant leak and they will have to deliver a new one. New delivery couldnt be scheduled because their system was down. Were now going on 2 weeks with no refrigerator.
