Customer service was the best I’ve received. Jose Perez took care of all my needs! He went above and beyond to make sure I was happy! If you ever visit this store ask for Jose Perez!

IF I COULD I WOULD GIVE NO STAR. They charge me for 4 lines without me even knowing. Added a watch without my consent. Charge me over $500 twice. They are very shady and others need to be careful when they go in there and purchase a phone. They are rude and have horrible communication skills. They will screw you over just for more money. This T-mobile corporate has been the worst experience I have ever in counter.

On the way to the beach had to get another cord .The staff was very helpful and very nice. even when I got the wrong cord for my phone... New cord nice beach..🤜🤛😎

Make sure you make an appointment or be prepared to wait nearly 50 mins per a Ruben! Will need to think twice before going to this TMobile store. bunch of high school kids as sales rep and so called manager (mr. Ruben!). Pfft...wish Sprint had never been sold to TMobile! disappointed with the way this was handled - they dont listen to customer just sticks to their script - customer is wrong and store is right!! good luck TMobile! terrible unhappy Sprint customer!

Very pleasant visit to this location. Very clean and sanitized. I went in to upgrade my phone with jump and Cynthia was very helpful and answered all my questions honestly. Her customer service was lovely. I’m not sure on the rest of the staff but I would definitely go back because or Cynthia !

Went to team mobile in corona. They are super duper professionals. They for sure did there research and were able to help me out!! I recommend this store employees and managers are excellent

Terrible location with shady sales people. I was told that the OtterBox and screen protectors were going to be free, but when I checked my bill statement I am being charged about $8 monthly for one year for the extra equipment. Do not come here! They are all working for commission and are sneaky. I cant even get my money back for the extra stuff I couldve purchased online for a lot cheaper!

If you want your identity stolen or have your account ripped off. Come to this store. Had to put a fraud alert on my bank just 2 days after going to this store because someone was trying to use my info to get loans all over the place. Untrustworthy group here. Criminals.

My husband and I wanted to switch from AT&T to t-mobile and to upgrade our phones and we had trouble and were given high rates At a different t-mobile location. We came here and Diane helped us and made the transaction as smooth as ever and gave us exactly what we wanted. She was very nice and knowledgeable!!! If you ever stop by this store ask for Diane, she will go above and beyond for you.

By far the best customer service and customer care I have ever received from a phone company!Gabbie, Jorge and Javi made my transfer from at&t to T-Moblie so easy! They were very professional extremely helpful knowledgeable and their customer service as amazing i am very impressed and happy i made this change! Completely did everything for all 3 lines and set up all the cellphones. They made sure i got the best plan and cell phones best benefits my family and I. Answered all my questions with out hesitation!Highly recommended!Once again thank you so much for all your help!

We switched from Verizon to T-Mobile. Biggest mistake ever. The amount they told us we would pay was over a hundred less than what we got a bill for, I switched from Verizon to save money and now I’m paying $300 a month. I was only paying $250 at Verizon. Do Not go here, they are commissioned employees, who will lie to you and take from your table to fill you their own pockets. Also don’t call customer service because they can’t undo what a shady salesman did. To top it off, they never paid off Verizon. We found out when we received a final notice from Verizon. When we called to speak to a supervisor, the shady businessman that originally assisted us is the person who returned the call, we have been given the run around for 3 days. When we asked to speak to the managers supervisor she called back and told us her supervisor could only email for a few days. This place is a joke. Do Not Switch.

These guys suck! First I was sold a used phone, which I confirmed was used through customer service. Second, I NEVER received ANY paperwork from them when I purchased my phone. I had to return a second time to get duplicate paperwork. Then when they gave me the phone, it was not activated, it took 2 hours to activate. When I contacted the store, they were rude and did not want to fix the issue. Only because I was contacted by their district manager and through him I was able to get the issue resolved. It only took one week to resolve. If you are a T-Mobile customer go to any other store, but STAY AWAY from this one.
