Maria is absolutely THE best Metro Manager I have ever encountered.! She went above and beyond the call of duty to help me with my cell phone. She helped clear up a TON of space on my phone and explained so nice and very simply to me regarding MB, GB on the cell phones. She even took the time to answer MORE cell tech questions from me. I will be back in a few months to buy a new Samsung from Maria and will also be bringing my daughter in. She is outstanding, very rare these days to come across someone so genuine, so helpful, so kind. Thank you Maria, you made my day!

I talked to over 10 Metro tech spport reps over the phone including supervisors. Not one could help me fix my phone. Most were rude and i was a stop away from switching to Atat. Maria the manager at this store saved the day. She fixed my phone and was extremely friendly and nice to deal with. She should immediately be promoted to a high position with Metro and take advantage of your employees skill set! Maria. Godoy thankyou!!!

So I went in to this Metro PCS location the other day to lease a phone and was told to lease the phone I need to pay 20% down, which I did. Then I was told that to pay off the phone was going to be $216.44, which I received a printout for. 3 days later I contacted SmartPay to pay off the phone, just 3 days later, which is who this Metro PCS location uses to lease their phones. SmartPay then tells me that I must pay a total of $279 to pay off the phone. I of course said that Metro PCS told me it was $216.44 to pay off the phone, but neither SmartPay nor this Metro PCS store cares. In fact, the Metro PCS store Manager there Adriana decided instead of at least apologizing, to instead get nasty and tell me she does not believe me. In my experience, only liars assume others lie, therefore this Adriana must be a liar, and by the sound of her, Im sure she is a lot worse than a liar, too. If I were you, I wouldnt go to this location, unless you want to be ripped off, like I was. RIPOFF REPORT
