I had a pretty deep scratch in the car from someone who keyed my car. After I dropped off my car, they offered to have enterprise come and pick me up, but unfortunately my insurance didn’t cover a rental. I was going on a trip so I didn’t need the car back urgently. They sent me text message updates to the frequency I desired (I said every other day). This was great so I never had to call and wonder what the status of the repair was. They said it would be done in about a week. They finished it in 5 days. This includes tearing down the vehicle to see if there was any other damage, and fixing the scratch and repainting all surfaces, and washing my car and cleaning/sanitizing the interior. My car literally looks better than brand new now and they finished faster then the projected time frame. They are so polite and the facility smells great and is very clean. I highly recommend them.

I had a very pleasant experience with the staff and service at Platinum Collision. My Lexus was repaired in the time frame that they quoted it would be completed and it looks just as a good as when I first got it. Very friendly people who placed high quality care on my car!

Took the my Hyundai elantra 2018 about 2 weeks ago, because it was hit while I was at work, and the person left the scene, they finished the job in about to weeks. The outcome of my car came out better than I expected, they were really good respectful and honorable people, I would recommend this place to friends and family. Unfortunately, I have had to use Platinum Collisions services three times in the past year. The Platinum tram is terrific - always polite and helpful, making the process of getting your car fixed nearly painless. Their estimates are always on target and if there are any changes, they review all of them with you in advance of the repair. I highly recommend Platinum.

Almost everyday, I was updated on the status of car and estimated delivery date. Ralina at the front desk kept me informed at all times and made sure everything was sent to insurance and for rental car extension. Great team, very friendly and they all exceeded my expectations.

They just try to rip you off. I had a a few scratches and a plastic piece that was a little bend. They said they needed to order a new piece ($500) and paint it blue ($200) for a total of $700. That was just for the low/close to the ground plastic piece thats closest to the ground. I brought it to safkari close to the 60 grove exit instead. They fixed it for $100 no problem.

The painter there shouldnt even be painting cars... he should be buffing them with all that orange peel, I went to talk to the painter and he looked like a dirty thug with a beard. No Bueno!

They were rude and the kids could not eat or play a puzzel on the table. They had to play and eat on the floor. So Im assuming the table is only for decoration. A friendly tip, just dont bring your kids,they dont like kids.
