My work truck was stolen and then returned by police. The ignition was ruined so I reached out to Allen on Saturday morning and he said he would come to fix it in 6 to 7 hours. I waited 10 hours until I reached out to him to ask when he was coming. He never responded. If he had any integrity he would have responded or just not taken the job in the first place so I could have looked for someone else. Now it is Sunday and it will be impossible to find anyone. Between crooks that stole my truck and heartless people like Allen, been a tough week and still dont have a work truck to make ends meet for my family. I certainly dont recommend this company.

I dont even know where to start. I called this guy to come fix my key fob to my 08 Acura mdx the unlock button wasnt working but all the other buttons worked. So I bought a key fob case so he can use the buttons from there if needed. He checked then out and said he would fix it. HOUR+later he comes out saying he graved me a whole new key witch wasnt needed my key worked fine and instead of fixing my ONE button he made ALL of them not work. And then tells me u need to now manually lock and unlock everytime . I paid this guy to not do what I asked for and instead making it worse.And making a key that wasnt needed. Im highly upset!! I would give 0 stars if I could. I ALSO WANTED TO MENTION I HAD $400 IN MY CAR WAITING TO GO TO GET MY TIRES DONE AFTER AND WHEN HE WAS FINISHED and gone I went to go check and my money was gone as well.also I know I shouldnt leave money in my car but I thought walking to plug my phone insidewouldnt be to long to do. he was the last one in my car! I then called him and he had admitted that he goes in to middle consoles sometimes and when I told him what happened he got super defensive and I informed him saying he should also given me a receipt and also by law when my car is in his possession he is responsible. Then to find out he doesnt have any bussiness insurance. So now my next step is BBB I already made a police report.

I had a huge American lock on my trailer that I lost the key for while I was out on the job. They were here within one hour and although it took a little extra effort they were able to take the lock off. Very nice guy.

These guys have the worse attitude and prices .... and they charged 150$ to make me one key then it only cranked it and he turns and looks at me and says well there’s the problem it’s not reading the chip got the money and left. Claiming that’s not part of his job .

Omg, I can not explain how amazing Allen is. We have been looking for a reasonable locksmith and a professional one for about 3 months. I called him today and he gave me a great price. By 1pm today he was working on our locks for our van. Thank you soooooo much for your great customer service and professionalism. I will recommend you to others for your service.

This is the company to use for anyy of your key issues..whether home or office..car, boat...rain or shine they get the job done...Allen is truly the best ...he not only kept his word and showed up at a late hour when no one else would but he was also able to handle the reprogramming and all else needed to get my mercedes working again ..sooo many locksmiths didnt have the know how or ability to work with mercedes. And others would take my info promise me it be done before the days over then would never call back or pick up when I tried to call them back..then I talked with Allen at Master Key AAA and i knew I was going to be alright.... He quoted a fair price and came an hour out to me and had my car started, key fob New and programmed in less time than it takes to do an oil change.... Thanks again Allen!!!

Allen is very good at what he does. He came to job, and made sure that i had a key made for my Porsche Cayenne with an original key fob. By the time was half way through my shift he was complete. Not to mention he charged me fraction of what Porsche would have charged me. Not to mention I didnt have to get it towed to the dealership. I recommend AAA Master Key to anyone who finds themselves in a pinch.

Allen was a pleasure to work with. He was the ONLY locksmith I called that would actually work (and felt comfortable with) my 2010 E550 Mercedes. I had locked my ONLY set of keys in the trunk (dont ask me how....I blame my girlfriend LOL) He was the only open at 7am on Monday, and although based in Corona, he was willing to drive out to Lake Elsinore to meet me. Not just that, because I live in Riverside, it took me 25 mins to meet with him by the time he told me was at my car (My ride was deep into Norco when he called to tell me he was 30 mins away.) Allen wasnt even upset and just made sure that the car he was at, was mine (sent via picture from his phone) and was quietly working on it when i finally showed up. He was clean and professional and a very nice guy! Would recommend highly! I was able to get a brand new key for my car for nearly half the price quoted at a MBZ Dealer!Thank you Allen!

Im glad this place exists. My dealership wanted me to get my car towed across the city and pay them an arm and a leg. Fortunately, AAA Master Key Maker came right to where I was and got me taken care or in timely manner.

I recently had AAA Master Key help with my locked car for the first time at night and they responded right away and arrived to help with my car in less than 10 mins! He is quick at what he does and its very affordable! This was an emegency too with limited time for myself so knowing they respond right away is 10/10 quality service! Im glad I found this company!! RIPPOFFF !!!!! Be careful this guy Allen came made me a new key . It worked about 4 times then it stopped.Allen didn’t respond for over a dayWhen he did he said it was probably my batterySo I charged my battery but the key still didn’t workAfter another day he Finally came and now without even checking anything he said it was my car not his keyHe ripped me off for 360 bucks I think he does it a lotRIPPOFF
