Customer service and service is excellent. I brought my 2021 corolla here for collision repair and recently got it back. It looked brand new and the paint job is excellent. George kept me updated throughout the time my car had been in the workshop. Took almost 3 weeks because the insurance i claimed took forever but honestly I didn’t mind because i had a rental car and I prefer them taking their time rather than rushing to fix my car. Front desk was attentive and polite. Overall I’m happy that my car is fixed and they’ve done a good job to my car. Highly recommend to anyone!

I took my 2020 Gmc truck to get fixed on an approved insurance claim and Gerry Macias the Program Manger gave me the runaround. Told me parts for my truck are hard to find and it might take 6 months to get it fixed? He said hed do some research and call me back. Never called me back and I left messages several times. Apparently hes a liar cuz I went to another collision shop a week later and they picked up all brand new parts from the dealership next day. So whats the deal??? I wouldnt take anything to Carstar cuz you cant trust a lying manager!!!!!

The work was done quickly and the price was fair. They kept us updated with emails and text throughout. I would use them again.

CARSTAR Allstar Collision did an excellent job on repairing my 2018 Honda Civic. Not only were they able to complete repairs on my car before the estimated date but they even went above and beyond and added touch up paint to the little scratches on the parts of my car that were not initial to the repairs. An added plus was getting into my extremely clean interior...there wasnt one dog hair found in the back seat! I will definitely be returning If I ever need auto body repairs!

Walk in here today the lady walk of office and ask how can I help you and I said I need a quote to paint my tahoe and she didnt even look at it she just said $7000 you try macco so what did I look poor or something I didnt even say anything very rude and very disrespectful I will not be coming back here again. Atleast macco are very nice and respectful to there ustomers

My experience with CARSTAR Allstar Collision exceeded my expectations. Their facility took my breath away. But most importantly, their staff was very efficient, warm and welcoming. I am so happy with my results. Their quality is like no one out there. Truly a one of a kind auto body shop.

I have been there once and unfortunately I have to go back again do to another claim, excellent work, my daughter has been there 3 different claims which is why I went there great work.

They not only have used the same excuse, “ well the holidays might push you date back,” but it’s been 2 months PASSING the holidays. They also changed the date they said my vehicle would be done but now I’ve not only missed days of work but also paying a monthly payment just to have my vehicle sitting and not being worked on because “ only 90% of the car parts have came in,” i not only went to their location because of their high rating but also because they seems VERY professional but it seems to me they just play you into having them just sit around while your vehicle is the LEAST care to them . This is LAST place I’d EVER take my vehicle.

After months of dealing with my insurance company and my truck already being at two different shops as a last ditch effort it ended up here. There were many different problems and hoops they jumped over and maneuvered through to fix my truck. Cris personally took care of every detail. Over priced for what they produce. I have had issue with my front door since they fixed it. Take your car elsewhere if you can help it. They were 3500 higher every other competitor.
