Jesse was extremely helpful and took great care of all our needs. Very professional staff, I went back to have something fixed that was under warranty and they gave me no issues honoring the warranty and did so in the time frame they said they would. He said it would be done on a specific day, and it was, I really appreciated all their help. Highly recommended.

This was my 3rd visit to Caliber. I used another location the first two times so this was my first time at this location. Caliber Collision in Corona repaired my BMW back to perfection. The staff is incredible with communication and customer service. When I picked my car up I found a issue after taking it home. The staff promptly got in contact with me over the phone to resolve the issue. This location is honest and work hard to give the best experience possible with car repairs. I highly recommend this location and will if needed use them in the future.

Excellent body shop. I was so upset after scraping up my brand new car. However, they did a fantastic job making it look like new again and although I know it is their job to make your car look nice, I somehow feel like they take more pride than many when it comes to body work on your car.

My car, only a year old, was rear ended and sustained extensive damage. I was skeptical about the outcome of the repairs and irritated about the prospect of using aftermarket parts. Caliber did a fantastic job and my service advisor was able to use a majority of factory parts to repair my car. Caliber delivered outstanding customer service- even had my repaired car towed out to me! Excellent - I would recommend them. Bryan was fantastic and really helpful!

Terrible service...waited 25mins just to be called up for someone to look at the car. Then waited another 20mins for paperwork while our adjuster helped someone else...while people what came in after us were done and gone.

They took more than 30 days to repair my car. I have to pay extra for my rental $381. My rental cover only for 30 days /$1500 Max and my total for rental was $1881. They charge full on my credit card and they also receive the check from my insurance company. Today is one month to return my money and still havent got my check yet. And for extra day took to finish my car they promise me they will issue $300 for gift card and I would received it before 5/23/17, I havent received that either. When ever I called them they always say they will check with the corporate and call you back. Out of 10 or more they have only once replied. Now I feel like I need to file dispute with my credit card.

WENT IN ON MONDAY FOR AN ESTIMATE FOR MY TRUCK WAS TOLD THAT I WOULD GET THE ESTIMATE EMAILED TO ME LATER THAT DAY ITS NOW FRIDAY AND STILL HAVENT HEARD FROM THEM, I CALLED THEM AND THEY KNOW NOTHING AND THAT THE PERSON WHO ASSISTED ME WAS OUT.... WORSE THING IS THEY ARE THE BODY SHOP THAT MY INSURANCE DEALS WITH DIRECTLY....
