Little upset. My husband and I traded our phones in and we were told that we qualified to get 800 for each. I had asked multiple times to confirm that was the promotion. I even spoke with someone from the call center who also confirmed and stated they were going to make note in my account. Come to find out we only got 700.00 each. So now I’m out 200.00. I called the store and spoke with Ashley and expressed my concern and all she could say is she is new. I asked her to have the manger call me. And she said all she can do is leave a message on his desk. So I would like to know why is it ok to give the wrong information and now I’m the one who gets to pay for it. Not to mention I asked for a receipt multiple times and was told it was emailed to me. I never received the receipt. I even called back to ask again. Really sick of people not doing their jobs and giving customer the correct information. If I did that I would be fired. Zero accountability!
A few days ago I went to the Cornelius Verizon Store to ask if they could assist me with my Verizon account.The young man who waited on me (shouldve gotten his name) informed me that they only help new phone purchasers with accounts. He told me I needed to call customer service or go online for assistance with accounts.This employee never once inquired as to what I needed specifically regarding my account. I actually wanted to upgrade my Verizon plan!The store was not busy. One customer was being checked out. I know there were at least 2 employees.I find this appalling. Ive been a Verizon customer for decades and Im a senior citizen so dealing with a computer causes great stress! These employees can just spend the rest of the afternoon checking their phones unless someone comes in to shop. Existing customers are chopped liver.There should be a sign on the door before one goes inside that states, This store is only for buying phones and setting up a new account.It used to be that Customer Service was the trademark of a quality firm or business. Not at Verizon in Cornelius!!
Havent always had the best experience with Verizon but the gentleman who helped me, Adam, was the absolute best salesman Ive ever worked with. Not only did he take the time to hear my complaints but he made it his personal mission to fix everything. I was ready to take my account to Tmobile but after getting everything finished with Adam I made the decision to not only stay for the time being with Verizon but will be returning to him soon for new devices. Outstanding employee and an asset to Verizon overall.
Adam was incredibly helpful in helping me get my parents new phones set up. I switched them to the iPhone 11 from old Samsung devices and he was incredibly patient with them and all the questions they had about how to use an interface that was new to them. He even made sure they both got the protection they needed on their devices and was very knowledgeable.

The staff was incredibly polite and quick, I witnessed them deal with very difficult customers in a very fast and professional manner. I normally hate getting a new provider, but visiting this staff was a pleasure. 10/10

My boyfriend and I went in to get a new iPhone since his was ridiculously old. Corey helped us out and gave us excellent customer service. He was working with another gentleman before us, but he was very communicative about when he could help us while the other gentleman was transferring data, and was great with multitasking! He had answers to any questions and was pleasant to talk to, and patient with us especially when it came to iPhone set-ups. He even hooked us up with awesome deals we didn’t know we wanted. Thanks man!
Adam was a huge help. He was very thorough in asking what I needed. A+ service here. He also helped save me some money so I could get all the accessories I wanted.
I just had the most amazing time at the GoWireless because of an outstanding employee, Adam F. He was extremely knowledgeable, he was quick, and most importantly, he was fun! He was extremely patient with me and took the time to make sure that I knew about all the deals, and he was able to get me some awesome accessories for my phone for free, just because I traded in my old phone. Adam is great at his job, but the best thing about my experience with him was enjoying his friendly demeanor and bright personality. He was cracking jokes and smiling the whole time. He seemed to have a great rapport with his co-worker too. He helped me pick out my phone case and he cared so much about making sure my phone looked perfect, it almost seemed like he was picking out his own phone case. He made me feel important, like I was his good friend or family member or something. I bet he treats all of his customers that way. Adam seems to genuinely enjoy his job and he just lifted my spirits so much and made me so excited about what I was getting and just excited about my day in general. I came home happy and feeling really lucky, and it’s because Adam was awesome. This guy should be recognized for his amazing work.
Corey gave me the best service that I have ever had at a Verizon store. He was patient and a great teacher. He helped me to get a better plan, he told me about promotions, and I think he deserves a raise. I am a senior citizen and the help that he gave was very much appreciated.
I found a 21st century device that might work for my mom! Its called a Gizmo watch. Yesterday she explored texting, and learned to press the arrow button to go back to see the time. Today she learned to charge her Gizmo, take a call, and hang up too. I am proud of her for being brave and trying something new!Kaleb S at the Cornelius Verizon store helped me pick out the Gizmo for her and set it up. I dont like shopping much, and it could have been a really stressful experience because we had some tech issues. Kaleb was so kind and mellow, it set me at ease, and the whole thing actually felt like no trouble. I am thankful for Kaleb and all the other kind and patient folks who work retail like him who know how to make a hard day go more smoothly.
Cory absolutely went above and beyond to help me make my purchase happen. He was speaking with the customer care and they were unable to solve the problem with my account, Im sure they did their best, but in the end, not successful. Cory to his credit would not give up and ultimately found the answer. If youre having trouble finding an answer, you need to get yourself down to the Cornelius Verizon center. Much love and respect to Cory. He deserves a raise!!!!!
HORRIBLE experience, went in to get an iPhone 11 and he gave me whatever capacity he wanted so when I went in to tell them about it he had the nerve to say it was MY FAULT. So Unprofessional I can’t believe he said that.

Ive bought a phone from this store twice in the past four years. Both time the service was excellent . One of the comments here mentioned selling something to someone without them even knowing the price. First of all, I went in knowing exactly how much everything was going to cost to me, so there were no surprises at all. Miquel (the store manager) was very helpful. I had another person who helped complete my purchase and she was also very helpful and friendly. I am giving this store five stars because of the great customer service I received.

These people are phenomenal! Olivia worked with us and pointed out several new options for our plan we were unaware of. We walked out with a new phone, a new tablet, more storage and data capacity...and a lower monthly bill! She helped us transfer contacts and pics from one phone to the other seamlessly (and the first time) and was very patient with us in showing some new features on the new phone.Thank you thank you thank you
I called this establishment and I was put straight to hold with music with out a Hello Verizon how can I help you? or can you please hold. My husband called from his phone and same thing they even hung up on him. When we went to pay our bill they had 2 customers only. This is horrible customer service. Please learn to pick up your phones and give great customer service.

Went in a month ago to get new phones and switch back to Verizon now that they have unlimited data. The store manager April was super nice and set us all up. Even gave us a free tablet and told my husband and I it would only be 10 dollars a month. We get the bill and its not 10 but 20 and a 40 activation fee she never told us about. Okay no big deal, mistakes happen. Call customer service and they tell us we have to go to the store we bought the device at to get it fixed. Im still okay at this point, so far everything has been reasonable. I get to the store and the assistance manager Gail greets me very nice and ask if I need help. I say yes and I have some billing issues I need help with. I tell her what happened and that her manager was the one I worked with. She then tells me there is nothing she can do and even if April was there she couldnt help me either. Excuse me??? I then tell her that selling something without disclosing the fees and mispricing is illegal and to get April to fix this if she is going to refuse to assist me. She tells me to call corporate if I need help. To say the least I did call corporate filed a corporate compliant and they were nice, waved the fees that April never told me about and canceled the tablet I was mispriced. I also sent a formal compliant in the mail, and followed up with the BBB. Hope Gail treats other customers better than she did me....
Kaleb and Corey were stellar customer service champions. I had a catastrophic failure with my S7 and they were able to solve the situation creatively and wonderfully. These two are a true credit to their organization.

When I came to the store there was one employee and one other customer who was already being helped. I stayed in line for over 10 minutes without being acknowledged. I politely opened communication to get on the employees radar, and he came back annoyed and defensive. I tried to smooth things over and he became more angry. I calmly left the store to let him cool down. Unnecessarily unprofessional.

I am really not happy with this branch of Verizon. I went in earlier this month to purchase a pay as you go top up and sim card to put into my unlocked phone. I explained to the sales clerk (a fat/pudgy Mexican guy) what I wanted. He told me that my phone would not likely be able to use the pay as I go Verizon sim card. He said he would check in the computer for me, asked me my information acted like he was looking at my phone details. Then he told me the phone could not use the monthly pay as I go service and that I would need to get a plan with them. I thought this was really weird and I knew he was incorrect so I went straight over to Walmart in Cornelius, purchased a sim and credit and set it up no problem.I had no idea but this little punk had took my information and ran it though the computer to apply with a plan through Verizon which I def did not authorize. At the end he gave me a sales pitch to try to sell me a plan. I thought it was a over aggressive, again I had no idea he had ran my credit. I didnt even know he did this until I just got a letter in the mail stating that I had applied for a verizon account, WHICH I DID NOT.I would strongly suggest to avoid this location at all costs as the sales associates are willing to screw you over to try to make a sale.
So glad our small city has this store!! There may be a wait, but its only because theyre giving the customer before you the same great service theyre going to give you.

I live in Cornelius..I used to love the customer service at this location...the sales lady I worked with transferred to Newberg unfortunately...I been in this location a few times after and evertime I am here its such a bad experience..the sales people do not seem to care about your problem ..last time I went the sales guy was chewing gum and kept asking me to repeat myself snce he would not look at me...It rather drive outside of Cornelius to go to a different store.....
