The shelves were well stocked, the lady at the deli was really friendly and helpful, bathrooms were very clean also worth noting that the flowers, full body length mirror on the wall and the child sized sink were great touches. My friend saw an employee washing his hands carefully and obeying the 20 seconds rule.There are many self checkouts available and the employees were fast to help in case you needed assistance. Overall this was a very pleasant Walmart experience, probably the best if I have to be honest.

I found exactly what I was looking for and then some. We went through self checkout the the employees was great at doing a price check for me and very nice. Customer service was able to answer my questions was a great trip.

I needed a stand mixer in an emergency.... I thought they were all sold out and nobody was really helping me until this one gentleman named Eric I believe scanned for the stand mixers that were on display and said he thought he had one in the back still and went into the back and saved the day when he found one stand mixer! GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!

Excellent help I was in need a scooter to get it around in the store and someone someone volunteered to get one for me and I was treated very nicely yesterday very Big store and it was kept very clean and ordinary for the most part.

The place was a mess ex: looking for sweats & had to dig through the pile as there were children up to 4x mixed together & couldnt find any help. Not going back! Not worth the time nor driving distance.

I did it to myself again, I gave them one more chance. Bought an item and tried to return it. The card i used for the purchase 2 weeks ago didnt show up on their system. No receipt because why would I when everybody uses your card to look up the purchase. Sorry sir we cant do anything because its over $50. I wont be going to Walmart ever again.

Very crowded,typical 2 registers open with Lines out the wazoo. They got security on lock but are slipping on the staff side of things. They try helping by guessing where a item is bless theyre hearts

Why is it you can not use cash at the self checkouts ?there was only 2 checkers and the lines were stupid long. Then at the self checkout you have not one but two employees standing there both doing nothing, Im sure one of them is suppose to be standing there but 2 come on. The one standing there could of been checking so people could get there stuff and get out. Someone needs to reevaluate what is not going on, there is no reason any one should have to stand in line that long. Cross train your employees. All I see is bad management. This one is a supercenter with spacious aisles and multiple entrances leading directly into the departments. Plenty of self-checkout machines.

Mario stocking the meat department was awesome! He went to the back and got us our 10lb bag of chicken quarters and was so helpful and friendly. He really went above and beyond to help my husband and I.

This Walmart is the pits- and no one has high expectations of Walmart to begin with. Cosmetics section looks like the aftermath of a Black Friday sale and the store shelves are always half empty. Employees seem uninviting and unenthused. I will drive to Tigard to go to their Walmart to avoid this one in the future-they are always out of items I need-I thought the empty shelves were a Covid happenstance the first time I went but it is every time since I moved here a year ago from Az. Ridiculous. Someone needs to be doing a better job with inventory control and the cosmetics section needs to be sectioned off with its own register so people cannot steal if that’s the issue. Better yet, open a new Wal-Mart in Forest Grove so I never have to go back to this one.

We actually stopped to use the charging station. Disappointing because only one of the stations out of four was working. The store, however, is excellent--spacious and clean. The employees were outstanding, helpful and accommodating.

Whoever makes the deli snack wraps you deserve a pay raise. They are delicious and affordable. They just made my day and so did you. Thank deli workers

Wal-Mart needs an actual theft management department instead of infering that youre a thief everytime you leave the store after purchasing something, not sometimes but everytime. Its extremely offensive.

This trip at self checkout I actually got a polite helpful checker. I think most of the staff are rude and can barely do their job. The store itself pretty good selection of things and alright prices.

Sometimes its got very long lines and its walmart. Its what you expect at a walmart. Overweight women in spandex and halter tops that should not, and kids running around all over. Receipt checkers that are friendly and silver haired.

This is a great Walmart. Clean but a little hard to get into the parking lot it you’re not familiar with the area. Great access from camp ground if you forget something!

I went there because I new they would have what I needed for a price I can afford. The employees there are very helpful. Also clear sailing as far as very few people there.

Store is fine, but the pharmacy staff is rude. Went to get an rx filled. They said come back in 20 min. 25 min later I came back and was told it would be 20 min. I started to leave again. And decided Id rather give my business to someone eelse. Went to counter asked for rx back You know what, Id like my prescription back, I will take it somewhere that will respect my time. From the back a tech shouts at me, they called it in here nobody else will fill that for you. (Guess what, thats a lie I had a physical copy too) finally they are giving it back and the pharmacist starts yelling at me about not being his only customer, which I understand, that was not the point at all. So they are now 3 people shouting and talking down to me all because I didnt want the rabbit I was filling the rx for to die in the car while waiting. They are awful representatives for customer service, I would have been fine if someone had said sorry for the delay or anything, but they attacked me instead. Will be following up with calls to store manager and further if need be. Always inappropriate, I reflected their tone back in the end because I will treat you the way you treat me. Nice job, what a jerk pharmacist.

It was great but they need to come up with a better system for the OTC cards its very difficult to find out what is covered and what is not and it makes the lines longer because the cashier has to take s*** back off

Seems like there clothes section for PLUS size is getting smaller and smaller or they only have 1 size. Been like that for a few years now. Everytime I go no matter what the time is they have items just sitting in the isles waiting to be put on shelves. By the kids area you can only go down 1 way or the other since they have things piled down the big isle in the middle. Its bad since so many shelves are empty too.

I wish this store was better stocked. So many empty spots on the shelves. Otherwise, clean and easy to navigate. Its the beginning of July and they are putting out school supplies, so those are plentiful.

Walmart has a variety of goods and in the past have done a decent job of staying in stock, however, since Covid-19 it seems they are struggling to keep adequate staff and stock in all departments 😥

Love curbside pickup. It is a great service which we have been using for well over a year and will probably continue even after things are safer with regard to Covid-19.

Best time to go is in the morning monday thru friday. Its a lot more peaceful and well stocked. Avoid weekends if you can unless you go early but it is the closest walmart to me and I only get specific items here.

Its a super Wal-Mart! They most everything you may need or want, at very good prices.

Ive had so many problems with their grocery delivery service every single time I order. If you need to have groceries delivered, would not recommend.

All you need in one great place. If you forget your shopping bags, no worries, Walmart does not charge for their bags.

Had just what I needed and easy to find.

It was pretty good I just went with my sister and got a couple of things, everything was satisfactory. Although they dont require masks and we saw a group of four boys go in without masks and leave having gotten all the things they were looking for. This angers me because they could have been spreading covid-19 and no one did anything about it.

Asked a clerk where to find something she took me right to it, it was last one just like website said, did self checkout so was in and out in less than 10 minutes. Great help.

Cant find anything, Store is filthy.. do not have things in stock when the app tells you its in stock. Example: Tried to buy a Ozerk 4 person tent, app said 39 in stock. Even the Sales Representative was even confused about this. She even scan the shelf to see if there was error. Even when she scanned the item, it said there were 39 in stock. This was a bummer.

Completely lacking customer satisfaction. Customer service nolonger a requirement. Rude & obnoxious. Someone told them they were essential and helping or being pleasant to customers went away completly.

Ordered a poster. Fedex site said it was delivered 2 days earlier. Walmart site said delayed. Called this store and got 3 different people who said there was nothing they could do/didnt know what to do. Went into store next day. They said customer service desk was closed on Saturdays (which is unheard of) and that we had to drive around to pick up. When we got to pick up, they said we needed to go back inside. When went back inside, the guy finally found the package, but said the ONLY person that could sign it off was on lunch, and they didnt know when they would be back. This review only got 2 stars because we eventually got our package. Everything else was horrible customer service.

Walmart super center up here in Hillsboro is different it’s kinda like stuck back in time but in a good way. I noticed that when I saw the ugliest clothes on the racks I remembered them on clearance in Eugene year prior. Idk I think this store is much needed and I wish there was more around here

Astonishing incompetence. I recently stopped here to make a purchase. The clerk says we need a managers approval for this transaction. after an hour wait they tell me there are no competent managers available today, I will have to come back another day. Twice more over three weeks I make the attempt for my purchase only to be told after an hour or more wait that there are no competent managers here today. When I worked for a large retail chain years ago, this level of incompetence would have resulted in terminations of the floor managers, store manager and district manager at least.

Pretty standard Wal-Mart, smaller garden center but generally clean and decent.
