Awesome place with equally Awesome staff!! I cannot say enough good things about this place! Sheila has always treated me well and has gone above and beyond the call of duty!! I cannot grasp why there are any negative reviews! The only thing that comes to mind in regards to the negative is those people must be delicate snowflakes ❄ 😂😂😂

I like going in here even though the owner is not always overly friendly it’s her personality not everyone needs to be super friendly but she has always been honest and fair and has always given me her time and knowledge and does warm up to you if your intentions are good going in. I’m sure she has to deal with a lot of shady people so you have to have your guard up. I’m confused to the negative reviews because I like visiting the store. It’s her business she can run it how she sees fit. I have been to several pawn shops and always leave feeling like they were trying to rip me off, I have never felt this here.

The people that helped me were courteous friendly knowledgeable and patient. Prices were amazing and I did not find any unreasonable price in the variety of items that I looked at or those I bought.

Sold a few high end firearms here. Sheila the owner gave me a fair price and was knowledgeable. I highly recommend this pawnshop.

I moved to the area about 2 years ago and needed a loan so went into Baseline pawn. They were very nice and gave me a fair price. I have been back several times since and have always been treated with respect. There came a time when I needed a couple more days on my loan and it was no problem at all. These guys are great, theres no place else Ill go now, Im a customer for life.

I love this place. I just can’t say enough about Sheila, her mom, brother, and everyone else that works there. I’m always treated with respect. Let’s face it. We all would like to get more for items we pawn/sell but they are a business obviously and need to make a profit ! I’ve found they usually offer a little more than other pawn shops. Definitely go there first ! I’m in and out quickly. Keep up the good work folks!

Had an issue with something I purchased. She had no problems exchanging it. I will definitely be going there in the future.

Bought some items from them, so far had to either rebuild them or just throw them away as they did not work at time of purchase, despite claims. Will never go there again and recommend no one else does either. Cannot trust them to actually test anything to verify that there is not an issue

Great selection of games and movies. Staff here is nice. Its my second time here and Ill definitely come back .

Rude, condescending. I wasnt going post anything about Sheila, the owner, but then I saw a re-run of Judge Judy where she was sued by a customer and saw that she treats others the same as she did me. I took my items to USA Pawn instead and was treated wonderfully, not like a second class citizen at Baseline.

The people who work at this shop hit the stereotype perfectly on the head. They take excessively long to quote you on a price for selling/pawning. Another issue is that the people who work here are very condescending & just a bunch of jackasses. Go here as an absolute last resort to buy or sell/pawn your items. Do not expect a fair deal, do not expect a good or reasonable price on most items, and most importantly do not expect anything that even comes close to customer service.

Rude service, coercive sales tactics, outrageous prices.Ive never had such an unpleasant shopping experience. The staff talked down to me as if I was a child. They used scare tactics and told me that other pawn shops were selling items at even higher prices---which turned out to be untrue.Some of their firearms are two to three times above online prices (which are already high due to the impending ban). Really an opportunistic attempt to capitalize on the political climate.

Called to inquire about a product they were selling on ebay. I was wondering if they could provide me with the serial number so i could check the history of the product with the manufacture. The very rude lady who answered the phone told me, Im not going to give you the serial number and hung up.

Very rude. Took my guitar in and she said it wasnt very valuable(walden d2040). Offered me less when I tried to negotiate. Would not recommend. Much better service at the USA pawn in Hillsboro.

Five star experience

Very rude man, woman was nice. His mom said they took SLR cameras and didnt take mine. Kinda angry because we drove from Longview Washington too go there just for the guy cashier to say no. Horrid costomer service.....

$2499 for a 2004 Mercury 9.9hp trolling motor is 10% less then retail new. Outrageous to say the least. I can get a 2010 for $1295 used, tested and verified by a dealer.

Went in to look at a glock 19. Not only were they asking 430 for a used gen 4, the woman that handed it to me didnt check the magazine or slide before handing it over. Extremely reckless and unprofessional. Will not be back.

My husband & I tried to purchase a pistol here last year in September, my husband had to do a background check & she told us it would take about 30 mins, so the 30 mins pass & my husband has work so she offers us to put it on layaway till we here back. We never got a call back nor did she want to give us back our money till this day she robbed us for $100 dollars

Baseline Pawn is the absolute WORST pawn shop that Ive ever seen, in Oregon or any of the 11 other states Ive visited. Their prices are attractive only to the ignorant or obscenely wealthy. The reason why is the owner, Sheila. Even taking into account the fact that all pawn shops are looking to make a profit, and they frequently have to deal with some unpleasant, dishonest folks, this female takes the prize for being the biggest poverty pimp I or anyone else could encounter.If youre wanting to sell, put your goods on Craigslist until you do...because the dirt price that Sheila will offer you for them is just that. The only thing she parts with freely is insults and condescending remarks about how worthless your items are, and how you really aught to consider yourself lucky to have ANY offer from her. Now, I will say that Ive seen her interact positively with SOME people...those who have no shame in using their mouth as a substitute for toilet paper! Past that however, shes just as hateful and miserable to others as to me.So, if youre considering donating stuff to Goodwill, or tossing it in the ol burning barrel, by all means, take it in to Baseline!If your gear is worth more than the fuel your car would consume to get there, NO. Ive made a firm resolution to never go back there unless the building is on fire, and I happen to need to empty my bladder.
