I have bought a ton of cars retail over the last 17 years (about 20, actually) and I can honestly say that this was the easiest best experience I have ever had.I purchased a used BMW M4 from this dealership and not only was the car reconditioned including new tires, the car itself was in outstanding condition, beyond my expectations from the photos on the website.The price was beyond reasonable and I was offered a respectable amount for my trade, which I now see listed on their site for a reasonable amount as well.The salesman was easy to get along with, and the finance department did not hard sell me on a bunch of expensive junk like most dealers do.My loan rate was not marked up and was comparable to what I would have received should I have had secured my own financing.Great dealership and absolutely worth driving up from Charlotte.

The sales person (Rudy) was great to deal with. Purchased a used BMW, when doing the paperwork with finance we were told that they would have to get back with us on an extended warranty and never did. Less than two months later the engine has locked up and the company is telling us they can do nothing for us.Thanks for the reply as I said during the paperwork the extended warranty was not offered because it would not work with this car for some reason and we were told that we would be contacted about one when she found one for us and never got back with us.

I wish my husband dealt with another salesperson here at Lake Norman Infiniti. Tristan James was unprofessional! He needed a signature from my husbands Aunt in GA and said he would have the paperwork mailed out her but then turned around and had another person drive two states over, randomly knocking on her door to have the paperwork signed to close the deal. NEVER communicated nor asked if that was ok... Who APPROVED this action?????????????????? Who told Tristan this was ok?! Unprofessional. Theres NO defending this! How are we going to fix this?My review isnt conflicting- Its on behalf of my husband and if you have a problem you can let me know that directly. My name doesnt have to be on the car to let you know Tristan dropped the BALL and you need to redirect your smart reply to young inexperienced Tristan. I have time today. Whoever wrote the reply can speak to me because Jefferson didnt have that energy when he called me this morning. NOTHING I SAID IN MY REVIEW WAS DIFFERENT THAN WHAT I SAID TO THE SALES MANAGER ON THE PHONE. The place is awesome the staff is very friendly. Sadly I had to either sale my Honda crv or let it go as a repo .. I listed the vehicle to sale and was contacted by Dupre very nice guy . They bought my vehicle off and also made sure I had a ride by Uber home . Oh and while waiting they offer massage chairs . Great experience 👍 thankyou so much.

Kobe is the nicest person you can work with. He is not the typical car salesman; he listens. I had limited time on 4th of July weekend. Kobe reached out to me and communicated everything with me and was able to work out a deal for a new Infinity without any hassle. Anytime you have a hassle free experience with a dealer is one in itself. 2 weeks later my son came home from serving oversees and was looking for a car; I contacted Kobe, within a few hours Kobe delivered it right to the door of my house. TJ is an excellent salesman! We found exactly the car we were looking for and negotiated a great deal. Clean and modern showroom, immaculate vehicles, and friendly staff. And, they will buy your old vehicle with an offer well above other dealers -- even a 2003 Honda Element that needs towing! Highly recommend and would absolutely buy another vehicle from this dealer.

It’s not often that I give negative reviews but I’m very frustrated with my experience at this dealership. Communication has not been the best I purchased a used vehicle which was delivered to me in Virginia. It took about two weeks to get the vehicle delivered. I was told prior to purchase there was only a few minor scratches in the front bumper. But upon delivery I noted one of the rims had abrasions on the side of the room. There were also notable scratches on the rear fender/quarter panel. nothing horrible and I wasn’t expecting a brand new vehicle but it took me all of five seconds to spot this and I would like to have known about it in advance. When I notified the sales person he replied he would see what he could do. But there was never any response on the part of the dealer. i’m currently waiting on my license tags and title. Unfortunately the 30 day paper tag came off after going through a car wash. So I am unable to drive the car. I’ve called numerous times and the only response I’ve gotten is there was a delay.Call to speak to the sales manager and got a return call from the sales person but still no specific answer as to when I can expect my license plates so that I can drive my new vehicle.The sales person in the beginning indicated there was a seven day return period. When I signed the contract I noted that all sales are final. I called him to verify he indicated he would send an email to confirm The seven day period. Sadly I never did get anything from him.

What started as a positive experience ended just the opposite. I bought a Honda Pilot with an extended warranty. Two weeks after the purchase the engine light came on. Service suggested that I take it to Honda instead of bringing it back to them. I tried to speak with Steven, my salesman, Joel in finance, and the general manager. No one returned any of my calls. Why was I not given the five star experience?

Purchasing from this dealership has left me with a bad impression. They have over promised and failed to deliver. I have called to follow up many times and the dealership has continued to give me the run around on following through with what they have promised to provide. At first I was able to get a hold of a sale manager to discuss the situation. With two different managers I have been told they have personally handled my situation but again the promised promotion failed to come through. Now I get an voicemail with no reply. I have tired to be patient. I gave the dealership the benefit of the doubt of allowing them to follow through with their promise with time but it has been two full months and nothing has happened.I am highly disappointed and will try to follow through to obtain what was promised to me at the time of my purchase. It seems it may never happen. I am merely posting this because it is the principle of a business contact. When you offer a service/promotion then you follow through with what you offered. You do not throw out empty promises to assure a sale and sweep it under the rug as though it was never said. Again it is the principle of a business contract, you follow through with what offer and promise.

While we communicated virtually and by telephone, he was a total pleasure to work with throughout the process. As someone who typically dreads the “sales” process, Mr. Spann went out of his way to make my purchase seamless and quick. He was very responsive and handled my every need promptly. He also provided me with his mobile number to call him with any questions or concerns and call him I did. He answered all of my questions and was warm and friendly from start to finish.
