We had the pleasure of working with Pat. He went way above and beyond to answer all of our questions. Im kinda picky so he did everything he could to make me happy. He was never pushy which we greatly appreciated. The other dealership that we typically buy our cars from are the complete opposite. They treat you like a number but here at Lake Norman you are treated like family! We have never had such a quick experience buying a car ever! We were in and out in less than 2hrs from start to finish. Everyone we worked with was amazingly friendly and helpful! We HIGHLY recommend coming here if youre looking to buy a car!!

HIGHLY RECOMMEND! This is the second time we’ve purchased from Maggie Carrigan and the finance manager was Tim! I don’t think we will ever purchase a car anywhere else after the excellent customer service and the consistent hard work these folks have displayed. They don’t have a ton of inventory right now, and they could have tried to take advantage of us like any other dealer would have done. Horrible service. I took my jeep in a couple weeks ago about one issue, they fixed it. A few days later, it had developed a completely new issue. I took it back, they fixed it. A few days after that, you guessed it, it developed a completely new issue doing something that I’ve absolutely never heard it do before. How convenient for them and coincidental that they fix one issue and create another for me to come back for. Wouldn’t recommended at all.

I had a great buying experience with Dixie. She showed me the Jeep I wanted and worked with me to be able to drive it home. I was only there for about 1 1/2 hours, paperwork so easy. She was very friendly and professional, if you need a Jeep please ask for Dixie she’s great. Thank you Dixie have not been so happy with a car in over 15 years.

Absolutely loved this place. They had a awesome play room for kids which entertained mine for two hours. They have awesome complimentary snack bar for people. Most importantly, the salesman Mike Burner was FANTASTIC. Easily the best experience Ive ever had at a dealership. They gave me an amazing deal. Even after I said okay on the deal they came back and found other discounts for a better price. I will certainly return when i need another car. Even the finance gentleman was fantastic. Loved every minute.

I brought my truck in for service. Communication was horrible and I just got passed around from one service rep to another for days without a car. I had to get a manager involved (he was GREAT) just to get my car back. The service clerk I was dealing with was not helpful in resolving the issue.The previous visit I had was equally bad. I left my vehicle there for an oil change that took all day. When I went to pick up my car at the end of the day they had basically forgotten about me. I was there for an hour just trying to get my car back.

Upon arriving at the dealership we were greeted by salesman Pat Golden. We already had our eyes on a burnt orange Dodge Charger. We test drove it but were just shopping around. Before we left my wife spotted a 2021 Grey Dodge Charger on the showroom floor. We advised him that she wanted and we were going to finance through our credit union. Pat and another manager he brought over pushed the issue of financing through one of the many banks they work with. Turned him down several times. Before we left with our buyers packet in hand, I asked was there any wiggle room on the price. I was told unfortunately no. We informed him we would be back in two days if we decided we want it. He still calls my phone the very next day asking if I could come in. Long story short we passed up on the vehicle. Initially we hoped to even do our test drive alone ( that didnt happen). Also he sends me several emails days following saying if I finance through them that the price of the vehicle would go from 34,500 to 27,000 even. Total turnoff I would never recommend visiting or buying from this dealership.

I couldnt believe I wasnt dreaming when purchasing my truck at Lake norman CDJ. From the first call Adam was on point and pleasant. I was given a great deal on my used 2018 Ram 1500 hemi and even a excellent deal on my 2017 rubicon trade in. The manage Ken was also on point right from the get go. Explained all the pricing details and made me feel like I was a friend and not just another dollar. The dealership itself is very high tech with touch screen document signing and even provided all my paperwork on a usb thumb drive. Very modern touch. I dont care what state I live in, or how far away I am... My next truck or car will come from this team. Great job you guys!

I’ve purchased my last 4 vehicles at CarMax, I was sold on the process… then we found Lake Norman Dodge and boy did they change my perception. Our salesman Devin was incredible. I bought my car here last month and the only con I can really point out is that it was difficult to buy the car I wanted easily from another state. I flew in from Tennessee at the last minute to pick up my car and drive it home, but it would have been wonderful if the paperwork could have been emailed or even faxed.I worked with Erik and he made the process of buying a car easy and, dare I say, fun? The whole process went really smoothly once I was there, and he was awesome to work with. Tony in finance was super helpful too, able to accommodate last minute needs due to a family emergency. I found a Grand Cherokee that I had been looking for and purchased it. Unfortunately, it had a defect that Jeep had yet to solve. I discovered this over the weekend after buying it on Friday. I brought the car back on Monday and the dealership took it back no questions asked. They also had my trade in vehicle so they put me back into it. They went out of their way to find another one just like the one I wanted. They kept in touch and offered me the same deal I originally negotiated even though this new car had a few extra features and I had put a few more miles on my trade-in. The check out process was unbelievably quick. No hard sells on extended warranty or other adds. This is the way car buying should be. Great job Lake Norman Jeep!

This is a service review. My 2018 Wrangler has been in the shop for over 8 weeks with a warranty issue. Communication has been subpar and the urgency to fix this vehicle does not appear to be high. My review is simply based on the fact that I have to call and text for any update at all. Hopefully I get a call soon notifying me that my Wrangler is repaired and ready for pickup.

My truck broke down and I needed a new one asap. BEWARE buyers. Look elsewhere for your next car or truck. Do not trust this dealership. I Called them at 9AM and they had the truck. I agreed to purchase it without negotiation. They ran my credit and we singed all the documents. We purchased the tickets to fly from NJ and got ready to travel. Called them to confirm some details after 5PM and found out that Dealership SOLD the truck out from under me even though their website, the salesman and Rams website all said it was available. The salesman did not have the respect to call me. This is not how you treat customers. Do NOT try and purchase from this dealer.

BEWARE buyers. Look elsewhere for your next car or truck. If I could choose a no star review I would. Do not trust this dealership. I had agreed to travel 2 hrs to come purchase a truck made arrangements with my bank and pickup certified check for dealer and headed up tow hours to make purchase after spending all morning negotiating with salesman and waiting hours for him to respond back. Dealership sold the truck out from under me even though their website, the salesman and Rams website all said it was available after I asked multiple times and salesman did not have the respect to call me on the phone before we traveled up there but sent a text to me saying he could not sell me the truck anymore. I emailed the salesmanager Reggie Thomas but he has yet to respond to the email or return my call. This is not how you treat customers. Do NOT try and purchase from this dealer.

Drove 2 hours and 45 minutes to this dealership to purchase a 2021 Dodge Challenger Scatpack . The sales Manager presented me with a clean Carfax, Certified pre owned 125 point inspection . After purchasing the car driving it home only to find the left front fender had been repaired the paint was fisheyed and run . Called all people involved to no avail .After calling the desk was able to speak to a Manager who stated just bring it back and get your truck. Emailed the owner no response BUYER BEWARE !

Reposting my review due to getting a call from one of the staff, was hinted at a refund, told to take down the review to work it out, but then was ghosted and never got a call back.I took my Chrysler 300C 2014 to this dealership for an O2 sensor/Abs replacement in summer 2020. It was around $1100 in total with labor (already a rip-off since I was also getting recalls done, looks like they tried to gouge with labor). However while my ABS sensor was replaced, all they did for my O2 sensor was reset the check engine light on my vehicle with no replacement.When I brought it back a second time for a check engine light, I dropped it off, they looked at it for 4 HOURS, reset the codes again and tried saying it was part of the A/C in my car and charging me for another unnecessary repair. I asked if they could check the O2 sensors and the service manager said they were fine. Totally tried to con me out of more money.I ended up paying more money to have it done at another mechanic who said that it was the same O2 sensors in the same spots and they were never replaced.

During my recent service visit, my experience was... not pleasant at all. I don’t want to be that customer but. I had set a appointment for my ram 1500 to have the oil changed. Also for a clunking sound that is in the front right of my truck. The tech said “he didn’t hear anything. Within 5 minutes I could hear the sound clear as day. So that makes me loose confidence in the service team. Also I dropped my truck off at 8am to be serviced while I’m at work. I get to the dealership at 12 pm ask for a update from chuck ( chuck did great as a service writer no complaints with him love the man. Always takes care of me) I didn’t get to leave until 4:30 -5 ish. That was very frustrating for me. Because this truck was dropped off early in the morning. So today I did a check over on my truck because I’m driving to New Jersey to see family and I open my engine bay to check fluids. And I had found my oil cap sitting between the hood and next to the window and dip stick sitting out. And that is what set me over the edge. I love LKN I’ve purchased 2 vehicles from y’all. And serviced both with y’all every time. I have just lost my trust in the service side of the dealership. Very unprofessional and very disappointed like I said with the service team. More the technician then the service writers.

Wanted a new Jeep and stopped into this dealership. Wow, what a mistake. The salesperson asked for my drivers license for the test drive, which is normal, and the keys to my current Jeep for trade-in - also normal. What wasnt normal is that she would not give me my license or keys back when it looked like we could not reach a deal. Seriously, she said we would have to stay until we got a new car. I only received these items back once I threatened to call the police. Kind of glad now, if this is any indication of how they run business there.

These people are evasive with published internet prices. They are also evasive with otd fees, as in they would neither confirm or deny. When I texted and asked for a residual, I received a reply that said numbers and negotiations are done in the store. The residual is not a negotiation.I sold Subarus for 7 years and never was evasive. If you needed an otd number or a residual or a lease number, I would provide it, either in email, text, phone call, or whatever. Its how you do business with someone living 2 hours away. Having said this, I have noticed most domestic dealerships treat every customer as if they are extremely stupid. It will more than likely be the reason I buy a Tundra.If a member of Lake Norman Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram, ever asked me for a particular price, rate, money factor, etc....I could provide it or get the finance manager to explain something over the phone. I owe that to my customers to eventually earn their business.

After buying a travel trailer recently, we need a bigger truck to haul it, and I am seriously considering a RAM truck as my new vehicle. Regardless of whether or not we end up buying one here (I probably will), I must go ahead and pay them a compliment. Adam in Sales has been a HUGE help, and has been the only car salesperson I have ever met whom I feel like I can trust completely to help me buy the right vehicle for me. He has patiently answered all of my questions, has been extremely knowledgeable about the varying engines and towing capacities of their vehicles, and has not been pushy in any way. The primary reason for which I normally walk out of a dealership is a pushy sales approach, and I have felt none of that with Adam. I look forward to continue working with him to find the right one, and I highly recommend him to anyone looking to buy a tow vehicle.

I had searched for the perfect vehicle and found it at this dealership. I drove four hours (from Knoxville) to pick it up I was so lucky to have David Farley assist me with my new vehicle. He was patient with me and answered all my questions. He transferred my existing services seamlessly and I didnt have to do anything. He went over the features of the vehicle so that I could safely operate it. After that, all I had to do was put my seatbelt on, push the button and drive it away. He also sent a follow-up communication after I arrived home. 5 star service all around!!

Made my appointment online which was nice. Greeted promptly and friendly when I arrived. Service was your general run of the mill service, rotate tires, oil change, state inspection. Took a litte over an hour to complete these tasks which is a little on the long side but not unexpected or a problem really. They dont advertise as a jiffy lube place and to be honest I wouldnt want them to be. They kept me informed on what was going on and even asked if it was ok to run my vehicle through the washer just to make sure I didnt hand wash it. That said if I didnt have other reasons to go here I wouldnt. The traffic around this place is terrible. They also have very tight parking with very wide vehicles. There service entrance is barely wide enough for two way traffic without the vehicles parked along the side. With them, its one way only. Honestly I feel I have more room driving around uptown than I do in this place.

Had a noise coming from blower motor after most recent service. Sal had advised me our Jeep needed a cabin filter replaced due to some acorns in it. I elected to change the filter myself, however I still had this noise. Sal insisted I bring it over right away, and had it taken care of within 30 minutes of my arrival. Thanks again Sal! Purchased a Jeep from Russell in January. I live out of state and flew in to pick up the car and drive it home. Was promised a set of floor mats with the purchase. Was in a hurry and realized I never looked for the mats in the car before I left. Contacted Russell while driving home the same day and left a message asking about the mats...no reply. Next day left another message for Russell...nothing. Eventually called the manager (Nate) who said he would get me some options to have them shipped, and then I never received a call back. 1 month has passed and I realized I never received my registration for this vehicle. I contacted Lake Norman and was told they were waiting on an address to send the registration paperwork to. I gave them the phone number of a local vehicle registration business. Why did I need to be involved in this at all when they could have accomplished the same thing on google in seconds? If they needed my help why didnt they call me and ask for this info sooner? They responded quickly (once I called and my temporary registration was expiring) and said they would Fedex the registration info the next day. They didnt send the envelope until the following day and it still has not arrived as of the end of the business day, 2 days later. My temporary registration is now expired and I never received the extra set of floor mats... Is this just my experience with this place???

Love this dealership. Bought our Ram truck there in 2018 and the truck has over 100,000 miles now. It will last for another 100k. Service has always been great and in a timely fashion. Getting ready to purchase another one shortly and will definitely be coming here. Highly recommend!

I was a GM truck owner for years and was disappointed in the interior quality. I watched trim pieces just fall off and I never understood how to put them back. Dodge is far and away superior on their interiors in trucks and other vehicles. I have worked with this dealership for a while now. Highway robbery. Dropped my 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee off to replace one headlight, wiper nozzles and a check engine light at 9am, picked up at 12:30 pm same day. Thats 3.5 hours of labor. Total bill was $350 for parts and $1100 for labor. Thats $315 per hour for labor. Last time I will be going here for service.

Each time these guys touched our Jeep for a simple oil change, we had to turn around and go back for major work. We never had any issues with the truck until their hands got a hold of it. Poor customer service to boot when I called management. Dont trust them!
