Worst service ever. I worked down the road from them and got a couple of my vehicles fixed their. He replaced my hub assembly and wheel bearing and installed it backwards, which made my vsa and abs light come on. Then after telling him about he said the wheel bearing didn’t have a sensor in it which a technician at Honda and the wheel bearing came with a paper explains how to install the wheel bearing so the sensor could link to the car. After I set up a day to get it fixed by him and on the day I went in he said I needed to take the the assembly off and bring it to him ready to be pressed in. And then after talking for awhile he said I was at the wrong shop. Worst service ever!!! Wouldn’t recommend anyone who wants good service taking their car to hill and sons.

I was only there to have a meet & greet through another friend! And I can tell by the appearance of the shop, the office cleanliness, & the repor of Mr Hill... That they are what is missing from a true mechanic shop! Respect for the customer & their needs.

It is not often that I will write reviews but sometimes you need to let the general public know when you find a honest mechanic in today’s time. I am a female and most auto mechanic are males that don’t take time to explain the problem with your car. Let me tell that Sam will take time with you even when you don’t have an appointment. Now, I am not saying you show just show up with one. It just nice to know that you can depend on receiving attention from Sam without leaving your wallet behind. I have taken my car there for years.

Sam has taken care of our 2005 Hylander since 2011 and we have not had to go to the Toyota dealer since then. Regular maintenance and assessment of the car enabled us to cross the 200,000 mile mark this year without major expenses. Sam Hill does an excellent job, is diligent, fair and a blessing.

This is the WORST mechanic Ive ever seen. I originally went to him because I heard noise in my front passenger side vehicle. He called himself inspecting it and greased my joints. However after driving my truck to Maryland the squeaky noise came back again. At this time I took it to my mechanic while in Maryland who discovered my ball joints were bad. Hill allowed me and my family to drive over 500 miles with bad ball joints which couldve caused my wheels to fall off. He put my family and I in a very DANGEROUS SITUATION !!! HORRIBLE !!!

My uncle went to this guy and he tried to fix the car but didnt know what he was doing and broke the engine and now the guy dont want to pay for what he broke. He dont even have the right tools to be fixing cars.

So personable, honest, goes above and beyond Without batting an eye. I have lived in this area for 14 years (almost all of them as a single female) and I have had sooo many not good experiences with repair shops in the area. I will never take my cars anywhere else. Sam was recommended to me by my neighbor and it’s one of the best “gifts” I have ever received. This shop is charming and located right beside an amazing bakery, so you can’t go wrong with either! Take your car here if you need service- I promise you won’t regret it and your car will have a new primary care shop.pS I wasn’t asked to write a review and Im am not even sure Mr Hill will ever know I wrote this review.
