I dropped my car off this morning because of an oil leak that had popped up since my last oil change. It was not a big deal just a steady drip drip that was marking up the garage floor. I was so surprised when they called me and told me that it was a gasket at the drain plug. They immediately said that it was something that occurred during my recent oil change, and would not accept any payment from me. I always appreciate honesty. You can ask anyone that does regular business at A& B auto, and they will rave about the care and service that they receive.

Excellent experience! I called and they were able to accommodate same day oil change. They finished in under 30 minutes and were extremely nice.

Mike was amazing! He fit us into his schedule the next day and was very upfront and honest with what he recommended. We went and got my car checked out at one of those franchise car repair shops before his to be told we needed all this extra stuff done for a crazy price, so we decided to take it here and Mike and his employees were completely honest and did not try and sell us all these unnecessary repairs. His repair was very reasonable and did not break the bank. We even asked him what he thought our car may need to get done in the near future because previous auto repair shops always said how my car could use this and that done to it, but Mike said our car was in good condition and just to come back to get fluids/oil etc. changed. Amazing amazing amazing!! We will forever use A&b auto repair!! Thank you Mike to you and your staff!

I needed a few services done all at once and decided to shop around. The bigger dealership where I normally got my car serviced had tried to convince me to get a brake fluid flush 5,000 miles ago, so I asked A & B to check on it this time around. Not only was I nowhere near needing that service done, but A & B was able to do the regular service and inspection much more cheaply than the dealership. All told, I saved over $200 by avoiding an unnecessary procedure and based on the lower rates for the regular service I had done.Relatively quick, good rates, and most importantly for me, trustworthiness and honesty about what I did or didn’t need done. I plan to take my vehicle back next time.

Fast and Friendly Service!

I called to schedule an oil change. I told them I had a coupon for the oil change and the year, make and model of my car. The day off the appointment after they had my car for about 15 mins, someone came to tell me that the coupon they give out is not valid for my car and it will be full price. Really annoyed that they didnt tell me that when I made the appointment.

I found Mike on Google while looking for an independent, local small business to take care of my Mazda. I told him that I needed an oil change and whatever the works was given I had just rolled past 40,000 on the odometer. He gave me his honest opinion that the wear on my tires wasnt wasnt enough to warrant a rotation and my next recommended preventative maintenance was spark plugs at 60,000 miles. They changed my oil quickly and I can guarantee that his honesty will guarantee him a customer life.

This place is great. On a super busy day, a two hour wait I believe, they helped me immediately with what I needed and was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and quick. I give them no stars ( but had to give at least 1 to post)... Took our daughters car in because the engine light was on and they said that they needed to change the oil (which she had that done 2 months ago) but they said there was no oil in it, (hard to believe now looking back at how it all played out) said she needed 2 new tires, an alignment. We went ahead and trusted in him and had it all done. Picked up the car and 2 minutes down the road the engine light came on! That was the whole reason we took the car in! The car is shaking now when it wasnt before the new tires and the alignment. Took it back next day after paying a nice 1200 bill and told them about the light and they said there was nothing they could do we would have to take it to the dealership for that problem. So what I get out of this is that they knew what the problem was in the beginning but so that they could make some money decided to tell us it needed an oil change. I am highly upset with this place and hope that anyone who reads this that they keep in mind when and if you go to this A & B Automotive & Tire Center what I have written.

I have been taking my vehicles to A&B since they opened their doors nearly 25 years ago. Trust in a service garage is hard to come by. Obviously, I trust Mike and his team to the utmost. I certainly recommend A&B...you might find better prices, but you wont find a more honest and diligent owner anywhere in the area.

My husband called up there this morning to ask if they could change some belts on his car and tires. They said it would be done by Friday.I drove there on lunch to drop it off. When I walked in, I was met by a really rude employee. He didn’t greet me at all. When I finished talking about what I needed, he said nothing. I then said, “is this something you can do?” And he simply said “not today.” No customer service skills at all! Horrible!I asked when he could have it completed by and he said maybe Thursday or Friday, but didn’t know. I told him I wasn’t going to be able to do it because we were going out of town on Friday. He said I shouldn’t have brought it in before a holiday. I have no idea why he was giving me attitude or anything.I would recommend this business not to have this guy working the counter EVER.We’ve decided we’re never coming back to this place ever again!!

My vehicle was to have oil and filter change and free tire rotation.When the vehicle was finished I went to the vehicle and looked at the rear tires and checked where I marked the tires .The tires werent rotated.Went inside and told the person that they didnt rotate the tires. He wanted to know how I new that,took him to the vehicle and showed him how I marked the tires he told me the person who worked on my vehicle said he rotated the tires. They then took the vehicle back into the service bay and rotated the tires. I will never use them again!!!!

A&B Tire is a very investigated repair shop when you have a undefined problem they will thoroughly search out the problem and advise a plan.They found a problem that I was un aware of that made my car run like new I did not really notice that my car was not running as well as it should have until they found this problem while servicing my AC

Stopped in to have a flat tire checked. Turned out that it was punctured and couldnt be patched. No charge for the dunk tank check. They do not stock tires, which I was told before I even went, so be prepared for that. Fast and friendly service.
