I just wanted to share my shopping experience at this particular GNC. I first called to make sure they were open. “Why?” Because unfortunately due to the pandemic, lots of GNC storefronts had to close their doors. Anyways, I’d like to give a warm thanks to Anne. She was super helpful and informative. Her customer service was above and beyond but not overwhelming. I’ll definitely be returning to this store in the future.

It was my first time at GNC. Eventhough we did not really know what we need. The cashier was really patient, ...she knows her job and really cares about customer. She helped me get the vitamins that I need for my husband and advice me for my kids... If I could Ill give me than 5 stars.

Was just in store to buy a product that was buy one get one 50% off according to the sign. Customer service was terrible. The sign said it was $19.99 but I was told the half of would come off the $29.99 price. The sign does not state that. False advertisement. I have been a customer for many years but I guess it’s time to find another places to get my vitamins and shakes. Will not spend another penny with GNC.

Dont forget, when buying vitamins theyre not regulated and they can write anything they want on the labels they can lie. So be careful and keep that in mind

Always greeted by a friendly and knowledgeable cashier that will help you find what you need if you’re lost. Use your rewards by signing up with your cell phone number! Take advantage of the free evaluation machine (i forget the name) that tracks your progress using your phone number. Sometimes they even do competitions and prize the participants that gains the most muscle mass in a certain period.

The best GNC store I’ve been to. Especially Cecilia, she is very helpful ans cheerful. She makes the shopping experience outstanding.
