First time shopping at this location. I had questions re: purchasing certain vitamins and the employee who assisted me gave me a better understanding of what I was purchasing. I was debating between ordering online or purchasing in store. Glad I made my purchase in store. I received very good customer service. I will return and recommend this location.

The people who work here are Awesome!!! They are polite, professional, and knowledgeable about their products that they sell. I went to get a pre workout, mass gainer and creatine and they put me in the right direction. The shop is very well lit and clean. However its the people who work there that make it that much more pleasurable to shop there. Thank you to the staff. I will definitely be back 💪🏾💯

They are very slow to help. I went in to pick up a supplement a.d ginger chews. A quick stop. I stood at the counter for a full 5 minutes and was ignored. One person was with a customer in the aisle next to the register and the other was no where to be found. I tried to get the persons attention, but she totally ignored me while talking to the customer. I kept waiting and nothing. I walked out. Will not be going back. Amazon has my business now

I love shopping for my supplements here, but today was especially great because of Yolanda, an employee at the store who was so very patient and helpful in finding for me exactly what we needed. She went out of her way to answer questions and direct us accordingly! She was the best, which is a wonderful representation of the store#The Vitamin Shoppe is great. Ive purchased supplements there throughout the years, and recently I did a price comparison on a particular vitamin. The supplement at Vitamin Shoppe was almost $20 less expensive than Whole Foods! They also told me theyd match any online or retail store that was cheaper! Thats a terrific deal!

Order was ready but missing an item. Did not receive any notice or alert on the missing item until I arrived at the store. No suggestions or recommendations were sent to my phone or Email regarding the missing item as I my credit card was charged the full amount

Just have to say after having a bad experience with customer service online, accidently charging me for two products instead of one. I came into the store filled with anger and frustration because the double charge online for 71.99 was shady. Anyways something customers service should have figuired out over the phone Yolanda turned a very angry customer that was not going to purchase from Vitamin Shoppe anymore into me considering to in the future. However, after chris and yolada was finished with the return i was pleased.

Im a regular Vitamin Shoppe customer but this particular location doesnt have the friendliest or most helpful staff. Convenient location for me but I prefer the Sunrise or Plantation staff.

First time vist.i told a female employee i was getting married in six months and needed to lose weight.she looked at me with a look like your getting married.wow that was some first impression.

They didnt have what I was looking for, but the staff was so nice and told me the stores that do carry it. However, it was too far of a drive. I just ordered the product online.

This place is great for the prices. WAY better than Total Nutrition in Coral Springs, more like Total crap. Call me petty but Id give them four and a half stars... only because Im used to being offered a free something when I go to supplement stores. They beat online prices and thats even considering free shipping so thats good enough for me though. The real surprise is the staff here who dont pester you or act like they know it all about supplements, but they sure do know where things are in their store when asked. For such a huge selection thats a pretty great service compared to smaller local stores a fourth the size of this place that dont know where their top brands are and try to push crap on you. GREAT PLACE!

Stopped by at 10:30am on a Friday. They werent open yet. Hours on the door and Google said they open at 10am. Doors were locked. Please update your hours.

The willingness to go the extra mile for customers is non-existent at this store. On multiple occasions, Ive dealt with employees at this store that dont feel like its their job to help the image of this store. Ive had to buy protein bars from another source because they would not price match with the prices on their website (Ive never had a problem doing this) in addition to locking the doors early before close time, mopping the floor, and ignoring me the whole time I stood at the door (I only needed to buy ONE item).
