Started going out of my way to go to this location before work in the morning because watching the baristas singing and dancing while making my drink makes my day! That Great crew. Manager was a sweetheart and my Brown Sugar shaken espresso is perfect every time. Would give this location 6 stars if I could !

Purchased a spinach feta wrap at this location today and it was disgusting. The wrap was very soggy. The spinach and feta were watery and settled at the bottom of the wrap. Definitely not going back.

Once again America.. I love this chains of coffee shop and feed.. Especially the bathrooms.. You can tell alot about an establishment by just visiting the restroom which you should cheque out first to wash your hands before you eat..

I come here regularly during the work week and the staff always takes care of me 🙌🏽 They are busy so plan ahead when stopping by.

This Starbucks location is no go!! Yes they are fast but I have been here three times and they always mess up the drinks. The drinks are just put together really sloppy because they are rushing. Won’t be visiting this location anymore.

I thought the nitro cream I had here today was less smooth then other locations... But its near Cumberland farms so I admit desiring a wide variety of coffee experience slightly spicy pork and a bit gnarly of coffee is good for me sometimes in a hard assignment kind of way....... This location is of Malaysia so you have to notice if Muslims have taken notice of the shows or not... Today I enjoyed the modest apparel fashion show on their still open patio thanks for having me....

Fast and responsive service. They are quick in the mornings despite how long the line looks... don’t be discouraged if you really need your coffee fix, thank you.

This review is for the drive-thru only.This was the first time I ended up using a Starbucks drive-thru. Usually I park and go inside to order and sit in. But this day I went and used their drive-thru, I was too lazy and decided to give it a try.The wait wasn’t too bad considering there where about four cars in front of me. I’d even dare to say that the wait was less for the drive-thru than it normally would have been if I were ordering inside with four individuals order ahead of mine.One thing I liked about this location is that they don’t care whether you say small/medium/large instead of tall/grande/venti. This is perfect for me because I don’t come to Starbucks all that to often so I do not remember the names.My order consisted of a small caramel iced macchiato and three chocolate cake pops.Overall, it was a good experience and would definitely come back to this location and recommend others to try this place out if they are in the area.

Raven is very rude. She treats the customers with such callous behavior. She even said she suffers at Starbucks. If you don’t want to be a decent person to people, don’t work at the register at least! You have some what of a say as to where you are assigned in the store. There’s no reason to be so mean to others. I’ve been in your shoes because I worked at Starbucks for years. I know how to treat people though even on my bad days ❤️

The sitting area was closed, so we sat outside in the heat, not very nice since it was very hot and humid.

This Starbucks used to be good but recently has been getting worse. I keep getting messed up coffees and missing orders. Not worth the wait. I understand it’s busy because of the current situation but that isn’t a reason for slow and bad service.

Rude service, was told after they seen me walk across the street from my house to wait in line for my drink at their window after I had used the app to order a drink and was there before the orders of six other cars were taken. So was made to stand and wait for six cars ahead of me now in a line that had pulled up after was told to go to the window from the store entry and then have a employee be even ruder and tell me I still have to wait in line even if I mobile ordered. They were even gonna try to make me wait for others pulling up to order to get their drinks as well cause I walked.

I work close to this Starbucks and I order here almost all the time and the only thing they’re consistent about is getting my order wrong. Even the simplest of orders. There is nothing more annoying then getting the wrong drink when you already pay so much for it. The Starbucks closer to my house is way more consistent.

Were going to this location now bc is the closest to us.The order is always exactly what we asked for and Ryans an exceptional good acttitud,always with a samile and good service.

I got to this location all the time before work. Morgan is the rudest employee I have ever dealt with. The rest of the team is great and I feel bad for leaving a 2 but she makes me not want to come to this Starbucks. I spend on average $10 everyday I come here and expect great customer service not attitude.

My favorite Starbucks in the area! Other locations have the worst and more unfriendly staff and this location is the best. They are always smiling and happy and never seem to mess up my order :-)

What’s the point of placing an order online if they’re inside is only open for a few hours to pick up orders and you have to wait almost an hour in the drive-through because the line is wrapped around the store! It’s ridiculous because none of the other stores are doing this!

The staff here a re really friendly. My son told me we could go get free water there and that the were very nice about it. I was skeptical, because not many places want a bunch of water drinking kids coming by on a regular basis. They apparently get a lot of kids coming by after school dismissal and they are actually nice enough to give them cups of ice to get water (they have a large container of self serve water available). The place is also very clean and has enough staff available to handle crowds so the wait is not usually very long. I also see that their drive through seems to be very busy in the mornings, but the cars move through there pretty fast, so they must be really quick and efficient at getting orders placed and served. I have not been through the drive through myself but I can only assume that those that seem to be there daily must be pleased with the service enough to go back every weekday morning. I like this starbucks, in spite of the fact that I dont drink their coffee... :-)

I ordered a tall pike roast, and 10 min later I ordered a refill a guy pushed the young lady aside and asked me how recently did I buy my coffee. I told him in all my years going to Starbucks that I have never been questioned about a refill. He told me not to take it personal he didnt see me buy it and that he had customers take advantage. Im a gold card member. Establishment is not brown friendly

Starbucks is a ripoff, and its hard to understand why two out of three times they get the order wrong unless I repeat it 3 times... Grande, iced, decal, caramel cloud macchiato with only one pump of vanilla. Thank you very much. $5.30 please.

Came in with an unusual gift certificate and knowledgeable staff converted it to plastic gift card so I could earn Starbucks rewards once Ive registered the card. There was no fuss and of course my drink was perfectly made. Thanks yall! It had been a trying day and you helped improve it immeasurably.

Gaby always provides an excellent service! I felt so welcomed in the drive thru! My drinks are always perfectly made with her. This is what gets me through my day!!!!

The lady at the front saw the app was having error messages on my phone and said she couldnt walk the 10 steps to the drivethru to swipe my card after sitting there for 15min she said you can go through the drive through knowing how long that drive thru line was!

This is a small store. Parking is not to good. Crew is high turn over, nice but always seem preoccupied we something other than customer service. VERY VERY LOUD in this store. Coffee is good. Consistent.

By far one of my favorite Starbucks.. #1 reason is because they have a drive through and they are actually efficient and fast and they make THE best white mocha.. idont know why they just do .

This is the third time Ive gotten my order and it has been completely botched. Then when my drink was fixed it was literally 3 sips and the rest was filled with ice. Im sorry but there is too much inconsistency here. If Im going to spend $5 on a single drink I cant keep coming back if it isnt done correctly.

This Starbucks location seems to rotate its Baristas quite frequently and not all of them act like they want to be there. Ive come across one or two that werent very friendly at all. I dont think Ill be going back to this location to soon.

I came today to eat my usually, plain bagel toasted with butter. But they was out of butter. So I ate a coffee cake. They are still the best to me. The store is more confortable tham DD.

Drove up and the parking lot has no lights. Walked in and wasn’t greeted at all.Took some time for people to even notice me. When they did they srill kept talking amoungst each other.**side note the bathroom is disgustingGo to the starbucks in the walk better service.

Nice staff who dont mind answering questions for the none frequent Starbucks goer, which I appreciated. Had the matcha latte and a breakfast sandwich, sandwich was nothing to write home about, but I thoroughly enjoyed my latte.

Ive pretty much made this one of my satellite ofices. The staff are friendly and they are always spot on with your order. I have had breakfast, lunch, snacks, and deserts from here. The furniture is kind of in need of updating. Plenty of seating and power outlets. Fast dependable wifi.

I placed my order for a Frappuccino on the Starbucks app and the app told me that my order would be ready in about 4-8 minutes. It took me about 15 minutes to get there. When I go there, no one greeted me. My order was not ready. One of the employees called me by someone else’s name asking me if I was that person and I told her that I wasn’t and that I was there to pick up an online order and I showed her on the app what it was. She asked me to pull up my order because she said “the sticker didn’t come out”. I showed her my order and she insulted my intelligence saying that I actually need to place the order or that I didn’t hit the “submit” button. I told her that I had already been charged and that what I am showing her clearly stated what time my order was submitted to them and it had their store location. They made me my Frappuccino and I politely thanked them but they didn’t say anything back to me...no apologies...no nothing. I will not be returning to this location.

Clean, always able to get my hot tea. My friends love the verona coffee. The service is ok, sometimes the wait is above average, but better than other locations (eg. Sawgrass Mall, which is always packed and chaotic). The food is also average and tastes ok. Ideal for quick lunch or breakfast.

Love the staff at our Starbucks! Always fun to stop by for snacks and tea or an afternoon frappe.
