Amazing atmosphere and if you are looking for that unknown old school coffee shop, this is it. Nice quiet atmosphere and pleasant staff. Coffee items are made with pride and the limited menu is done extremely well.

I took the road less traveled and I found a great local coffee shop. My normal routine is to go to a coffee shop and work for a few hours to break the monotony at home. I normally by habit go to the big Star (who shall not be named) but to my luck they shut down again so I had to look elsewhere. I am so glad I did. This coffee shop is a local gift and I have neglected supporting the locals. Time to change my ways. This store is light, airy and pleasant. The food is home made and delicious. Take the road less traveled once in a while and find a place like this.

Went here with a couple friends. They said the ☕ coffee was exceptional and the best 👌 in Coral Springs. We all had pastries that were fresh and good tasting. Restaurant was clean and the staff were friendly. Will return again in the future. :)

By far, the best coffee in the area. Roasted at their Pines location, they provide options from different countries and amazing food.You have to try the empanadas... they are amazing! And you can also buy them by the dozen which turns out to be a great idea for parties or friends gatherings!

There are several good items here so I always tell people who live or are visiting Coral Springs this place is not to be missed. In the pandemic the restroom is even open here. My favorite food item (so far) is the Nutella Croissant. I love iced espresso drinks. Eventually I started ordering a refreshing Iced drink (also can be made Hot) called Babyccino. I asked what was in it and told peanut butter and a few other items. It is still a mystery- this drink- to me but it could be more iconic for what is not in it. I think I figured out there is no espresso or coffee whatsoever in it, hence, its name Baby ccino. Right, a baby could probably drink it. Note: I was told when I first started coming here that none of its Espresso comes in decaf. Thats right, only fully caffeinated espresso here!

Very good coffee and pastries, when we actually recieve them. it is an extremely long wait to get anything there. When we went to order, i was going to order an omelette but i was told it was going to take too long. It took over 45 minutes to recieve just an ice coffee. It was slightly busy but there was only one staff member working, and every coffee shop i’ve been to during the pandemic has been better staffed than this one. We would like to be able to come back and enjoy coffee here, but it is very difficult if you are on a time restraint whatsoever.

The coffee was very, very good.The woman who took my order and made my coffee was very pleasant, but not terribly attentive. While making my drinks she spent the entire time openly on a conversation on her cell phone which she had tucked under her left bra strap under her sleeve. Lovely atmosphere, good coffee, a little more attention to professionalism needed

I wish I got her name but she was a new girl, friendly and kind girl and made me a delicious coffee, I definitely want to go back there soon.

It is rare to have a coffee place do it so well. Partly the roast partly the barista. It was fantastic. I am kind of happy they are far from me or i would be there every day!

Probably one of my favorite, if not my favorite, coffee houses in South Florida. The space is every welcoming with lots of seating. So you’ll never not find a spot of layout your laptop and get straight to work.My favorite item on the menu is the Eggs Benedict which is a beautiful harmonious blend of sweet from the waffle, salty from the salmon and smooth from the eggs. Perfect combination with a mochachino with almond/oat milk.And my most favorite aspect is the barista Estefany. She is such a delight. Always positive, and stays consistent with her abilities. Probably the only reason I keep coming back. I like consistency. Hate when you go on different days and everything tastes different according to the persons mood.Anyways, would totally recommend this place for someone who loves coffee houses and want to make it a normal activity everyday.

Ive been a fan of Roasting Buddies since they opened their first store years ago in Pembroke Pines. I remember tasting their coffee and thinking These people are going to do big things. Here we are, many years later, at their second location, and Im so happy its in Coral Springs! Their coffee is just as incredible and they added new food items to their menu, which are delicious. I honestly hadnt found a go-to coffee spot until Coral Springs, until now. 5 out of 5 stars!

I always come to this place and the coffee and food is great however the owner needs to do something about the staffing. You cannot have 2 people cooking, serving drinks, making coffee, running clients and who knows what more. Completely unacceptable for a quick coffee shop to have to wait 40 min to get served. Besides that is great

What a great place for amazing coffee and superb food!! The salmon Benedict on waffle is my favorite. The staff is always friendly and accommodating. They are also dog friendly, which means a lot to me. This is our new Saturday routine :)

We have been frequenting their Pembroke Pines location for a while being that my girlfriend lives down that way...fast forward to now and this one happens to open on my side of town! I have already been here to the new location to enjoy my go-to iced hazelnut latte with Nutella (which is amazing by the way). They serve some awesome breakfast made to order, tasty baked goods and even sell their in-house roasted varieties of coffee in case you want to bring the rich beans home too. A must try and better than other because they roast all their coffee !! Coffee on people, cheers!

Place was clean and cozy. Food is Ok. Unfortunately the staff was very inattentive and looked like they rather be elsewhere. When we asked why no one attended us they responded in a rude manner. Not going back

When I had been told that He-Brews had closed down I was sad to hear. They were a bit on the expensive side but their drinks and baked goods were delicious and the service was fantastic.When I heard a new coffee shop had taken over I was curious and stopped by with some friends. You couldnt imagine how surprised I was to find out that the shop to replace He-Brews was a second location for Roasting Buddies, one my favorite -and certainly one of the most creative - coffee shops in all of South Florida! The original shop is located in Pembroke Pines and is spectacular. Ive dragged every friend and family member I reasonably could to that location and theyve all been blown away! Even coffee haters and people whos relationship with coffee starts and stops with a Keurig had a lot to love. The problem was that Miramar/Pembroke Pines is just too darn far away! Weve been hoping and praying for Roasting Buddies to come closer for some time and our hopes couldnt have been answered better!The coffee is incredible; their selection includes everything from cold brew to more esoteric preparations like V60 drip, to simple lattes, to fabulous specialty drinks, and even Starbucks-esque frappachino with shots of espresso and home made whip cream. Everything is to die for. They sell coffee beans as well and the prices are fair and the quality and selection is excellent. Ive not tried much of the food at either location but Ive had a few assorted baked goods as well as the chicken empanada and Ive been impressed with it all.I cannot recommend this place enough! Increasingly fantastic artisan coffee shops have been coming to the Coral Springs and Parkland areas (finally!) and Roasting Buddies is far and away the cream of the crop.

It is my first time in this place in coral springs I loved the decoration and the atmosphere is a quiet place for a meeting or for breakfast the smoked salmon sandwich is delicious and the menu is very wide I hope to return to try something different I loved it!
