I was looking for a particular mattress for my 9 year old son and this location near my house did not have the size I needed. Manny the sales associate was very helpful and very kind to call various stores to see if they had what I needed. I had some errands to run and and he said he would call me as soon as he located it. About an hour later he called and he was able to locate the mattress I needed. I paid at his store and went to pick up the mattress at the other store.Manny was so pleasant and willing to help and I appreciate that. I truly feel he went above and beyond and thanks to him I got what. Sales Associates arent always the nicest these days therefore I appreciate when I work with someone that not only has a great work ethic, but wears a big smile with it.My son wanted which was a Sleepys Doze mattress which come in a box amd its very comfortable.

Manny is an amazing salesman, very down to earth and patient with us. Granted we were the only ones in the store at the time but he didn’t mind us trying out all the beds and re-trying all the beds.Josh was amazing as well, he broke down all the numbers for us and gave us the best deal for our purchase. It was my first time buying a mattress and Alana Yepez made the experience very good, she was very kind and patient!

I asked the driver not to park in the middle of the intersection. He waved his hand at me as if to say go away. Then he said that it’s a quick stop without even seeing the delivery area. I asked him to remove the old frame he told me no. They scraped every possible wall they could on the way up and the way down from the bedroom. Very rude.

So glad I went to this store! Alana was our sales person and she was amazing. She answered every question and made sure I was 100% satisfied with my purchase. I can not recommend this store more and ask for Alana. She made such an important purchase so easy!

She explained the holiday sales and the benefits of different adjustable bed platforms and honored the internet promotional code for a discount. Clearly explained the details of the 21 day trial and the warranty which was helpful to know all the “fine print” and possible fees. She allowed us all the time we needed to consider our options and make our decision among multiple choices and to select the best mattress in our stated price range.

I purchased a mattress today from this location. I went in knowing very little about different types of mattresses and what suits my comfort. Sales associates were very friendly and knowledgeable. Stopped in before Christmas to get an idea of what mattresses they had in stock and were on sale. Came back in the Monday after Christmas for final review of their mattresses and made the purchase.

The store had a good selection of about 50 different mattresses ranging from a few hundred to a few thousand. We finished our purchase before noon, and they were able to offer same day delivery. Christopher was accommodating, patient, and knowledgeable. He gave us excellent guidance on to finding what were looking for, being available when we had questions but also giving us plenty of space so we could take our time on making our decision. Delivery was ahead of time with no incidents. Very recommended.
