I love that they take expired coupons, whomever owns here thought of customers like me. They are very friendly and helpful. Unlike other stores, if its $10 off $30 and your total is 29.99 they honor the coupon.

This place has gone really downhill. Horrible customer service... At least 6 employees standing around talking with each other... Had to interrupt them to ask for help... waited 6 or 7 minutes for someone to help us, and finally walked out passing everyone still not doing anything... store also had that going out of business feel...

Manager was extremely rude and not helpful during my large purchase today. I’ve been in multiple times and needed assistance to buy a sonicare toothbrush. I asked politely at check out if employee could bring one to me and completely refused. It was 5 feet from the cash out. I had a picture of what I wanted in my phone. Lady cashier said I cannot hold up a line because of one customer. I was rudely greeted after waiting half hour in line by that cashier/customer service agent. I politely explained this is the fourth time I tried to buy a toothbrush and there was no staff there to help me. She said I could get out a line and wait in line again and she would call somebody. I don’t have an hour to buy a toothbrush. I will definitely not shop at this location again because of this horrible experience.

I have to say I needed a little help finding the food mills that I wanted to compare to each other, and the staff knew exactly where they were (one was hard to see on the bottom shelf).I carried in three of those ubiquitous Bed Bath & Beyond coupons and the cashier took two coupons for the two items that I purchased.The was clean and the clearance section (one of my favorite parts of any store) was not too disordered.

I purchased an item online to pick up at store. When I arrived at the store I start making the line at the register labeled as pick up and returns. After waiting for about 15 minutes...the cashier tells me the online pick up is at the bridal-gift registry. How would I have known that? The signs did not direct customers to the bridal registry for online pick up.

Excellent assistance from sales associates. Very good experience. Totally recommend this store.

Found a great sale on fall Luminara candles. Its December so the winter Luminara candles are in stock. These are expensive so use yr Bed Bath & B coupon to save. Their coupons never expire. Nice to save until needed.

Absolutely the worst Bed Bath and Beyond I have ever seen! All I needed was a 3 qt pot. The shelves were half empty. What was there was completely disorganized. I could only find one 3 qt pot, a floor model. The rest were in multi-hundred dollar sets! I just wanted a pot. I took the floor model and waited in line for way too long to get to a clerk. I asked if they had more. She asked me how many I wanted. I replied I wanted one, but a NEW one, in a box! She seemed surprised that I needed a box. I explained that the bare pot had no warranty proof or any instructions. She stated that she had bought things like that without a problem. I then explained that I didnt care what shed bought as it was irrelevant. She had to get help to determine if there were more. Inventory said two were in the store. The floor model and one more. The two clerks then explained that the inventory was probably wrong and that the floor model was the last one. Well, this is getting too long so Ill skip to the end. I had a manager located and he stated that they had just done an inventory so there must be one on hand. He took the time and effort to locate the pot and I was able to purchase one, in a box. There were more issues but this review is already too long. I will not be back to this location.

Really bad customer service they were laughing at the customers situation cause he didnt save the receipt and since bed bath and beyond change their return policy, they are not taking anything back without one, I would recomend anyone to steer clear of any bed bath and beyond because it looks like their business is not doing too well. What happened to the customer is always right.

If you have someone difficult to buy for you can most likely find them something here. Finishing up my Christmas list brought me in on a busy Saturday afternoon. Parking in this plaza was almost impossible. The aisles are tight and there were not enough spots for all of the cars who needed to park. By the time I got in the store I was already pretty frazzled. The minute I walked in I could the see the checkout lines were endless. I walked through the store anyway and I browsed all of the house hold goods and electronics. They had some cool inexpensive stocking stuffers. In the end I decided not to purchase anything because I didnt have the time to wait in the checkout line. If you sign up for their email list you will routinely get 20% of coupons of of one item sent to your inbox. Normally I love to shop here but I just cant recommend it so close to the holiday. The parking situation and staffing of the checkout line will leave you frustrated. I will be back for the after holiday clearance sale.

Very bed management at this Christmas time . They only had one line open with 10 ppl waiting for checkout . And 3 ppl including manager was on customer service counter talking and laughing and on phone . I had only 1 things to check out and manger rudely told me she can only take a customer if I have a return and when I ask her why can’t you open other counter she said she don’t want to . So route and unprofessional.

Good selection of products and its great that you can always find a 20% off coupon if you look for it. My only suggestion is a few more employees on the floor around the store. We especially like the layout of the store from bathroom, to bedding and kitchen supplies. A great addition to the Coral Springs market.

We visited this location on Christmas Eve just before closing and were treated exceptionally well! Although the associates had a crazy day with shoppers they were all smiles and so willing to help us and answer our questions. We knew what we wanted but didn’t see it on the selves so Angel and a gentleman that i think worked in the back went out of their way to find what we needed. The line was long but went fast and the cashier was so awesome too!! Thank you!!!

Everyone knows the chain by now. Great friendly service with prices that only make sense when using the 20% coupons you receive in the mail/online. This one seems due for a remodel when compared to other bed bath and beyonds I have been too. One thing I will say is they keep it very clean and organized. I can always find what I need and the bathrooms are always clean.

Finally got the 100 percent cotton Queen size sheets, that fit my real thick mattress. Feel great, fit great. Havent slept this well in a long time. Thank You

They have many different items from kitchen gadgets to shower curtains, to comforter sets. I like the quality of their merchandise. Some things can be pricey but if you become a Beyond + member (for a $29.00 annual fee), you will receive 20% off and free shipping for each order. I think some exclusions apply but all in all, it is a good deal.

Didnt purchase anything, its not really my type of place. But the lady who was working the sales floor was phenomenal. Answered our questions and directed us to the right store. We were looking for something she didnt carry. True customer service!

Heres a tip. Dont start your first encounter with a customer at checkout by curtly stating to be sure to keep the receipt because youll know longer take things back without one as too many people have been taking advantage. I didnt know you could ever return something without a receipt. And a, Hello, how are you? would be a better way to start a conversation with a customer.

I would give 5 stars to the store itself but Im going to remove 3 stars for poor and rude customer service/checkout cashiers. Bad, nasty attitude. One cash register open, the other cashiers chatting. Cashier almost laughed in our faces when we didnt meet the $ amount to use the store coupons. A hasty grab of a can of peanuts quickly resolved that issue - to the cashiers obvious dismay. Not the customers fault if you hate your job or your life, sorry. In addition - their shopping carts are full with garbage.

It was a very crowded night shopping, but, the staff were all so friendly and helpful. A great store.

I come here all the time however my last trip was very disappointing. The cashier, Dinah was extremely rude and condescending. When I saw my total I asked her to let me see how much each item came up to be and she said I couldn’t until I paid. I thought that was strange but I ended up paying since I didn’t want to hold up the line. When I looked at the receipt I realized I was overcharged for 2 items ( they were on sale but came up as full priced) and had to deal with Dinah returning them and ringing them up again. That would not have happened if she didn’t rush and allowed me to look at my purchases on the screen. She also spoke over me constantly and completely ruined my shopping experience. She has no customer service skills whatsoever.

Cashier/associate was very rude to her customers.

I went for the first time and it was not the best experience. The store is already set up to have a vast variety of items. However, at this particular store, I felt overwhelmed and congested.The part that is concerning the most was the unorganization of the check out process. Only one register was open (I was there between 5 and 6 pm). Customers did not know where to stand or who really was next, so we graciously created a line. When assistance finally arrived, the representative seemed as if she was annoyed from being called to the registers. She even caught a very public attitude with another customer that had all the other patrons shaking their heads.After speaking with another customer, it seems this location is known for this disgraceful behavior. She only returns because the number of locations are far and few between. It is unfortunate, and a misrepresentation of the company.

Well....im usually very please with my purchases from BB&B but i purchased bathroom rugs from the Coral Springs location about one month ago and they are no good,the rugs are falling apart and im afraid to wash them....i know if i do they will be completely destroyed.Im extremely disappointed.

BB&B is fine but really too expensive when it comes to the smaller items. Even when they have sales and coupons its just overpriced.
