We purchased a full size Beautyrest firm mattress for our guest bedroom and our sales person Bill was the best. He provided an excellent shopping experience! We’ll be going back to see him when we’re ready to replace our king size bed.

Went to the Coral Springs store and dealt with Rob. He pointed out the beds he felt my son would be interested in. He then left us alone while my son tried out the beds. My son decided on the one he wanted and payed for it. It was very easy process, no stress.

Dont buy from Mattress Firm! They do not honor/help with manufacturer warranties. It has a ten year warranty that Mattress Firm is not helping with. I bought my bed at this location 5 years ago. It was a Beautyrest black model that retailed for $3,049.99. I bought the base, mattress protector, and accessories spending thousands of dollars with them. I recently came back into the store and was told to do the claim online on the Mattress Firm website. After filing the claim, and sending all the required photos, I was prompted to send more photos. I sent them more photos and they are still claiming the bed has no clear problems when it clearly does. They apparently have no intention of honoring warranties as with the first set of photos they gave me a 20% coupon for my next bed without me even asking. Still fighting with them after over a month of emailing them. My recommendation is to avoid hybrid beds, the memory foam hides internal failure: the memory foam never sags but the pocketed coils do fail (base). I am still fighting for them to honor their warranty

We had an excellent experience with Rob the Manager. He really worked with us to find the perfect mattress. We needed this mattress In a hurry and I couldn’t of asked for a better experience! Rob showed us our options, worked with us in financing and ultimately had everything within two days!! I would definitely recommend this Mattress Firm if you need a mattress! Go see Rob! Walked in and was pleasantly greeted by Rob the manager. We had just stopped in to City Mattress and was also greeted but didn’t feel as welcome. We weren’t even going to buy the mattress as we were looking around but we bought it on the spot.

Dan and Rob were incredibly helpful in finding the perfect mattress for my husband and I. We needed next day delivery and Rob was able to accommodate us even though there weren’t any time slots available.

The moment we walked in we were acknowledged & greeted. Rob was perfect. He knew his stuff. Within 15 minutes we came, we saw, we tested mattresses, we purchased, we left!! I’m definitely coming back when I purchase my house.

I check on line and a gentleman help me to choose a plan. Once I got approved Mr James help me to choose a mattress then a young lady Lendrea help me with a discount. It get better my son just bought a house and he needed a mattress so at another location we were able to get Andrea who got us an additional $200 to add to the $700 left to buy another mattress. We can wait to get our item on Thursday and Friday. We are forever grateful to the staff at Coral Springs and Sawgrass as well as the chat and online staff.

We were driving by the store after getting some coffee and saw a sign that said their body pillows were only $8!! You would have to be crazy to not stop for in a deal like that. I got one ASAP. It’s a great pillow. It’s also a great store with great employees. Highly Recommend. ;)

Very very nice experience, the man who helped us was kind and attentive, I would recommend this store to everyone. It was as fast and easy as 1,2,3 to buy the mattress. Highly recommended. I ordered 2 twin mattresses from the Margate store early July so my daughter would be able to take it up to college. They did not come in on time which really complicated my plans however, I spoke to Jody at the Coral Mall and he sprung into action. He went above and beyond to find me these mattresses and in the end I received 2 beautiful mattresses the following week. Everyone was super helpful in the end so thank you Jody, Elyas, Toni and Kelia.

I went yesterday to pick my new mattress and I did not have to go anywhere else. There was a good amount of mattresses to see and lay down on. Chris (salesperson) was awesome. He actually took the time out to explain how the mattresses were color coded so we were able to knock out the types we weren’t looking for right away. We went to the Coral Springs Mall Mattress Firm and received great customer service from Joanmarie. We told her what we were looking for and she worked diligently to find exactly what we needed for our guest bedroom. Delivery was quickly scheduled and we are looking forward to having a nice bed in our guest room.

This was my first time ever purchasing a mattress and Joan made it so easy. She was so nice and accommodating. Pretty much the first mattress she showed was for me. It’s a medium foam Tulo and it’s so comfy.

Today we came in to get a new bed and Fred was really great to us he showed us the different options worked with our budget and made sure that we where satisfied thank you for all your help we appreciate you.

My mother and I stopped at Mattress Firm and I ended up buying a new mattress and an adjustable base.... it will be delivered on Friday! My sales associate Andrea was wonderful (and the reason that I made the purchase). She made my mother and I both feel very welcome.. answered all my questions and did not make me feel pressured in any way. She listened to my concerns and preferences and helped me to find (what I hope will be) the perfect bed for me. I will post again once I have received my bed and have slept on it but I would definitely recommend visiting Andrea if you are in the market for a new bed!
