Simply stated. Hes a pro.In late June an issue arose on the SRS system. I went to Mike because hes really close by and I was tired of the insane dealership prices. He immediately diagnosed the problem and walked me through it. We made an appointment for the following Tuesday.That Friday we got a call from the Mayo clinic in Rochester MN. My wife who has stage 4 metastatic breast cancer had been approved for a new trial but we needed to go up tight away for a confirming evaluation. Thankfully she was confirmed. We were there a month for the treatment.Were now driving back to South Florida and Im going to see Mike.

Mike is the only person I trust to work on my Benz. He’s more than qualified with over 2 decades of working at MB. His prices are very reasonable. Those who have complained about what he charges ought to bring their car to the dealership. Then they’d appreciate how much Mike is saving them. I guess you could find a mechanic who’ll charge less but when It comes to servicing a Mercedes you’d be nuts to penny-pinch because it’ll only cost you more, much more, later on. Aside from being a master MB mechanic, he’s a genuinely nice guy. He’s also honest and doesn’t take advantage. I asked him if I needed a new filter and he easily could have said yes to make more $, but not Mike. He told me it wasn’t needed. Who does that nowadays? I highly recommend Benzmaster.

Ive been taking my 2015 ML Bluetec to Mike over the years and hes given me great advice. Hes charged me well below the dealer costs for repair and maintenance. Hes straight forward and knowledgeable about issues and their underlying history and what it takes to resolve the issue. He responds quickly to messages. He came to me as a recommendation from a fellow MB Club member. I will continue to go to Mike (Benzmaster) for as long as I have my ML.

The best in the Business. I took my car to 3 so called mechanics before I found Mike at BENZMASTER. One guy had my car for 4 months. It took Mike less than 4 hours to find the issue and repair my car. He is a blessing. Mike is very nice and knowledgeable. Mercedes wanted to charge me $2000 for something that wasnt even an issue. Mike saved the day. Bring your Benz to Mike you will be happy that you did. 😍😍😍😍

I wasted allot of money with this guy. He is impatient and only cares about making money. If he realizes you love your Benz and will pay top dollar to get it fixed, then he will take advantage of you. My advice just go to him or the dealer get a quote with what’s wrong with the and have a smaller shop put in your parts and save lots of money. Don’t get me wrong mike knows how fix a Benz, but don’t waste your money.

Honest and reliable Mercedes Benz service. Mike, the tech, worked for the dealer for over 25 years. He was the lead tech when he worked at the dealer. He diagnoses and fixes your Mercedes without any problem. He affordable...half the rate the dealer charges. One of the Best Mercedes Benz techs in the business, and one of the few HONEST ones out there. If you want your car fixed right, go see him. He even offers loaner vehicles.

Mike is a real expert and master on what he is doing. He fixed my car faster and much cheaper than ever could do! I highly recommend this experienced, friendly and client oriented guy if you decide to repair your Mercedes or, even, Smart Fortwo!

Definitely my Benz go to guy... He has the experience, does excellent work, and trustworthy.

Mike really cares about his customers and his repairs. He never doea a repair unless he is 100% positive thats the problem. He never wants a customer to return for the same iasue and thats why he only puts parts in to fix the concern of the customer.

Worst experience ever! He over charges for everything ! Beware look else where if you want honest work with someone who will treat you with respect! He has no couth!
