Great service.Comfortable and well stocked waiting area with very tasty coffee.Cafeteria was clean and it served good food while you wait.Johnathan, my service advisor, offered regular and timely updates on the repair status.Ill be back for sure.

Maintenance light came on the Odyssey. Call to Troy, our personal service provider that afternoon, received an appointment next morning and completed oil change on time. Next day brought it in at scheduled time and received quality service on front brakes. Troy was mindful of our family time and got everything completed. We appreciate being valued 🙂

There are some good representatives who take good care of your car and give good prices, but there are others who will talk about the high service charges.

I came here against my better judgment and listened to a friend.These people offered me a loaner while they worked on my vehicle.The parts were peanuts and the labor was astronomical...GO TO ATLANTIC COLLUSION NEXT TIME..I had to pay for the loaner which was a rental 🙄.I am still waiting for my car after paying for the service over an hour later with my children waiting in the heat.Now one of the repairs have an issue...while Im waiting for the car.😥***Update***After 3 visits and over $5000 spent within 1 month my best experience Honda was with my Service Representative Troy Brannan.He was professional, patient and own the issues with my car for all 3 visits. 👍

Have a 2017 Honda HRV with about 54k miles. Yesterday (5/6/21), went in for an oil/filter change along with the multi-point inspection. The inspection came back with the usual fluid change recommendations after x number of miles, which all have been changed recently.What is disturbing was they also said my battery was bad and my drive belt needed to be replaced. Ive had no issues with the car starting and I drive short distance mostly. So I took the car to a couple of other mechanics; both told me my battery and drive belt were fine.Cant believe these guys are liars; straight to my face.I have to assume there has been a change in management; Stay Away but if you cant, I suggest a 2nd opinion if they try to sell you additional repairs that are unnecessary.

Terrible. Dropped car off, day later said they don’t have the part and couldn’t answer my questions Spoke to GM and just looked at me with no reply. Was a nightmare.

Mostly male staff that is very dismissive, deceptive, and judgemental. Stopped in for basic preventive maintenance before 11am on Saturday and they were too busy to help me.

After my moms 2009 CR-V was having overheating issues, I called the service center the following morning to see about a diagnostic. Over the phone, Josh kindly told me they would take me as a walk in, and at the center itself, Steven C helped me out. He was confident in explaining what was wrong with the car and thorough in explaining the cost of repair. This centers labor costs are quite high so Ill probably do the job myself, but they did give me the option of putting the diagnostic cost against the repair if I find the job too difficult and return in 30 days. The center is clean, with a friendly atmosphere. Might join my mom and purchase a Honda if Sales is as any good as the service department!

This place is the worst place to buy a car. The sales guys and the person in the financial section are terrible persons with no moral skills no ethical are not Professional i can keep going and going but this is some of the bad things i can say about this dealer .i do not recomend this dealer to any one.be aware of the deals somebody make at this place very tricky

Went to go see a car that was advertised online. When I arrived they spent 20 minutes trying to find the car. Found out it wasnt ready for sale. Bought from another dealer, however, I should have called first.

Worst experience ever. I have come here before many times, but today I decided to come for an oil change, my car was received at 3:35 p.m and it is 5:25 and they have not even started, the service advisor is the rudest person I have encountered. Stay away from J Fernández, he is rude, misleading, and awful. He received the car and said I was next, 2 hours later he said I am still next!!!! I would not come near this place especially if you have to deal with him. Go somewhere else where they treat you with courtesy, let you know in advance of any delays, and avoid the attitude and rudeness of this place. Never never never coming back here
