Jason was very professional, efficient & friendly. Explained the process & the repair. I felt very comfortable & trusted his work. He even followed up the next day to make sure my AC was still running good. Thank you Jason for putting me at ease and getting me back on the road stress free n happy.

My engine stalled. I had my car towed up too you guys. You all were helpful. Although I was stuck on road with my 2 kids. My car under warranty, its not your fault. I was forced too tow my car again, I kindly asked if it could stay parked in the parking lot/gas station I live across from you, just until 8 am less than 24 hrs, way less than 8 hrs. I see your shop and store almost everyday. I have no complaints as I have not paid for services. I just had a tow, you guys checked it out efficiently thank you for that. 3 stars is not bad. Dont feel like this is bad rating its purely not.

I honestly could not recommend this shop more than I will write in this review. I send all of my employees, friends, my wife and anyone who asks me for a reputable shop for general mechanic work.Jay, Gyro, Jason and the whole team are very accommodating, they will pick you up and drop you off, they will deliver your car to your house, they work with you on extended warranties, and are very creative and professional.I highly recommend them!!!!

Great place for oil changes and tire rotation but more then that they will over charge. $175 per hour is a bit steep. Quoted $109 for a part that cost less than $60 and 425 to install it. Bought the part for $53 and it took me 30min to complete (including the timeIt took to go get the part they made it soundLike it was a big production. Do your homework #youtube!!

Amazing customer service. Jason is well knowledged. I previously took my car to 2 different mechanic shops and they were unable to find out why my AC was hot. In a timely manner my AC was fixed. Very kind helpful and hardworking staff members they have. 5 out of 5 stars and highly recommended

A friend recommended A1 Autoworks for their honesty, fair prices and good customer service. They treated me as family. I dropped off my car in the morning and Jason dropped me off at work and picked me up once my car was ready. A1 Autoworks went above and beyond my expectations.

Best place to go get your car done. They really help you out with the prices. They are very knowledgeable and trust worthy. Great family business. Highly recommend this place to everyone.

Very very very unprofessional work. Worst I have ever seen in all my encounters with a mechanics shop. Back in 2010 I went to this shop (A1 Autoworks Inc) for some front end work on my 97 Ford explorer. They supposedly did almost a $1000s worth of worth on my truck. Come to find out they maybe only did a 100-200 dollars worth of work in labor, if that! Same problem still existed. Even another mechanic I took my truck to said they didnt really do any of the things they said they had did. I was so hurt I didnt even go back to confront them. I took my lost and vowed to never go back there or refer any customers to this so-called place of business. I really dont know how these people stay in business doing this kind of thing to people. People, I urge you to never take your vehicle to this shop.

These guys do excellent car repair work. Their prices are fair. Will continue having my car repaired here

Little serious people and without professionalism, apart from the most expensive prices in all of South Florida you ask for a budget today and tomorrow they raise you 25%. I do not recommend them for anything. These types of people damage our image as Latinos
