Took a while to get some help, but Dante finally came & assisted me with deciding which type of Samsung Tablet would be best for me. Price was on sale, $80 off which was current price at competitor, Brandsmart. There were no accessories available to purchase. We will be returning to Best Buy to make our purchase.
I went in with my wife to buy a new router. Purchased what I thought I needed, I was wrong. Returning with questions I was surprised to find that the staff was very knowledgeable and helpful. Came in just before closing to see if I wanted to buy a television. The place was fully staffed on a Tuesday night and 3 people asked if they could help while I was there. A awesome young lady from the TV section helped us out and awnsered every question I had. I went home very happy with a new smart TV. I would highly recommend this location. Not only is it huge, its very clean and lots of people available to help with our silly questions.
One of the last brick and mortar electronic stores thats trying hard to compete with Amazon... A place you can visit and talk to someone to help you make decisions or for recommendations on chosing the best product. Hope they survive.
Although there arent many Best Buy stores in area but somehow I found that the variety is far less than some other Best Buy stores. What they have is placed in a very organised way. Staff is courteous and helpful and their know how about items in store is good.
First and foremost I must thank Nicole; the cellphone agent who graciously helped me despite me showing up 5 minutes before closing. She was sweet, had patience, and showed professionalism although I wouldnt have been surprised to be confronted with frustration and rudeness because I came in so close to closing. Fortunately, for both of us, I will be doing the data transfer at home instead of holding her up, what would have been an additional 15 to 20 minutes past closing. Traded in an older phone, received the discount of $110, and got the new phone which was on sale $400 off. Got a great deal, great new phone, and great service from Nicole. Thank you BEST BUY!!

This honestly going to sound like Someone is playing a joke on me....Purchased gift cards that didnt work, tried to return an hour later. After 4 hours of speaking to reps and being informed of a scam, which is basically like hitting the lottery when purchasing gift cards at Best Buy. Im told I need to file a police report and make a claim with corporate? I feel like if clients are that vulnerable to fraud from a simple purchase of an item, they need to step up security or stop selling them. I feel like Im being Extorted by a bunch of corporate people behind telephones....I went back in there today after corporate told me the store should have resolved my issue (best buy corporate reference number 268071850). After going back and forth with the manager Gema and being told I need to file police report, I requested for the manager to contact police.After the police report was filed, the officer says I know you said you and the manager were on good terms, but she requested you to be barred from the store.I cant make this up, I was scammed by Best Buy.

I order a game for my son and the customer service pickup was on point. The sign is easy to follow and the arrow shows you where to park to pick up your order. As soon you check and tell where you park, few minutes later the rep came by to check my ID and then handed me the game. I was in and out in less than 10mn. My shopping experience was really good i will definitely recommend this store.
Good Ole southern place. BBQ is good either on the bone or pulled, had ribs, pulled pork sandwich, all sides were good. Also excellent for southern breakfast! Biscuits & gravy were perfect. Very inexpensive, with friendly service.

First of all, this manager need to be replaced. I had a situation with the product I purchased and wasnt able to get that assistance from the manager. He closed the doors in my face. There was a misunderstanding situation with my receipt wherein i mistakingly thought the sales person didnt gave me the receipt. Anyway,I apologise to the sales person but the manager was not nice. He doesnt know anything about customer service. He needs to be replaced immediately.
After waiting 3 days for refrigerator delivery, the lazy deliver tech didnt know how to turn off the water faucet under the sink and said it was plumbing problem. And left the house without the installation! We called the customer service and the supervisor said nothing she can do. Cannot cancel the order and will not come back for another delivery on the same day! Do not buy from Best Buy crook! They take your money and run!
So I give it a 5 due to the location itself and the staff. Id give it a 4 due to them not lifting the mask restrictions yet.As for the service, always great. Any issues Ive had with anything, (very few btw) they have handled without a fuss. I have bought countless things from here. Washer/dryer, computers, laptops, stereo head units, cables, misc. This is the worst Best Buy! The customer service is terrible. Spoke with multiple people in the store assisting me to buy a product. After walking to the front to speak with a manager they proceed to tell say that you have to make an appointment. Any other Best Buy send an associate as you walk in. I stood in a line waiting for the man to help assist me and he sat there speaking with co workers. Didn’t buy from this location. The one in margate has a better service.

This is a great Best Buy, I have been buying here since other computer stores closed, but people who works in the afternoon are terrible. Today I bought a mouse for my computer. When I enter they did not even say hello. I asked for recycling and the guy at the entrance point with his finger to customer service. People at customer service are always nice. The cashier was neutral. People who works at night are much more better.

Came in about 7 minutes before close to grab a Mac and a couple other things.. the quality of service was if it were the middle of the day. Happy this location is still around. I left happy and accomplished.

They need a better system when its busy. They had about 2 or 3 employees that I saw bringing out items. Ive tried curbside pickup at other stores even when busy and I get my items faster. However the four stars is for the the gentlemen that brought out my items. Him and another gentlemen were the only two I seen during my 15 minutes of waiting rushing back and forth.

I love bestbuy, they carry a variety of things you cant get anywhere else. I enjoy the company but this store specifically never has what I need in stock. The isles are often empty unlike the other best buys Ive been to so its just disappointing driving all the way there to see them with such low inventory.
Even though they couldnt help me with my Damaged asus gaming notebook they offered to send it out to asus for $84 have them run diagnostics to give me a full on replacing parts parts are repairing the system... Which would be anywhere between $300 to $500....

I ordered a refrigerator with the hinges on the left but it was delivered with them on the right. I had to pay an extra 54.00 to have them come out and reverse it! I dont mind paying for what I ask for but Im furious they stuck me with this unexpected charge. SHAME ON YOU BEST BUY FOR TAKING ADVANTAGE OF ME!!

I purchased a 70 inch tv, pick it up curbsideTv came broken, even with the 5 year warranty purchased, I got no help when trying to return or exchange it. I was given the 1800 number by the store manager, which I called that told me return has to be made in store. $900 tv broken never been used . Needless to say I filed a claim and would never purchased anything at this bestbuy or any other Best Buy.
Great experience!! The staff members were very friendly, professional and caring. CDC guidelines were set in place for large crowds. Had am ample amount of staff, items were in stock and well prepared. Definitely worth making a trip!

Best Buy, from the moment I walked in, appeared to be observing every protocol. I was asked what I was looking for, and directed to where I could find the item. An employee approached, masked, and maintining the proper separation expalined the advantages of the 3 different models. At checkout, I waited in line, 6 feet apart. after the customer before me left, the cashier asked me to wait, while she sanitized the station. FIVE STARS !!

I received an email that my tablet was ready to pick up. I went to the store, the curb side app. Didnt work, so I went inside the store and the agent told me is not ready yet. They made me waste my time. Very, inconsiderate of the manager to send the email when my ítem had not been unloaded from the truck.

WORST ONLINE PURCHASE EXPERIENCE . I purchased the Samsung - 5.9 cu. ft. Freestanding Electric Range with Self-Cleaning - Stainless steel and it was delivered on 11.23.20 with scratches on it so I called for a replacement. Customer care scheduled another delivery date for the replacement on 11.27.20. Customer care set up the delivery for the replacement at a different address I had to CALL BACK and RESCHEDULE AGAIN. Now customer care scheduled the delivery for 12.1.20 between the hours of 12pm to 6pm. I didnt get a delivery so I CALLED AGAIN to find out they have to RESCHEDULE again. Now I get a call at 10 pm from best buy for washer and dryer delivery. I need this be resolved ASAP
As I am writing this review, I am on hold waiting to speak with one person about such a simple question. I called at 10:05 am, 5 mins after the store opened and I have been on hold since. Currently it is 10:40 am. How is that acceptable? Answer is, it isnt. Why is it so complicated to have someone answer your store phone within a reasonable time frame? Not sure how any business can allow wait times on contacting a rep to be this extended. Unaccepetable how the phone rings 10 times or more and it only redirects me back to waiting music. Not what I expect from a store that most products sold there are quite expensive. Really disappointing to say the least.

Service in store is usually quite pleasant. But just dont call before. It makes no sense. On more than one occasion I tried calling the store. 1 hour on hold, 1 hour 30 mins the other time. I never got to speak to a person. Thank goodness for speakers on phones. I eventually drove the 20 minutes to the store. Thankfully they had what I wanted.

Well, Im going to take the situation of covid into account here, and instead of giving 3 stars, Ill give 4. Because, the employees were scarce when my friend and I had questions. And when we did find someone, he couldnt help. We were looking for those tiny screws you use to mount hard drives inside a computer tower. They apparently dont have those... And considering you can buy each and every part of a computer to build yourself a system, from here, but no screws, seems slightly wrong. Put it all together, but dont secure anything. Good thinking. Also a lot of the racks were bare in the aisles.
