I arrived at 9:43 am. I patiently waited for an associate to assist me in the lumber/cutting section. As I see time is passing by, I asked the first associate for assist, I was advise they do not work in this section, kept on walking. I asked the second associate, which tried to page a person to arrive, no one arrival. Asked the next person who passed by, he advised me he is off, but will see who he can find. Another associate passing by asked are you waiting for a cut? I stated, yes, and kept on waking. It is now 9:57am - the lady who assisted me, passed by me and said “You are still waiting? The gentleman just came in, let me go to the front to locate him”. Not a problem. - it is now 10:08am. I see another associate and asked if he works in this department he stated no. I requested a supervisor. He brought me to Laureen (I’m assuming a manager) and the original lady (very nice) and another lady who were engaged in a conversation. I explained how long I have been waiting - what was needed (one cut) - her response “Well someone called out sick so he just came in, we are going to page him”. Not even one ounce of sympathy for the situation. No - I am sorry this has taken longer than expected. No help and didn’t even see them call. I walk to the back. It is now 10:15 am. It is now the associate that I have been waiting for decides to finally arrive to the back- but of course, he is engaged in another conversation, bothered or maybe tired because he was called in. I asked if he works in this department, he provided a dry yes, I placed request and left at 10:17 am.I totally understand the shortage in staff, but I am also a HUGE person about customer service. Even just to sooth the situation. I would have been fine with a return back later due to no one is here to assist you at this time. I appreciate the associates who tried to assist, but management at this location needs to figure out if they want to be here or not.I do not care if a person called in sick. Your job is to find a solution to the issue.
The key maker that was working today, Sunday 8/22/21 at around 1:45-3:00pm was super nice and a pleasure. Didnt mind at all that I had to wait in line for. Made the wait pleasant. Great personality from Jersey started a few weeks ago but would never know. Then the cashier was upbeat and eager to help as well. Overall awesome experience today! Thank you!
This is not a store for regular people. I’m sure it’s great for contractors and professionals but if you’re just a regular girl looking to pick up some DIY supplies— go to Lowe’s.
It was all right. The store isn’t as good as it used to be. It’s huge and very busy and a very active part of the city, so it’s always very crowded, but it’s very difficult to get skilled help. If you know what you want, and it’s in stock, you’re fine. Both of those are not guaranteed.
We always find what we are looking for, reasonable prices, giant stock, fast cash registers efficient and helpful staff, good parking lot.
Theresa stouffer and all staff helped disavled veterans.. and mentally challenged customers with courtesy at this home depot and wiles road site since her employmebt she found my disabled fathers wallet 5 years ago.. what a angel. and her husband runs a huge strip club.. a true woman
This store is really a one stop shop for appliances, hand & mechanical tools, outdoor furniture, bathroom fittings including faucets, tiles etc, LED lights & chandeliers, garden equipment, fertilizer, plants and much more. The inventory is well stacked in different groups which makes it easy to get to the item you need. The staff is extremely well mannered and helpful.
Terrible manners over the phone.That is the customer dept. today 8/31/21 at around 2 pmBecause I was for five minutes on hold I told the one who answered I resented that long on wait and she without more or less said she had to put me on hold again. As a way to reprimand me for defending my stand.How long on wait was I? Well I ll take a screen pic to prove it at the end of this review. Home depot should know that this becomes a precedent to unacceptable treatment that may lead to a sudden blood pressure rise or even a heart attack. This is unacceptable customer treatment and if leads to any one going to hospital after proving that this bad treatment cause some damage, home depot shall be liable in court. That is all I need to say!More than 32 minutes on hold. I will hang up and call again
Uncaring service from the two employees of paint match department. Bad attitude. No interest in even giving any information to customer and no interest in actual matching the color. Both man and woman attending same mediocre service. At other stores same department service has been prompt and attentive for example at Coconut Creek and Pembroke Pines.

Please do your research about fencing before you call Home Depot fencing contractors to give you a quote. I got a quote in Jan 2021 and the cost was 12k and I had them come back in July/August and they wanted 22/23k for the same job. Their contractor told me fencing prices had increased a lot due to Covid. I called Xreme fencing and they did a quote and it was 12k. I’m not advertising for another of company. I’m just sharing my experience.
At this store, the only register with a cashier is EXTREMELY unhelpful. When needing a manager, the cashier wanted me to go look for the manager and was unwilling to page the manager. Since when it’s the customers job to chase employees in order to check out. It was easier for me to leave the goods at the register and pick them up at another store that actually wants to help the customer. I will drive 3 min in the other direction to the neighboring Home Depot or will order online but I will NEVER support this store with my business.
Good assortment of products. But good luck finding help. There are many but theyre hangn in pods talking about everything but helping customers.
Busy but the store is always clean and organized with plenty of checkout lines. Easy to get in and out if you can handle the parking lot nightmare.

I have been here a number of times as I am doing home improvements. They usually have everything I need in stock. Wish sometimes they had more help there were times that I spent 15 minutes looking for someone.
We purchased a refrigerator and dishwasher from the Coral Springs HD on 5/30/21 for my m-i-l. We have had delivery dates rescheduled and canceled 5 times. The dishwasher has been sitting in my m-i-l’s dining room for 2 weeks. The refrigerator was supposed o be delivered btwn 7-11 today. Delivery was confirmed last night. They called this morning to say the refrigerator would not be coming. They don’t know where the refrigerator is. They don’t know when the plumber is coming to install the dishwasher. Meanwhile it’s August and I was billed for the appliances in May. We call weekly and get nothing but broken promises. Even the escalation and resolution managers are failing us. If I could give a zero rating I would. I should have gone to Best Buy.
We were able to find what we need but needs to be more clean lines and associates need to stop being in group like they are in a field day, and approach to clients if they need help

This is my go-to home supply location. The staff is responsive but not overly attentive. The prices are reasonable and you’re bound to find 99% of needed supplies here.
I like this home depot, I easily found someone to assist me on what I was looking for and it is well organized.
Had one of their fencing companies come quote me a price and was 10k more than what Xtreme Fencing quoted me. Xtreme Fencing is the #1 in South Florida. The Home Depot contractor told me the price of PVC fencing went up because of Covid and the Xtreme company said it went up a little but not as much as the Home Depot contractor claimed. Get multiple Quotes before decided on who to use.
Got what I needed and it was not crowded, they were very help in the store .

Its HD. You know what they do. This location is okay. Just dont order online and do a pickup. Very unorganized! I have had to get management involved several times over last 12 years of going here. I still shop here, but either I buy directly from the store or have them delivery to my home. Once again, please avoid store pickup and you will be just fine and less stressed.
Update July 2020: When you pickup your .com order they do not check you out, you will continue to get texts and emails to pick up the goods you already picked up. Also phoned and it rings till they hang up. Imagine the $ losses!!!!Older review: Excellent fastest check out help from Miles today. This place finally has great help in store and garden center too!

I like this home depot since always, but today, I appreciated it more than ever! I went to the store looking for a beautiful Christmas Tree I saw online. When I got there, I found out it was out of stock. I stayed for 45 minutes trying to find it, but I couldnt. I tried to find it in other stores, but was out of stock in every home depot even 100 miles away, and was not available to buy it online either. I was about to leave the store realizing there was no way to find this Christmas tree, but Mr. PABLO appeared to help me! He did everything in his hands to find this Christmas tree for me, and he Did!!! I could not believe it. The whole team in the garden department help me to make this happen. Thank you very much Mr. Pablo and the rest of the Team for this great help. What a great customer service in this home depot! like Ive never seen before. Thank you!!!!!!!!
I have been waiting for 45 minutes for someone to custom cut my blinds. Associates are walking past me left and right.One of the stock guys was very kind enough to stop what he was doing to call someone while working on isle four. No one else has asked if I need assistance. Finally I call the store while Im waiting. I hear them overhead page an associate to isle two several times but still no one has arrived. Ridiculous. Im about to leave this cart right here and go to Lowes, this makes no sense!

What a joke. Count how many bad review are listed when it comes to appliances. What never purchase an appliance from home depot before? Good for you. Google the amount of complaints and or law suits against this company when it comes to appliances. Particularly Frigidaire refrigs. I wont tell you about my experience as its already listed at the BBB and soon to be with a law firm. Dont believe, lets start with a Frigidaire. Go ahead ....

The service Great helpful the ladies 🚺bathroom no toilet paper, wipes or air freshers. The toilet was dirty like it hadnt been cleaned in days. There was dust on the bathroom sink. I went to checkout and told the cashier that the ladies room needs some attention. It should be cleaned daily there is on for men & women thats it. They can clean it daily.

Immediately I soon as I walked in I was asked if I needed any help and the employees directed me where to go. I came to purchase items to complete a diy arch. There was a guy who had a short black ponytail in the wood area who was super helpful. He helped me find the wood 48x 11-1/2 I needed and cut it for me. I didnt get a chance to ask for his name. Also, theres a guy name David who was also helpful with the PVC pipes and cutting. This was the most easiest trip Ive ever had coming to Home Depot. Ive been to other locations near my church in Hollywood and other areas when I needed to get things done. They were more like a self-help kind of deal. No one was willing to assist to the extent the employees did here. I will always come here from now on. I told someone else about my experience here and she even mentioned shell make the drive here because theyre not helpful like this in her home area which is the west of I75 in the Pembroke Pines area. I was impressed when I left from here.
With my walker. And struggling along.No body would help a disabled vet with 10 bags top soil. But they could help a lady with 1 bag of mulch. I asked for help at cash register getting it in truck. No one available. See if I go back
Went to buy a specific vise and their inventory said it was in stock. Got to the store and it wasnt there. Asked an employee who just pointed to the aisle where the vises were and stated that if I didnt see it they dont have it. Didnt bother to help look for it and frankly was rude. It seems like Home Depot wants you to shop on line and not at their stores nowadays.
I was surprised at the efforts to keep things safe & sanitary. They wipe down carts after use, have hand sanitizer all over the place, space markers on the floor where lines form, and all employees AND customers must be masked. Well done, HD!

Sorry Home Depot, your delivery vendor just made you look like an oil spill. well, you look at how my street looks after my neighbor had a dish washer delivered. The top half of the pics show how poorly my street was cleaned. The bottom half shows the oil the delivery truck dropped from Coral springs drive all the way to my block. Oh and the cleaning crew showed up in a sweet Mercedes with a broom and cat litter. I think C.S. code enforcement should get a call on this one.

I do use homedepot every day because my work, and I use the phone sale service that provides homedepot Prodesk..I have to say..the sales persons at the Prodesk are super kind, most of them are gentile, with tons of patience..very nice ..God bless them..thanks Prodesk sales persons..

Went in for a seasonal job interview. I’m just trying to move on with my life. Got a tour, had a thirty minute sit down.... for nothing. A big waste, not even a do not reply email that we’ve chosen other potential candidates to better fit this position. It’s a pandemic, you’d think they would be smart enough or considerate enough. to not fill the store up with more bodies. But the entire time I can see crew members in the back door on their phones barely six feet apart, Noses uncovered. One question if you spent more money on those nifty luxury brand glasses and iPads to collect store merchandise information. Maybe you should spend the money actually having psotions that aren’t only “seasonal”. Maybe a raise or proper insurgence for part time employees. Home depot is as UNAMERICAN as it gets. I mean that with every fiber in my body.
Went there for help with a part for my sliding glass door and no one would help me. In hardware the guy was nice but didn’t know what I needed to do even though I was showing him what I needed. Customer service didn’t know what to order either was sending me back to hardware. If you work in a store like this you should be more knowledgeable about the products and be willing to help the people who need it .
This place sold me a broken dryer off the floor. There is no way they did not know this was broken as it had signs that it had been installed prior to my purchase. This was evident by the missing screws on the power cord connectionI was a ;long time customer of home depot, but if I ever go to that store again, it WILL NOT BE AT CORAL SPRINGS!
Ordered 2 sets of bifold closet doors for curbside pickup. An associate loaded both sets into the bed of my pick-up. As I was securing them, I noticed that both sets were damaged - broken louver’s and a cracked jamb. After bringing them back into the store and a 25min wait for customer service - I went back to the “rack” and there were 2 unbroken sets - which I purchased. Not a happy camper :(
Chris Went Far and Beyond the call of Duty - BEST SERVICE EVER!!!I purchased a sliding shower door and while in the middle of the install we realized we had a few part missing. Chris who recently started at home depot took it upon himself to ensure my issues was resolved. It was very refreshing to see customer service on the highest level. #iamacustomerforlife
This store is really great for any DIYer. They have pretty much everything for most of the applications in and around the house. The only downside is that many smaller items are lying loose and are a bit unorganized, misplaced or mixed up. They could spend a bit more time on organizing these smaller items.

My mom all 74 yes old of her went to your store to just look at faucets. She was helped by an associate named Jordan who she is raving about. He spent so much time with her helping her out, going out of his way to help her. You dont see this kinda customer service anymore. Now its just people who point in directions when asked where something is. Mom said it was like Having a family member with them helping her out. This guy is truly an assett to your violist. Waited 30+ min after parking for curbside pickup while watching multiple employees strolling the parking lot, seemingly not doing much besides grabbing one stray cart at a time. When I called the store for an update, the phone rang for minutes before someone picked up to hastily say someone was on their way out. Eventually an employee comes out with a cart overfilled with orders for all the cars waiting. Why is there only one employee in charge of curbside pickup when it seems like there are a lot of free hands available?
