Worked with Juan Gallo on the purchase of a new chair early in 2020. He was very helpful during the purchase however more importantly he really stepped up to assist me after it was apparent that the purchased chair had some issues that required extensive repairs. After a period of almost 2 months and working back and forth with the chair manufacturer we managed to get a full replacement which made me very happy. I fully recommend his services and Im very appreciative of the help that he provided.
