Do not recommend Robb & Stucky, especially the Coral Gables location. After waiting months for overpriced furniture, they would not arrange delivery because they could not find any drivers to deliver the furniture. At the high prices they charge, I expected much better customer service. The salesperson would not call back to provide any updates on delivery. I called the store manager, Mr. Moreno, as well corporate headquarters in Ft. Myers and did not receive a satisfactory response. Still waiting on my furniture. Would never buy from Robb & Stucky again.

I visited this store in March 2019 on behalf of our company, Phillips Collection, on furniture trends, including sustainability and high impact design. The store is beautiful, as are the other 4 Robb & Stucky locations. If you are in south Florida and looking for furniture, artwork or other decoration for your home, be sure to stop in. Inspirational vignettes, friendly and knowledgeable staff and amazing pricing and white glove delivery services.

Best place to buy furniture and accessories.

10 months ago I was given a floor sample by their designer (for which I paid full price) in order to decide if it fit in my living room. Although I spoke with the designer 5x during the past 10 months, they never came to deliver an outstanding piece of furniture and pick up the floor sample. Now they refusing to take back the floor sample or replacing it with a new unit. So I am stuck with a floor sample for which I paid full price. These people are only interested in selling you more and more - once you are out the door, they are not your friend. Is this the right way to treat customers?

I was helped by Ana and she was AMAZING! I like the furniture here but the customer service is unmatched. If you want someone who is going to be attentive, has good taste, and goes the extra mile to make sure you are well-taken care of, request Ana. Im moving into a new place and went to dozens of furniture stores all over Miami and did not have near the great experience than I did with her- cant emphasize enough!

The furniture here is nice and modern, but the salespeople are a little overbearing. The cost is exorbitant to so be prepared to spend a lot of money if you choose any of their items.
