Although they do NOT have recliner seats the couch is very nice and extremely comfortable and the quality of the material is great.Their customer service is NOT so great. Ive emailed them a couple of times regarding an incorrect order on their end and they have yet to reply. Its best to call them but the wait is very long.They should really work on customer service.

Amazing experience from scheduling to purchase thanks to Eve!My wife and I recently purchased a sactional couch from the Coral Gables Store. We scheduled an appointment to try out the full line with the manager, Eve. She greatly exceeded all my expectations of customer service.The store was very clean; everything was properly sanitized for our tour. Eve was able to answer all of our questions, work within our budget, and even recommended us a sactional build to maximize our customization possibilities. Her knowledge of the products is truly excellent!When checking out, Eve went above and beyond to help my wife re-activate her Synchrony account so we could take advantage of the financing options. I truly cannot say enough about her commitment to customer service. After numerous attempts to get someone to speak with me using the contact information on the LoveSac website, I called the store at Merrick Park in Coral Gables, Florida, and my problem was solved!Purchasing a LoveSac couch then became a five-stare experience, and I now have a five- star product.I want to especially thank Eve at the Coral Gables store, who answered my call and many questions after that to make the experience very pleasurable.
I wasn’t aware there was a love sac in Merrick park and I’m soooo happy I found them! What an amazing experience I had at the store! Made it so much easier to pick the couch I wanted. Eve was great!!! Glad I went there! Can’t wait to get my couch!
I was on the phone for over an hour with FedEx trying to arrange a vacation hold because they should have held the order until it was ready to be shipped according to your Regional Offices. They already shipped a small part of the order yesterday saying it will be delivered Friday. We wont be moving into our house until February 5th so FedEx hopefully well be able to hold it until then
Lovesac at Shops At Merrick Park in Coral Gables is a great furniture store that has innovative and useful furniture. I like the concept of the furniture here and how useful it is in any space. They have a good showroom and make everything very easy to get what you want. I had a really good experience shopping here.
I am giving it 2 stars because it is very convenient to be able to change their settings. But it is really disappointing that the cushions deform very easily and it is impossible to return it to its original shape which makes them after several days of use really uncomfortable. They are not what we expected especially taking into account that they are very expensive. They do not worth what they cost. I do not recommend it.
There was some confusion about the size of pillow we needed for our configuration and they required us to disassemble and send back the entire seat so that they could send the seat assembly back with the right sized pillow. Massive inconvenience and also a bunch of shipping costs for them all to execute a pretty simple pillow swap ... We tried working with the people at this store to come up with a more practical solution but they were a nightmare.
Mrs.Eve took the time to show my family everything on her store. We ended up buying a beanbag. After receiving the bag, we called Mrs Eve for guidance and she went the extra mile to help us. Very happy with her service and attention to our requests.

We met Eve Cooke at the Coral Gables store while on vacation in Florida. She quickly answered all our questions. While we were only gathering information Eve still made notes and took pictures of our 2 different layouts. Office and living room. After watching the Facebook live presentation 4/4 we decided to purchase. We emailed Eve Saturday evening to contact us when convenient. She called us within the hour to go over and finalize our order. Thanks Eve for great customer service.
Awesome store and sofas. Everyone here is very knowledgeable about the different options and helping you find what you are looking for. I have visited about 4 times since they opened, and each time they have delivered a consistently helpful experience.
I purchased and was promised a free cup-holder with my purchase, was later told by the manager, Eve, that it was only if I purchased the day I visited. I was not told that by my salesperson, Jennifer, who by-the-way was an exceptional salesperson. Jennifer took my order over the phone the very next day and agreed to include the free cup-holder I was promised with my order. Did not receive it with my delivery. Upon calling back to inquire, I was put in touch with the manager, Eve, whom I never met or spoke to before and was rudely told by her that the offer was off the table, you are not getting a cup holder because it was only offered if I purchased the day I visited the showroom. I was not told that and actually reconfirmed I was getting the free cup-holder when I ordered the nxt day. Also she had the balls to say... Sir, we have people that buy $15,000 sactionals and dont ask for anything Appalled! Cup holder would have been cool, not the end of the world, but to ruin an otherwise great experience over a $50 cup holder, I was promised? That just left me with a cheated feeling. Get it in writing if you go to this store.
Furniture shopping is both exciting and stressful. Finding pieces that work for your home, family, spouse and budget is not always an easy feat. Furniture shopping in the midst of a Quarantine takes this task to the next level. While renovating our living room we knew we needed new sofas to complete the look and ambiance we were looking for. Due to some space limitations it quickly became obvious that we would have to custom order a sectional that would fit our needs. I also knew i wanted something family friendly, preferably easy to clean and with storage if possible but i did not want to give up comfort nor aesthetics. In comes LOVESAC. Thanks to this Pandemic, all retail stores are closed, I knew purchasing a sofa online was a leap in faith. Lovesacs 60 day gaurantee helped to give me peace of mind that if I absolutely hated it, i could always send it back. No other store would take back their furniture, as anything i would have ordered would have had to be custom made. On May 17 on a Sunday afternoon, i reached out via web to the Merrick Park store. My message was returned promptly by Jen who was beyond Great! Extremely patient with my 101 questions and very knowledgeable about her products. She was able to help a frazzled mom (me) with finding the perfect configuration for my space. She did not rush me at all! She was also able to recommend fabrics that would work with our lifestyle. When we decided which options i liked best Jen emailed me the quotes. We agreed to touch base the next day so i could discuss with my husband. The next day we told her we were ready and she explained the payment and financing options available. She made purchasing at such a difficult time an easy decision. Customer service (Love) goes an even longer way when you are selling something someone has never even seen in person. So we purchased our 7 seats 8 side mix of standard and lovesoft sactional in sky grey corded velvet and a movie sac on 5/18. I waited until now to post a review as i wanted to also review the quality of what we ordered. Our order was fully delivered a few days ago. While our family room is still being worked on, my birthday was the next day and i wanted my sactional. I was like a kid on christmas and could not wait! Well Lovesac did not disapoint. The quality is great. Both our standard anf lovesoft seats are comfy enough to snuggle and lounge on. The sactional itself is absolutely beautiful. Our kids love the cupholders and I love that any mess is easily cleaned. The sky grey is lighter than i anticipated, itd almost like a silver white but i love it. My daughter picked a scab and bled on it and i just dabbed it out without an issue. I LOVE my sactional and i am very happy with my purchase. I have seen many reviews that are not positive regarding their customer service which is why i felt compelled to write such a lengthy positive one. Its also important to note that while i waited for my order i had a questiln regarding one that was still processing, i called their main customer service number, chose the prompt to be called back and received a call back within 2 hours. Their customer service from their store and service line is superb. Yes they are expensive but not anymore expensive than any other quality line out there and they have alot more to offer.If you are on the fence about joining the lovesacfam, just jump on over.
