I had a wonderful in-store experience with the associate Carrie. She was very helpful and kind. I was able to purchase everything I was looking for, and she packaged it beautifully. Great in store experience. But since then furniture ordered and promised to be delivered by a certain date still hasnt arrived. Delays are expected during Covid times, but commitments missed by Months not days without getting a call to let us know is not ok. Disappointing.
My boyfriend and I visited this store yesterday afternoon in search for the perfect sectional. There were a few contenders but we werent convinced and didnt want to pull the trigger on a $5k without being 100% in love with it. Alejandro helped us and was soooo patient with us. He made sure to ask all the right questions and brought up the best points. He really catered to us and made sure he give us the most accurate details with regard to every couch we expressed interest in. He also made sure to give us a realistic timeframe as to when we should expect the delivery which is so important. Although we did not purchase the sectional yesterday, I felt so great leaving the store yesterday due to the fantastic customer service he provided. Our search for the perfect sofa is not over and I have a really good feeling we will be back to this store soon to finalize the purchase. Thank you Alejandro for all of your help!

Crate and Barrel at Shops At Merrick Park in Coral Gables is a well managed Crate and Barrel location that has many options available for quality furniture. I like their showroom and being able to see, feel, sit, and climb on the furniture before making a purchase. The staff here is very friendly and patient in making sure that you find what you are looking for. They make the purchasing and delivery process very easy here and they are well worth a visit if you need furniture.

So far I’m not having a good experience. Up to the day of the sale everything was perfect, but the delivery system from Crate and Barrel is horrible and dissatisfactory. I would not recommended if you leave in a building with HOA.

Terrible customer service. Curbside pick up was a nightmare. My order was missing items.
Poor service at a high price. I ordered a sofa with different material and I was told it would take 10 to 11 weeks, now after waiting 11 weeks, I have been told it will be more like 16 weeks. They are paid in full and special orders can not be canceled or refunded. Last time Create and Barrel will see my face.

Worst customer service:1. No interest to fix the problems, manager must understand that C&B is a brand not a single store.2. 11 weeks delivery time for a chair.3. One playhouse was bought and there was a missing piece, unfortunately I shipped the package to other country so I cannot complain.4. A Sleeping sofa was Broken when arrived so I had to wait another 3 weeks more for a replacement.Definitely I will return the credit card and No interest to buy again here.

Ordered on May 26 a halo table and four chairs by phone at the store and the manager said that our sales person would email or contact us by phone to schedule delivery in which we never heard from them, so after a week in something I contacted the store, I was told by the store to contact customer service at their one 800 number. When I called customer service one 800 number they said because it’s a store purchase I needed to be helped by the store. When I contacted the store again I was told they would call me to schedule the delivery and nothing happened. Call the one 800 number again and then they said OK they would take care of it and schedule it but they are waiting for the chairs in which they are on backorder and nobody ever told me that when we bought on May 26. So we waited about a week or so because they said the chair should be in shortly which now we are in April 20, I called back and they said that the chairs delivery date was moved back and they wouldn’t be here till June something . Waited a couple more weeks called them back in June and they said July would be the new delivery date for the chairs! So we canceled the chairs we got the table, the first table came in damaged, it took another week to get a replacement, then I look on the website and it says that the chairs aren’t available till August . Well I got to say nobody knows what they’re doing here and their stuff gets damaged or doesn’t show at all, don’t think I’ll be buying from this company again .
I purchased the kitchenAid Processor and they failed to notify me that if I use it I can’t EXCHANGE or RETURN. The processor didn’t work like it was promised to and I am very un happy with my purchase. Awful customer service

Terrible experience! I went to the store to pick up the order and three items out of eight were damaged. I’ve received an awful customer experience. No one apologized. I came home and realized that they forgot to give one item that i’ve Ordered. I spent almost one hour trying to get it shipped and today when I received it it appeared to be damaged as well. I called back, spent another hour and didn’t receive any help. I am shocked seeing how careless and rude are people in this store.
Probably the worst customer service of any store, every single employee is extremely rude.
