My first experience was excellent. I had an appointment for service and did not have to wait. My Service Writer Alex Morales was perfect! I say that because he LISTENED, and the proof was when I picked up my car everything I had requested had been addressed. He also communicated with me throughout the week while my car was at the dealership. I received a loaner car for my convenience and it was beautiful, it was a brand new car.
This Dealership is beyond dirty and that’s how they do business. I Bought a Certified 2018 C63 S (WDDWJ8HB1JF604415) from them in august 2021. I live outside FL so I wasn’t going to see this car other than the pictures that were provided to me. As a Certified Pre-owned vehicle, you would assume it was Accident-free. That’s not the case at all, Robert Corso the Sales representative never disclosed the accident/damage that was done to this car. I found out about the damage during an inspection that was done by the carrier that was going to transport my car back to my home. He took several pictures of the damage they were hiding from me including rust on the car. After seeing the pictures I told the driver not to take the car. I was deceived by Coral Gables Mercedes- Benz. I also found later this car was in the after purchasing the car it was in their body shop. This car was repaired poorly, to say the least. Pretty much what one would imagine as a real Mercedes Benz experience: people that treated me in way hat felt genuine, avoiding prefabricated correctness which is the typical thing that irritates customers. MB at Coral Gables offer Lyft rides to home round trip, so no time is wasted. In any case the service was very quick (mid morning to about 1 PM). It even included complimentary car cleaning interior and exterior. Rosie was super nice and I would like to have her take care of my car next time I have to service it.
They took care of my needs promptly, and with accuracy. I had an urgent problem, and they were able to accomodate me immediately.Everything was hassle-free. I really appreciated the care I received

Stepanie Segovia my service agent was excellent. I had some issues with the insurance for my tires not wanting to cover a replacement for a tire that was only 3000 miles old and she went above and beyond to have it resolved at no extra cost. She also made all the arrangements for me to have a ride available while my car was in service. Keep up the good work.

I used to always go the merecedes dealer at cutler bay and never had any issues with them. But the last two times I did service to my car was at the coral gables dealer. One of those times my car was having problems due to the sensors. They said all 4 sensors needed to be replaced which I doubt, but of course who am I to say they are wrong so I had to pay for all 4. The next time I did another service, my boyfriend noticed after that the insulation of my hood was stolen. My boyfriend knows about mechanics so he likes to look into the hood of my car every now and then. I have no proof but I know they are the ones who took it. They are liars and thieves. But then again so are the majority of auto dealers and mechanic shops.
One of the best dealerships I’ve had the pleasure of doing business with. The customer service was exceptional and my sales representative was attentive to every detail. I worked with Jorge Quevado on my last purchase who was in constant contact with me during the purchase and trade process. He truly made it seamless. My previous sales representative, George Ciorobea, is now in finance. I had a fantastic experience with him previously as well. Everyone from the general manager David Delgado to sales to finance are personable and professional. I will most definitely return in the future even though there are alternatives that are closer. I feel that they truly represent the Mercedes brand in the most appropriate and admirable way.
They were very busy, but since I had a loaner, it was fine. The problem was diagnosed and resolved. The experience with the Service Department was first class!

Not the first time doing my cars service with Mercedes Benz, first time doing it in the Coral Gables dealer. To say that this was my worse experience ever is an understatement. Made my appointment a week in advance for my cars service and specifically requested a loaner. When I got there at the time of my appointment I had to wait for 50 minutes. It wasnt until I stood up and told the lady in the front desk that I was leaving that the representative(Guillermo) in charge of my case appeared stating that he had called me twice, that was a lie. Additionally, they didnt have any loaner car for me. I left without doing my service. Every customer in the service department had a similar situation like me and was complaining as well. I dont know how this dealer has 4.9 stars. I only know that Im not going back for anything to Mercedes-Bens of Coral Gables.
First time using service with MB Coral Gables. I actually have a closer MB dealership closer to me but I prefer to make the drive over to MB Coral Gables for the exceptional service.

What an extremely, over-the-top, unbeatable service experience did I have with MB of Coral Gables and the entire team. I was desperate for service as the car was unsafe to operate due to an electrical issue that caused the Anti-Theft Service to be activated. No dealer in the Miami/Broward area would see me right away, but MB of Coral Gables did! From the very first time I called last Friday afternoon and spoke to the receptionist and service advisor: Alex to the last goodbye from service advisor: Tony Fuentes on Saturday afternoon, The whole team blew me away by offering to see me right away, by making good on the offer, and by fixing the car on record time at a reasonable cost. The email asked if my service experience was truly exceptional. It was very good overall: they kept my appointment, the service rep only made me wait about 10 minutes to checkin, they did have a loaner car for me as requested, which was a good SUV, the service was done in a timely manner, and the greeter went looking for my car when he noticed me waiting & waiting & waiting for it when I went to pick my GLE580 up at the end of the day. So, some tiny irritations, which drives my 4 start, not 5 star rating. Oh, and they did fix the problem with my vehicle.One other note: Relative to our Land Rover South experiences (We also have a 2018 Range Rover Sport), this MB dealership is awesome!!! RR South is horrible!!!!
Mercedes Benz as a car owner, an amazing driving experience. Mercedes Benz of Coral Gables Service Department, oxymoronic in the word service by the way, is painful at best. The simplest task of communicating the appointment time and the recurring problem with my car is enough to want to throw myself onto oncoming traffic. Ownership should invest time in giving their team lessons in the fine art of customer service. I miss my old advisor, my new one is a joke. It just takes that one person to change my overall impression of an otherwise positive experience. He sucks.

My wife and I walked into this dealership wanting to find out what our vehicle is worth to potentially trade it in. When I was paired with my salesman I could already feel the run around by him but simultaneously asking us what car were we interested in - so we told him. Yet I reiterated to him that I want to know the numbers first before making any decisions. First things first, they were valued my vehicle far less than another dealer was willing to give me - no big deal, everyone needs to make their profit. However, to tell me that if we can pay off your lease to get you Into another vehicle would you do the deal today? To me that’s an immediate annoyance, just give me the best offer you can for my car - nothing else. After consulting with his manager they miraculously were able to agree to pay off my lease - great. We then test drove the SUV and now we sit back down to talk numbers. The inventory for dealerships are limited and lease programs are horrific - noted. I made it very clear that I want to “sign and drive”, and to give me their best number. His assistant manager and/or manager called him a minimum of three to four times while I was sitting there so I can already feel the pressure to me and wife to do the deal. So like any normal citizen, I have the right to refuse a deal and walk away like I did simply because the numbers were not what I was looking for. But while I’m walking away with my wife the salesman try’s to make me feel as if we were BS’ing him yet you couldn’t manage to get me what I was looking for, and that’s no ones fault. It could be mine for all I know. Maybe my expectations were unachievable, who knows. I want to be as understanding as possible because I work on 100% commission, no salary too. Referrals are our bloodline to survival in a commission based world, treat everyone fair and honest - don’t take it personal when someone doesn’t buy something from you. There are a million car salesman out there, what separates you is how you decide to make the experience.

Very sneaky.. They jacked up the fees. Electronic filing fee for almost 400 dollars.. Acq fee on the lease quote was jacked up $300 as well. Price they quoted me online was $44,9 out the door. Sales person gets a hold of me and now its over $48,000... Stay away...
Overall experience was really superb. All Staff was truly interested in helping all customers (I observed different Staff members even intercept customers coming in and asking Have youve been helped?). My service experience, with Frankie, as usual, was amazing. He is knowledgeable, professional, and seeking whats best for the customer.
Willing to go that extra step. I asked the service department to install a Mercedes software item that was not available for my model year. They did not know if it could be incorporated into my model. Instead of saying no, they researched it, found it could actually be added, and did the work, all in the same day during my scheduled service appointment.

I took my car in for a scheduled A1 Express Service. My service representative, Marcos Gonzalez was on time, extremely professional and friendly. I was told the service would take 90 minutes. I was very impressed the service was actually completed in 90 minutes, as promised. Mr. Gonzalez is definitely an asset to Coral Gables, Mercedes Benz.
Since 2002 Bill Ussery Motors now Mercedes of Coral Gables has cared for my 1994 Mercedes with the utmost of care. 26 year old cars can be temperamental at times, but their senior technicians usually resolve any issue quickly and are always willing to offer advice and input. Richard (the service director) and his fellow managers are super helpful and friendly as well. Honestly this is one of the most pleasant car dealers / service departments I’ve ever interacted with. This dealer is truly upholding the Mercedes brand to nothing short of par excellence - thank you to the entire service/parts team for your unending help and honesty over the years.
Having not been there before, and arriving on a Sunday when they were closed, it was difficult to find the forms and dropbox for service. Suggest a sign perpendicular to the wall above the dropbox. After we found and filled out the form, and left it with the keys, service was excellent.

Richard Santalle a manager in service spoke with me about my service needs. He arranged for service and advised that I meet with Michael Munoz to see if he could isolate the problem. He took a test drive with me and said they would investigate. He turned me over to David Gossett my new service adviser. In two days they found the problem and had it fixed. I can attest to the fact they are the best service team that I have ever experienced. Knowledgeable, polite and efficient!My first experience was a 3 but this experience was a 10+.I left the dealership happy and satisfied. I very much recommend them for service.Thank you!!!!!
