Its hard to find good service providers in Miami. Countach was great, my car was brand new and I was very disappointed when it got hit. I hadnt even made the first payment and my quarter panel was crushed. Asked around and got referred to Countach and their work was great. No blemishes or dirt in the paint, color match is great, all the interior trim reinstalled with car and everything works like it did from the factory. They run a tight shop there I hope I dont need their services again (no body likes collisions) but if should need to I know where Im going.
Two words to describe: Unprofessional & SLOW. The repair deadline was pushed THREE times for a small accident for my Audi Q5 (photo attached to see the damages). The first time it was pushed by a week, the second time it was pushed by another week and the third time, I am not sure yet as it was supposed to be ready today but they are pushing the deadline further again. This is very unprofessional. Usually when you call to complain you expect them to fix the problem, especially after such a delay, but they barely even apologized and just tried to blame everything on the insurance company. For a small accident, almost a month of repairs is a very long time!!! I would definitely not recommend this place to anyone unless you dont mind waiting for your car for longer than normal. I am extremely unhappy about this experience.
STAY AWAY from @countach. They are thieves and steal peoples property. I took my Tesla model Y for a repair. My sunglasses, my daughters tennis racket, and even my iPhone charger were stolen in this place. I spoke to Dany and Ismael. They didn’t even bother to look at their security cameras. They even called me a liar. They said that Abe the owner would call me back but he obviously never called.
Abraham, the owner, is supposedly in charge of my repair and is nowhere to be found. My car has been in the shop for nearly 3 weeks with not a single piece of work done to it. Liars and despicable.
Thank you for the comments, I was planning to take my tesla based on dealer recommendations but after seeing all these reviews, I am moving away from doing so... I am glad to read the reviews before reaching out.
Again, I would like to deeply thank the Team @ Countach starting with Julian! My car was fantastically repaired and the paint looks factory! I was more than pleased and happy to have my vehicle just as good before my unpleasant experience of being hit. Super happy guy 👍👍Julian was outstanding. He was completely professional and extremely helpful. Most people like myself are not happy campers when our vehicles have been damaged. It is probably safe to say we are not at our best during these exchanges. Thank you for your patience and guidance through the process.
This is the absolute WORST company I have ever dealt with in my life! They have had my car (Tesla)for over 2 months- after having a minor accident. They didn’t order the parts until after they had my car for 1 month. When they took it to Tesla to “purge” the system, Tesla identified a problem they hadn’t fixed. I am not waiting for them to get the last part- which they continually are telling me it will be in- and yet STILL NO CAR!!! Every time you call, they have to have the service advisor call you back- which NEVER HAPPENS! The boys that answer the phone, hung up on my twice- the owner won’t return my phone calls- it’s A DISASTER!!!! FIND ANOTHER COMPANY TO SERVICE YOUR TESLA!
Worst experience ever. Very unprofessional and rude. Rafael (Ralph) never ordered the Tesla parts when he said he did. After lots of calls, he finally ordered them. After a month of waiting, he realized he forgot to order other parts. 6 weeks later and the car isnt done yet.Aside from the extremely slow service, they never answer or return your calls. And when they do answer, they are always too busy to talk on the phone.They like to blame your insurance company and Tesla for any mishaps that occur. They dont take any responsibility for their lack of service. This place is unreliable and unprofessional. Stay away! Find a place with better service.
Super scammers... Brought our Maserati to fix, nobody ever reached out to us at all, conspired with Geico, and abandoned our poor gil... It wasnt even that bad, but the bill was around $25,000, complete BS! Looking even at these pictures.., its not more than 10K to fix the car... Nothing to say. I wish I knew and never brought the car to Countach!
I took my car to Countach based on my positive experience years ago. This place deserves an above five star review. Julian provided an impecable customer service, making sure all my questions were answered and turn around time was exactly as I was promised. Work done to my car was excellent. The repair job was perfect. The paint in the repaired area was matched perfectly.Countach fixed my Audi A5 with rear side impact collision. Countach accepted and had no problems working with geico insurance. I simply dropped off my car and got it back about a month later. Countach took the time to do the repair right and it shows. Great job.
I wouldn’t go back even if it was free. They took twice as long and charged almost double as the original estimate. On top of that they are very rude. I feel completely taken advantage of.
I can not put in words how unprofessional this shop is. I highly felt disrespected by Julian.First thing I noticed about my car was how the whole front end was un aligned! and Im not just talking about the steering on the car.. No, Im talking about the bumper and the hood not being aligned. Not only was that bad, they gave me used front head lights with water in them. Besides that the paint on my bumper looked nothing alike to the fender or the hood. (Horrible painting skills). Did I also mention that they forgot to install the front bumper reinforcement? That is what actually had them finally fix my car decent. If you work hard for your money and you really love your car. I dont recommend this shop. They will suck time out of your day like if its juice. -100 SATISFACTION.

Body work was fine. The establishment is unreliable and nasty. They don’t take debit or credit cards but don’t expect them to advise you until you pick up your car- also returned phone calls don’t exist and don’t expect your car to be completed timely. My husband switched to Freddie’s. From now on that’s where I’ll go-
If I would have an option to give this body shop 0 star, I will do it because this place is terrible.The reason I chose this body shop, it was because I had a car accident and Audi roadside assistance recommended us this placeSo the tow truck took my car there.Immediately I filled a claim to my insurance comp. Progressiveand it was fine for them to let me select any body shop .A person who seemed to take care of our car in Countach Body shop his name was Julian.when we filled up the authorization form at this body shop with all the insurance company information like the claim number and etc,Julian said that they had been working with that insurance company before many of times and that there will be no problem at all.When I called Julian the day after to make sure everything was ok,Julian said that they were arranged already withthe insurance company(progressive) and that there were no problem to start the job,that the estimate were fine for them.For a follow up I called Julian a week later and he told me to dont call him again that when the car is readyhe will give us a call letting us know when the car will be ready to pick up.After a whole month of waiting, Julian called my husband that the car was ready, that the job was done, But there were a different of $795that we had to pay because they charge $75 an hour and progressive pay $45 an hour. and for that reason the car can not be released .That the vehicle couldnt take home yet.My big surprise was that why he waited until the end to inform us that his rate is higher and different than the insurance companywhen he agreed in the first place with progressive estimate and Why he didnt inform us that he charges higher before starting the job.Julian told us that until well pay the $795 in addition with our deductible of $500, they will not release the car, vehicle..That was very dishonest, rude of Julian in which he was acting in bad faith.Because we were ok with paying the $500 deductible, but not that extra money that he informed us after a whole moth later, andafter the car was done already and we couldnt have an option to take it to some other places, body shop.Because if he had informed me that before starting the job Id would select a different place, not this Countach body shop.To me he is a very dishonest person. After a terrible battle with this shop that they held our car for more than a week after the car was ready,and costing me a lot of money the rental car, Julian released our car.This is a Terrible place,I would not recommend any friend or family member to go through this terrible, horrible experience. Beware of this unscrupulous place.Get away
Working with Countach 3 times, this will officially be the last. Their customer service is absolutely horrible. 3/3 times they have been late with the car repairs by months... They increase the estimate when they find out how much insurance will be paying out. Only reason they are still in business is that the collection is right by them and they send them business. Other wise theyd go broke from how poor their business ethics are.

These guys do great work better than some other collision doral place cant remember the name exactly but paint has not peeled on several cars done by them.
They do amazing work but are bad with time estimates. I was rear-ended and it was an insurance covered collision. While they were over the time estimate by almost two weeks the work was immaculate and as insurance was covering the rental, the car being fixed properly with oem parts was more important to me. Also they are one of the few USAA approved shops in Miami which is not an easy thing to achieve. All in all great repair not so great on time estimates, mind you my work was performed over the holiday season.
My wife crashed my new Audi, I fought for a total loss with the insurance company. Ive work in auto body for several years, rarely have I ever seen a car with frame damage like mine be repaired right. I was very pleased with the service and the work done.

HORRENDOUS customer service. Every person working here hates their life and it shows. They had an attitude from the second I pulled up. They also tried to swindle me into a $1200 repair job that actually only cost me $100 when I went to another body shop! I will NEVER go back to this place EVER again. Im sure they will be out of business eventually anyway. For the record, the person who provided me with the estimate for the repairs (95% of which I did NOT need, as confirmed by the 2nd opinion I got from the body shop up the street who actually ended up doing the repair I needed on the spot) was named Willy.

About 2 years ago I brought my car here since I assumed they did great work by the type of exotic cars they repaired. I had a $41,000 dollar Infiniti G37 Coupe with over $10,000 in Modifications. The car was damaged in an accident and I decided to choose here vs a recommended shop by Geico. What a mistake! They kept my car for 3 weeks before they even started to work on it. I went in the shop to see what was going on and saw my car the same way it was when brought it to them. They said the insurance agent was taking awhile but found out they kept calling the agent to tally up more damages they found. I know this because I spoke with the agent as well. This delayed him cutting them a check as they kept adding more to the bill. I went down there once again and this time Countach told me that they believed the Harmonic balancer amongst other new things was damaged. I know cars and there was no way in hell it got affected by the damage. I looked over the car beforehand with me friend a mechanic. And the radiator was no where near it.They went on to telling me if I dont replace it and something goes wrong Ill be screwed. I then said go ahead and replace it, and if anything happens to it, you are responsible. That took anther 2 weeks before most the parts arrived. I went down there every week and they had some excuse. 2 Months later I got my car and what a terrible job they did. The aliment of the hood and 2 front fender panels where all off. The alignment on the car wasnt done. There was scratches on the end of the bumper where they took it off to realign it and set it on the floor and chipped the paint. I know a thing or two about body shops since I use TO WORK IN ONE! You are supposed to tape the ends up with masking tape when putting it on the car or taking it off to re-align, not putting it on the the ground with no taped ends! Then I requested not to wash my car! They said it had to be done to clean it up so I could see it. Well I requested it because I use to manage detail at the Collection 2 decades back and I know what detailers being paid commission do to cars, had to fire a few in my day. So I foolishly agreed and they washed it and scratched my quarter panel in the rear and the the roof real bad! I took it back to them and complained and they said bring it back and they buff it out. Really? Not when its down to the primer! Ridiculous! I told him hell no, I wont risk having my car in this shop ever again. I went to report what I personally believed was insurance fraud to Geico to find out there is no insurance fraud division for them at all in the state of Florida. I left Geico soon after! The only thing this company does is paint well. Other than that they suck at body work. Good luck if you go here!
