This was my first experience with The Collection and I came from Texas so it had better be good! Was it? NO! It was GREAT! Best car purchase experience I have ever had! Delivery was very well staged. Giuseppe Todisco was the most professional sales consultant I have ever worked with. I highly recommend them and would go there again! Add me to your mailing list, please!
The rep was 25min late when she was told I have no time to wait and that I had a meeting to attend. Then she came with such big attitude not saying a word to me because I cut her lunch I believe. My car was not washed properly I took 3 picture of my car and sent to her and of course she had zero empathy to even say sorry. Garbage service!I asked her to book me a Uber she told me remind me tomorrow as if I’m her personal assistant! I think we need to see the big elephant in the room and that is me been a customer who drop my car for service not me providing service or reminding people of things to do and even when I did remind her I had to text her 4 time to follow up in order to get one respond. Horrible service I don’t know whats going on with Collection but I am sure you will get better service at any other local car service and that’s not the reputation you should have. The name is big but the service was very small and disappointing.How ever on the positive side she was very fast to send me 700$ charge to change two tiers you guys should give her credit for that. But you really think I will do that after this nightmare?Please also moving forward I do not wish to deal with that adviser anymore.Sorry for this review but I revived 5 text asking for it so here you go .Thank you.B
Top notch service dept. I have been coming here since 2017 to service my Jaguar and I have never had an issue. Everyone is very friendly and made sure all of my questions were answered.

Eric Flores has to be the most knowledgeable advisor I’ve ever come across. He listened closely to the concern and with confidence discussed a couple of possibilities. He provided a next day morning appointment and an estimate of time for the repair to be complete the same day. Needless to say we were not disappointed. He has earned our future servicing business.
I could not have asked for a better salesman. Javier took the time to explain everything to me. He was so helpful and had such patience. He made buying my Jaguar such a easy and great experience. Great experience dropped my car had a lift pick me up within minutes and take me to work. Got a text my car was ready and a list of services checked performed and amount of cost. Just recently bought a Jaguar on west coast of Florida. I needed a dealer close to home that could take care of my 2016 F type R series convertible. I made an appointment online which was super convenient. I arrived a few minutes early and was greeted at the entrance. I was shown where my service writer’s office was. Jennifer Farrell helped me with the issue the car was having. She walked me around the dealership as I told her I wanted to order a car cover. Overall very professional environment. Very high end cars at this place…. So no crazy valet drivers. I was nervous to bring the vehicle as it only had 4,000 miles on it . Car went in clean but I think it came out cleaner. They might have done a car wash.
