Incredibly done, guys! I would like to thank your technician for providing me the best service and effectively attended my cooktop that was not igniting. I was glad that I was able to hire him because he truly finished his work with high quality, and it was him that finished the job within an hour. It was certainly a phenomenal service.

I called and the Owner who is was very friendly and understanding. He coordinated for his technician to come out the same day. He was also polite and was gentle with handling the repairs for my washer. He was respectful and did 3 test runs before leaving to make sure we were all set! Great Service!

I want to let people know that there are still good service companies out there. When I called Thermador Group the Office person was very nice and was able to schedule my appointment right away. the service person was at my house within an hour and even called to let me know he was on his way. He was very professional and had my refrigerator fixed in no time. I was very impressed with how they responded to me and its really nice to see that there are courteous repair companies out there. I would highly recommend Thermador Group to all of my friends and to anyone that wants a reputable appliance repair company that is courteous to their customers.

I called Ronald for some appliance repair and his service has been outstanding. Hes repaired a dryer for me, installed a dishwasher, and repaired another dishwasher in my rental property. Hernandez at Thermador Group helped me when everyone else was turning me down. I have a stacked washer and dryer in a TINY closet. He may regret taking the job but went above and beyond. He called in a favorable to get help moving the units after their full day was done. Reasonable prices, excellent experience.

Just finished working over the phone with Juan at Thermador Group, who advised me that based on past experience with the same model dryer it would likely NOT be cost-effective for him to make a service call to work on it because it should likely be replaced. Hows THAT for an honest transaction! Ill be calling him back when I actually need something fixed :-)

So impressed by my experience--washing machine had stopped mid-cycle, and I couldnt see anything wrong with my machine (only 15 months old!). It ended up just being a matter of the inlet lines being at a weird angle, due to the machine working its way back towards the wall overtime during spin cycles. It was a simple fix, obviously, but Im impressed that they were honest about the issue. They could have told me that I needed a new sensor or some other part. But they didnt try to upsell me just to make a quick buck. Ill definitely be calling them the next time I have an appliance in need of repair! Now I am a big fan of Thermador Group.

Martin the tech of Thermador Group helped me fix a nagging problem with my stove. The stove ignitor would keep on clicking even after the stove turns on. Martin troubleshoot it correctly and charged me a reasonable amount. Finally, found a service person that is sharp and honest. Dont think twice before calling him

Had a problem with my washer and dryer, was calling all over my area, and other places 10 miles from me, some of them I was not able to get hold of, some was just way too expensive, THEN I found a number of Thermador Group, ( Sasha) Service Man arrived within 45 MIN, finished the job in 30 min, I paid 75% less than other companys quoted me and it was in and out service, handled very professionally. 5 STARS !! I highly recommend Thermador Group.
